The current homeowner's policy company which I have been with (auto and then home also - supposed bundling discount) for over 35 years jacked my rate up significantly (almost double), although I nor my family have ever made a claim (and the policy provisions have not changed in years). Wow, are these people rude. I inquired about auto insurance and a woman asked, "liability or full coverage?" Not knowing exactly what full coverage meant, I asked "what does full coverage mean?" She then got antsy and implied I was being rude and asked if I was the person calling all the time. I said "no, I've never called before". I tried to explain that I really am a new potential customer and had never called before. She cut me off saying "goodby sir" and hung up. I called again twice and now my phone has been blocked. I contacted this agency because of all the 5 star reviews, but I wouldn't advise dealing with these people. There are nicer people in town. Just had my second bad experience here, should have learned the first time. Staff is rude, curt, short, and uneducated.

Where do I start, I have never turned to Insurance agents for my insurance needs, but this time I had no choice. The Internet quotes just did not bring me any results do to my unique vehicle. After spending couple of days going through quote pages on every site possible, I finally gave up, so I did a search on Google to find a Insurance Agent in North Hollywood who can help me with my auto insurance. I called different agents for quotes and they made it very difficult over the phone, they all gave me a hard time regarding my customized vehicle. One of the Farmer's agents referred me to Natalie with Calview Insurance Services located in North Hollywood, he told me they can help me because they had different Insurance carriers that could meet my needs. Sure enough he was right!!! Nat made it very easy, as far as information she requested, within minutes she gave me 3 quotes. She took her time giving me a quick crash course in Insurance 101, to be honest I forgot half the stuff she talked about, but it sounded really good. After reviewing all the different items i.e.: coverage, deductible, premium come to find out that my existing policy is cheaper then switching because of being a long time customer. Even though I did not buy my insurance from Natalie, she did not treat me like a "PHONE QUOTE SHOPPER", she told me if I had any other question to call her back. I felt like she was my Agent from the get go. I want to recommend anyone who has to go through an Insurance Agent to call Calview Insurance Services because they really spend their time with every customer. The worst costumer service I have received. I've been with this insurance agency since they first open in North Hollywood 6yrs ago. Today was a total disappointment coming from Maria . I open a policy acct for my mom and I myself pay for her insurance I always make sure proper documentation is done. Since yesterday I have received calls from the agency but no voicemail was left and today when I spoke with maria no professionalism was given.
