The Quality and Value that Landy gave us was excellent she gave a us information before we even asked which was great ! I think no one wants to be getting insurance on a Saturday but there was a Lady customer that was rude and interrupted our time which was very upsetting! I want to applaud Landy handling that very well ! I think a lot of places we need a person like Landy ! Thanks you made our trip here pleasant! read more

I take back my five star review I left approximately 26 days ago. Apparently when you call to cancel your policy they actually WONT cancel it and proceed to charge you anyways for a car YOU DONT HAVE ANYMORE and a POLICY that ISNT NEEDED!! Then when you call to see WHY you were charged FOR THE CANCELLED Policy they act like you never called to cancel it because it wasn't "documented" that you called to cancel. Thankfully I left a yelp review THE DAY I CANCELLED MY POLICY to prove I, in fact did call and speak to someone about my policy. I will never use Adriana's insurance ever again in my life. Now I need to wait 2-4 hours for a manager to call me TODAY FOR A MISTAKE THEY MADE. Not to mention the guy I spoke with has absolutely zero customer service skills and talked to me like I was stupid. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

Went to Adriana's Insurance on Woodman, city of Arleta for the first time ever. First impression was great. I was greeted immediately, with a welcoming smile. It was a bit busy, so I waited for a little bit. I was looking to get lower premiums than I was paying to my current insurance issuer. Sure enough I landed at the right place. I was assisted by Landy, a representative who was very courteous and helpful. She answered all my questions regarding coverage and in the end, I felt comfortable with the decision I made. Got me a great deal aside from making the process smooth and jiffy. Definitely recommend Landy at Adriana's Insurance... by the way she's bilingual. read more

They cheat you out I got hit and was not my fault other party took full responsibility and this insurance canceled my insurance saying I did not have it when I got hit now my license is suspended read more

They are so tricky, they want you pay in full May and June, and the discount they have to give to the people at this situation, with no job, could be ready for July, when this pandemia get over, and everybody had a job. Very clever. That mean they are not helping ANYBODY!

They love putting you on hold more than helping and then hanging up the phone after you've been waiting for 40+ min.

Adriana's insurance has a great customer service! I was helped by their sales agent Ana Duran who helped me understand all the information I need clarification on. She also gave me very good discounts for me to join! I recommend them if you need help with your car insurance if you're a new driver! read more

Horrible customer service !!! Prices don't make sense and they really don't help much !!!!!!!

Came here last minute to find a low rate cost on my auto insurance and Ana was very patient and helpful with us. She found us the best rate in like 5 minutes did all the paperwork signing and was out the door insured! Thank you so much! I recommend going to a broker rather than doing it yourself of course there will be a down payment so be prepared! read more

Horrible service, I would avoid this office and I would give then 0 stars if I could. The older lady we got, never tried to help us. We had never had a problem before. She insisted on opening a new policy when we just wanted to add another car to our policy. read more

They have low prices but good luck if you're in an accident. They would not help you through claim process even when it's not your fault. In my case, my aunt was rear ended, and they told her that they DIDN'T help with claim process unless she pays her deductible. Shocked I called their office and this was confirmed! Couldn't believe they wouldn't help with process as all other insurance providers help to work with you to resolve accident claims. We had to go through the other parties insurance to resolve our claim. Terrible service and do yourself a service avoid at all cost. Muy mal servicio y no te ayudan cuando tengas un acidente aunque no sea tu culpa. Ellos solo te dicen que tu lo resuelvas o que pages tu deductible. Increible que mal servicio, hagan se un favor y eviten esta aseguransa read more

This is the worst insurance I've ever had in my life. They will find ANY way to take your money! Worst experience dealing with them!
