Our family owned apartment building insurance policy came up for renewal at about 7K more than what we were paying the year prior. Gino was quick and knew how to structure the insurance policy. End of the day I am very happy I called because I saved money!! read more

I called at least 5 brokers and agencies looking for a decent deal because I have two points on my record and my previous insurance tripled my premium. Odette was able to find a company that offered me the same massive insurance coverage (100K/300K) for only 30% more than my original premium before the tickets. Outstanding! Been with them for years and their rates have always been very competitive. read more

I gave them all the info requested for a commercial insurance quote. I had a quote delivered to me in writing. When I asked for the associated policy jacket, they took a week to get back to me and eventually rescinded the quote. On top of that, their communication skills were generally terrible. No communication for days, emails were almost indecipherable. This company is a complete waste of time. read more

I do not recommend them at all. They made error after error causing far more headache than they are worth. After countless days playing phone tag, countless follow-ups, and countless phone calls to Safecal to fix a mistake they caused, I have come to the conclusion that they have no idea what they are doing. On my last phone call with Safecal, I was spoken over by an incredibly rude and unprofessional person named Meg who ultimately hung up on me. Hardly what i would consider helpful. A quick phone call to the insurance company cleared up the confusion resulting from Safecal's incompetent blunder. Meg should learn about customer service before she is responsible for resolving any further customer issues. read more

If you still think that insurance agents are sleazy suited creatures with mounds of paperwork and heavy handed insurance language- kiss your stereotypes goodbye. If there was a 6th star Odet and her team would get that too. Apples to Apples Odet delivered on price, coverage, and service. Very friendly, professional and knowledgable, she explained the whole policy in an idiot language that I would understand! I didn't think my 8 years relationship with my previous insurance could of been beat! I was wrong! read more

I can't get to explain how quick Gino responded to me when I needed a additional car added on my commercial policy. What I really like about this agency is the thoughtful process in which he went through to see if there's any other avenues to get me a better discount. He assigned me to Erlin right away and got me insured no questions asked . You know what even though the car has been added successfully and I got 30 days to come up with a good quote I'm very confident to be with Safe cal !! If I'm not worried about it I don't think any of you guys will be ether picking safe cal !! You guys are the real deal . Thanks Gino & Erlin read more

Customer service is literally non-existent. I've been following up for about two weeks straight to have a copy of my insurance policy faxed over to my lender and nothing. I've had my lender call and ask them about four times and he's faxed them request forms a couple of times and still nothing. It feels like a joke at this point. During this time I'm getting charged for an extra policy by my lender because according to their records my car doesn't have insurance. read more

Probably one of the easiest insurance experiences I've ever had. These guys are constantly on top of it for me reducing my overall cost. I was paying almost 450 a month for my two cars and got it reduced down to 200. This was such a big deal for me and fiance. These are the go to guys! Highly recommend. read more

Safeco was Quick to get insurance on my new Scooter. But I checked and found all the competing companies were half price. So, I canceled the next day. THEY CONFIRMED THE CANCELATION. The following day they withdrew $377.50 from my checking account. (half the total). It's been almost 2 weeks now and they haven't refunded this payment yet. read more

Any ways she was going to call me back for finalize the insurance but still she didn't call me and ignored my voice and text messages. Come on this is a funky business. Get real avoid this place. My family has been with safecal for years! Don't remember how long, but they were the first insurance carrier I got and I am still with them. Got into my first accident when I was 17 and they were very helpful with the whole process regarding claims and what steps to take to get it resolved. Made things very simple and clear when explaining complicate policies regarding our insurance. The agents seem very knowledgeable and always finds us the best ways to save money. Also was able to compare different prices and recently saved us about $600 dollars! Very professional, patient, and trusting agency - will definitely not consider switching to another agency! read more

Few weeks ago when I realized my insurance went almost $600.00 up a year for no reason, I went to Safecal to find out what possibly could increase my insurance? Armen Simonyan took my insurance policy and after few minutes, called me in his office and asked me about my job. When he found out I had a government job, he offered me a new policy with CSE and saved me $70 dollars a month for a total of $840.00. a year. Armen was very professional and courteous. It's very rare to see people like Armen who really care about their customers. I strongly recommend you Safecal and specially Armen. read more

When I went there to get a quote, one of the agents told me it's gonna be around $2400. I went there a week later and another agent gave me a quote of about $2600. After a few days I went to sign the paperwork, and the amount rose to about $2800. Had to take it because I did not have other options. And they did not even include rental car option, and did not even ask me I wanted one. I found other companies that have better coverages for $2800. I will never do business with them again!!! read more

This place is horrible, they made me and my family wait 2 whole weeks for a auto quote stringing us along. I WENT TO A DIFFERENT PLACE AND GOT 3 AUTO INSURANCE AND A CONDO QOUTED AND FINALIZED THE Same DAY FOR $1000.00 LESS. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she gave me the run around and passed the phone to her friend in the office to pretend it was the super. I called them out and all they would say is well what can we do. After we canceled with safecal they continued to deducted payments. This place gives Armenians a bad name. They should be ashamed of themselves. Here is the link to the insurance dept of CA if anyone needs it, I know I will be using it.- http://www.insurance.ca.gov/ read more

My insurance company recently doubled my rated because I got a ticket. So I started shopping around for auto insurance to see if anyone could do better. Most companies were offering somewhere around my current rate until I got to safeCal insurances website. I couldn't believe the rates I was getting, lower my previous policy even before my ticket. They work with the best companies, they ended up placing me with Kemper insurance for much lower monthly payment then what I used to pay before the ticket. If my math is right I'm saving a lot of money. , that alone is a reason enough to love them but after speaking with an agent there I had even more reasons to recommended these guys. They save me big money and they were personable, friendly and even took time to explain all of the coverage options they had available to choose from. I ended up saving a lot of money and even got a rental coverage which I did not have before. A+ FOR PRICE A++ FOR SERVICE SAFECAL KNOWS HOW TO DO IT. read more
