Especially I want to express my appreciation towards Henry, who provided very quick response. (No need to wait on the line , they pick up very quickly) It was Friday evening, and they had only 30 min before closing, but Henry helped me to renew my insurance policy last min. Instead of having me to wait on the line, he suggested to call me back whenever he's done. And only within 5-10 min he finished all the work, sent all the docs to me to sign, and was extremely careful to not miss anything. It was urgent because of the upcoming weekend. Henry asked me to provide some docs that I didn't have with me, and I could've forward him only later that day. He said that's fine, he can do the rest on Monday, but as of Friday I had my renewal ready within 20 min. On Monday I started receiving new emails, which was indicating how hardworking was Henry. Of course I totally forgot that he needs to do something else on my case, but he DID NOT! I was ready to go with all my paperwork without even worrying! Henry was quick when responding my text messages, and to be honest I asked a looot of questions Thank you again for great customer service!

Unprofessional treatment and horrible services which includes refusing to answer my phone calls, emails, and in-person contact. Background: I paid for my 2023 Tax Return and Jack electronically filed my 2023 Tax Return on March 15, 2024. As of October 4, 2024, I have not received my refund. Eventually after many failed attempts to reach Jack, including visiting his office, and calling his office multiple times, when he answered the phone he did not tell me the reason as to what the issue is. Only that since this electronic file "failed", Jack would "mail" the tax return. On July 8, 2024, Jack told me he "mailed it" but refused to provide any tracking number. However, as of October 4, 2024, the IRS has no record of any sort of "mailed tax return". As of today, any attempt to contact Jack or his office fails. I have filed my taxes for years and have never had any issues before. This is a horrible experience and I urge you to reconsider Jack and H & A Tax Services for your tax filing purposes. I now have to pay out of pocket a second time for a more competent tax specialist to re-file my 2023 taxes and deal with penalties for the failed filing by Jack. Jack has refused to refund me for this inconvenience.

We truly feel like we dodged a bullet here. I should have checked the reviews first. Bottom line:…read moreit doesn't matter if you're 1 minute late or 10--excuses don't cut it. I have every text message showing the irresponsible and unprofessional behavior. If you have an 11 AM paid consultation and you know you'll be late, there's no excuse for not sending a quick text or email. I get it, people get busy, but accountability and a simple apology are the bare minimum. The lack of both was unacceptable and unprofessional. End of story. Update: Ara, you still never apologized--that's the bottom line. Your response proves it. Saying, "Oh, we offered a refund as an apology" isn't an apology at all. Of course, a refund is expected when the consultation never happened. That's not generosity, that's basic fairness. What's insulting is the attempt to pass it off as if it makes up for your behavior. You were late, you didn't take responsibility, and now you're scrambling with excuses. That's why I said we dodged a bullet--because you're disingenuous. And frankly, trying to compare yourself to attorneys, doctors, or restaurant owners is laughable. They take responsibility and accountability for their clients and customers. You do not. That's who you are and what you are
