Too many mess ups! Unreliable insurance and bad customer service. They messed up my policy and made me come in twice to fix their mistakes.

I went in for a quote an recieved amazing customer service from Veronica she was very knowledgeable , that's the reason I give this place 3 stars but I got to say it was a very unpleasant place to be in , the carpet is probably 50 years old and the walls were dirty . I went in there to make a payment i come to realize the company i was inusred with went bankrupt . Adriana's Insurance is my broker and not gunna lie i was scared , the first thing that came to my head was wow another down payement . Thankfully Dulce had alot of patience with me she took her time to explain what had happen to this company and the options i had . with my driving record i truly dreaded to see how much my payment was going to be . But turns out i ended up with a better rate then what i was paying before . I have to give it to the employee that assisted me ,i am that customer that asks alot of question so the fact that she was patient and took her time to explain was very helpful . Just received a "Notice of Cancelation" from this insurance when my policy period still has more than a week left for me to pay. Most companies give you at least 10 days to make the payment. They should be more encouraging to their customers instead of sending this kind of notices. Horrible business management. read more

Go ANYWHERE else, but here!!! I went to get a quote from a rep. during my lunch break and specifically asked how long would it take, the lady in the front said no more than 15 mins. I was there for most of my lunch break while she was giving me what I thought was a good quote, but when I mentioned to her that I needed to leave, she stated "why did you make me do all this paperwork then?" I left, and found a better rate somewhere else and the manger Andres calls me later that night telling me that he has a friend at the insurance comp. I went to and that they are going to charge me more money than what they offered. When i called him back the next day to ask for further information he changed his answer and told me that he was just warning me? Nothing but fraudulent brokers here. Getting people to open policy's by insisting you lie about certain things, to get you a low price on your policy. Then when you get in an accident your insurance cancells due to false information on your application. Make sure to spread the word and prevent the hardship I went through ! read more

Worst place ever!!! Do not come here!! They said the cheapest price they could give me was $5something, with a $6something down payment. We had went about 2 days before and they told us $300. How do you go from $300 to $500. These people are rats and all they want is your money, we looked around, State Farm got us a better deal, better coverage, no down payment for $300. I only gave a one star rating so I can submit this review. Otherwise I would not have given any star at all. Terrible company to rely on and terrible customer service. Many representatives always gave an attitude. My wife and I were also asked for documents they never bothered to even submit into their system. They failed to place our debit card for autopay causing us to over pay plenty of times. They also asked us for our marriage certificate only to later deny my wife access to our insurance information while I was working. They also added on plans into our policy we did not ask for or we were aware of. They also give a difficult time contacting us to a manager. Managers or any supervisors in Adriana's Insurance do not work weekends. That is something I have also never heard of. I have never came across any business establishment that does not have a manager or at least a supervisor present and allow employees to run everything even if it is the weekend. read more

This Arleta branch is a scam rip off artist. My 64 year old mom went in to get full coverage on her new car that she worked so for and they STEAL from her 274.00 dollars for starting a new policy. She already had a policy with liability and should of just added the new car, removed the old car and add full coverage for the new one. But instead they started a new policy to collect broker fees! Now is that not stealing someone's hard earned money or what. I spoke to a friend of mine who sells insurance and she said my moms was ripped off. Then I spoke with the manager Andres and he had nothing to say, not willing make any changes or return the money for A DAY supposed coverage. That guy Andres has ZERO customer services skills and should not be in sales if he can not conduct business with dignity and honor. But I guess that's what happens when you work off commission. So Adriana's I guess is the car dealer of car insurance. I will be reporting this to the corporate office and take it above that if I have too. Wish I could give this review minus stars and two thumbs down. read more

0 STARS. These people are absolutely useless. Not only did I cancel my policy with them 3 months ago, they insisted that I was still with them and tried making me pay for it. When I told them I would not, they made me call a different office and after being on hold for 20 minutes, I spoke to someone who hung up on me as soon as I said I was cancelling my policy. I called a different number and got somebody who finally helped me and I went back inside and I finally got to cancel it. 3 days later I check my bank account and they still charged me. I called 4 times and every time they said they would call me back and never did. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. read more

What is up with the 1stars and stories about being ripped off? I honestly don't get it. Yes their fees change depending on your area, it's a downside but not a huge deal. Many companies do this. I'm a new driver and under 25 so my insurance was a bit high 104 for basic coverage. I was usually late on payments so I was always paying a late fee until one of the reps said I could bring a voided check in order to fill out the application for automatic payments. Process took one week which was nice. I recently moved to another city so my insurance went up by $87 so one if the reps (Linda I believe) offered me another plan that would cost me much less then what I'm paying now and still have the exact same coverage I have now. I don't know about the manager, I've never met him but the reps I've had have been nothing but helpful to me and are always ready to answer all of my questions when I need them. I really recommend this place to new drivers. They will save you money. read more

BEWARE OF ADRIANA'S INSURANCE REPRESENTATIVES Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with car insurance companies. I got a quote on April 17, 2015 at 4 pm from Kryssia for $132.00 for a new 2015 Nissan. I asked her twice if their was going to be a fee for changing the car insurance to this car instead of my old car, which I had traded in. She said no, this month you'll pay your normal rate of 119.00 and next month on May 20, you'll pay the new rate of 132.00. I said perfect, I will be in on Monday 4/20 to make the chances to my policy. I went in yesterday and she changed everything. She said and I quote "Your new policy is going to 132.00 but you also need to pay the $200 for broker fees so your total today would be 332.00, but I can give you 50 bucks off." I told her that when I had called on Friday she never mentioned broker fees and that I would like to speak to her manager. She brings over Felipe the manager and he tells me the lowest I can go is 124.00 for your new policy but you'd still have to pay for the broker fee. I told him their was no way I was going to pay for a broker fee, something the other woman failed to mention after I asked her twice over the phone on Friday. He goes to the back to talk to the Regional Manager named Andres, and comes back saying "We can do 124.00 for the policy and 75 for the broker fee, so you'd have to pay the 119.00 for your old policy on top of this." I told him that I didn't have the anymore and their was no way I was going to pay over 300 bucks to change my policy. The worst part of this is that I have never had a car accident, any tickets, and I always paid on time!!!! BEWARE OF THEIR SCAMS! TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A DIFFERENT INSURANCE COMPANY!!! read more

I am only giving them 1 star because I HAVE TO... By far the WORSE CUSTOMER service ever.How are they still in business? I lost my debit Card and I was on auto pay so I got a new card but totally forgot about making a payment. So I went in the store to go make a payment, I explain to the girl what happen, I mean if I was late all the time I would understand so I figured because I was actually being honest and my file shows I have NEVER BEEN LATE they would waive the $35.00 late charge, She replies and tells me I'm sorry I can't waive it for you but you can call this # and gave me what I belive was corp's number, SO I GET A RUDE GIRL ON THE PHONE. As I was AGAIN explaining what happens she cuts me off and tells me ok so you are asking me to waive the late fee? I said please it would help me out alot IM SO SORRY I really forgot I don't have $35.00 to pay you. She replies and tells me with no concern no care no CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tells me well sorry NO I CAN'T. She then said's ok lady well it is not happening ok and HUNG UP THE PHONE. I walk back in the store to pay my bill the girl in the front tells me so where they able to help you? I said NO she HUNG UP. At this point I'm like ok whatever I'll pay the damn fee. When I try to pay, the girl advise me that there is a $10.00 fee to pay with her. I said to pay cash HERE IN THE STORE SHE SAID YES. So I said ok well I'll just call to make a payment she said it's $5.00 to make a payment over the phone too. OMG are you kidding me. I wish I can give this place 0 stars!!! Worst place ever!!! I waited 3 hours, I switched my car at the dealer so wanted to switch out the car in my policy went in and I was told it was a $200 charge to switch I refused of course and confronted the man telling him I worked in insurance before the money is for your collection and explained to him how I spoke to someone on the phone and they were doing it free of charge (which at the end I had to call back do the paper work online and was able to do it , which now I will be canceling. My policy with Adriana's) , the man just laughed and said well we always have to charge $200 is a ridiculous amount for a car switch . ! Save your money if you want a good quote send me a message I work with a company who tries to actually help not take advantage like these people !
