Jasmin was very helpful. I gave her the situation and she asked questions I normally wouldn't consider. She looked into other ways to try and lower my payments and deductible. It took 2 days because my situation was a bit complicated (at least to me it was). Many insurance companies were giving me some sort of 14 day delay due to some BS California policy but Jasmin found companies that would get me setup immediately. I am very grateful. read more

Recently, I went back here to get an estimate for residential insurance. The current homeowner's policy company which I have been with (auto and then home also - supposed bundling discount) for over 35 years jacked my rate up significantly (almost double), although I nor my family have ever made a claim (and the policy provisions have not changed in years). This is a shame because my parents had been with the company for over 40 years and they had made a significant amount of money off us and are exclusive to military members or veterans (USAA). Natalie reviewed my current policy and was able to get me a higher coverage limit at a lower price with a major insurer without bundling. It was such a pleasant, trouble-free experience because the ladies took care of everything and followed-up to ensure all was good. read more

Wow, are these people rude. I inquired about auto insurance and a woman asked, "liability or full coverage?" Not knowing exactly what full coverage meant, I asked "what does full coverage mean?" She then got antsy and implied I was being rude and asked if I was the person calling all the time. I said "no, I've never called before". I tried to explain that I really am a new potential customer and had never called before. She cut me off saying "goodby sir" and hung up. I called again twice and now my phone has been blocked. I contacted this agency because of all the 5 star reviews, but I wouldn't advise dealing with these people. There are nicer people in town. If anyone from the agency reads this I'll talk to you about it, because you ought to know how offensive this experience was. You can tell me here how to get in touch with you. read more

Where do I start, I have never turned to Insurance agents for my insurance needs, but this time I had no choice. The Internet quotes just did not bring me any results do to my unique vehicle. After spending couple of days going through quote pages on every site possible, I finally gave up, so I did a search on Google to find a Insurance Agent in North Hollywood who can help me with my auto insurance. I called different agents for quotes and they made it very difficult over the phone, they all gave me a hard time regarding my customized vehicle. One of the Farmer's agents referred me to Natalie with Calview Insurance Services located in North Hollywood, he told me they can help me because they had different Insurance carriers that could meet my needs. Sure enough he was right!!! Nat made it very easy, as far as information she requested, within minutes she gave me 3 quotes. She took her time giving me a quick crash course in Insurance 101, to be honest I forgot half the stuff she talked about, but it sounded really good. After reviewing all the different items i.e.: coverage, deductible, premium come to find out that my existing policy is cheaper then switching because of being a long time customer. Even though I did not buy my insurance from Natalie, she did not treat me like a "PHONE QUOTE SHOPPER", she told me if I had any other question to call her back. I felt like she was my Agent from the get go. I want to recommend anyone who has to go through an Insurance Agent to call Calview Insurance Services because they really spend their time with every customer. If I ever have to switch, I will be visiting them for my Insurance Needs. You will definitely get referrals and business in the future. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! read more

Just had my second bad experience here, should have learned the first time. Staff is rude, curt, short, and uneducated.

yay! my new car is insured! Seriously, the best insurance agency I've ever dealt with! I could not be happier with their attentiveness to details and the vast knowledge of the team. I've been a client of CalView Insurance for around 3 years now and couldn't be more satisfied. From renters insurance to auto and commercial, they have been my one stop for everything, But the best part was even if I couldn't go there physically, they would help me via phone like no difference. I've only had great experiences. Natalie is the kindest person on Earth, but the rest of the team have been the greatest resource for me as well. Thank you so much for helping me save money on monthly basis! read more

I absolutely see why CalView insurance has exceptional customer reviews. I was suddenly in a urgent situation whereby I needed to obtain auto insurance. At this point it was literarily the end of buisness hours for most agents . I suddenly came across CalView on yelp and decided to call. Despite the office closing I spoke to Maria who was literally a true Lifesaver . After I explained my sudden auto situation Maria told me to come by , I'm Truly Grateful For Maria and Claudia:) they truly went above and beyond with everything. Come to Cal View Auto yourself , you will be treated with care, and respect . I will definitely share with many about CalView. Continued success to your team!! Thank you so much!! read more

Natalie and Carmen are absolutely the best agents out there, compared to all the ones I've ever experienced. They waited for me over half an hour(!), as I needed a policy urgently to turn in for my new 2015 Chevy Volt within 24hrs to the dealership. Natalie completely understood my situation and did not hesitate to get me the best rate possible. They were patient, kind, informative, and even entertained my 5yr old nephew after closing hours while they finished up my policy. I definitely recommend them as your agents because they know what they're doing and do it pleasantly! :D read more

I can't rave enough about this company... I've been doing business with this company almost a solid decade. Natalie and her associates are first class. They not only notify me of when my policy is needing to be renewed but also let me know if better rates are made available. They have taken the time to work with my individual needs and have assisted me seamlessly when I've needed to make any changes to my policy throughout my years doing business with them. It never matters whom I end up speaking to in the office because each person has been a pleasure to work with without a single exception and each have displayed the highest customer service possible. Im confident when I've recommended CalView to my friends and family and am confident when leaving this review read more

The worst costumer service I have received. I've been with this insurance agency since they first open in North Hollywood 6yrs ago. Today was a total disappointment coming from Maria . I open a policy acct for my mom and I myself pay for her insurance I always make sure proper documentation is done. Since yesterday I have received calls from the agency but no voicemail was left and today when I spoke with maria no professionalism was given. Only cause I'm excluded from a insurance but still pay for it from my own account doesn't give you the right to be rude and yes I do have the right to know why and question anything that has to with the policy. I'm sorry but after my policy expires I wont be renewing it. read more

Let me just say these guys are the most awesome insurance folks I've ever dealt with. Natalie has by far the best customer service I've ever come across. I recently bought a brand new mustang and my insurance went far too high because of it. I began to shop around online and immediately I received a call from Natalie. She helped me find affordable insurance with so much ease. Shopping for insurance can be such a drag but she made it so darn easy. She recently followed up withe to see how I was doing. I informed her that I needed to add my girlfriend and her car on. She immediately got to work. I work fourteen to fifteen hours a day and so catching me on the phone is virtually impossible. Through texting Natalie was able to add my girlfriend and her car on with ease. I feel so relieved. After her help. I have a third car that needs insurance once it's running. I'll definitely be seeing Natalie at Calview Insurance Services! I recommend this person and her company to any one and everyone for all of their insurance needs. Thanks a million Natalie, thanks a MILLION!!! Who ever your boss is needs to give you a HUGE RAISE! And not some crummy two percent raise. A real, legate raise. Keep up the great work! read more
