I Spoke w an Agent named Jay. Before he gave a quote He asked if I needed roadside services I said yes, and I told Jay I was single definitely needed roadside assistance and I included my previous incident I accidentally locked my dog in a car, Triple-A was my assistant, Before Jay hung up He confirmed that I had roadside services and car rental. Nov 21st2023 I locked my key in the car need roadside services. I called 4 times only to machines. when a live person did answer, He hung up on me. I did the text message for the roadside. to find out " Coverage expired or Not available $ 95 payment ". From Dec 2022- Nov 21 I was under the impression I had roadside services.. I called and texted Jay at 818 644 4671. He finally called me. Instead of apologizing and trying to help me, He was angry. At first, he said "The conversation took place a year ago I don't remember what was said", then he said "You refused the roadside service" I had to refresh Jay's memories of the conversation we had on Dec 15th 2022 ( When a person tells the truth He will remember it. the truth will set you free ) I had him on speaker so a friend could record the whole conversation. I told Jay Safeco was a scam I was going to report to BBB, he said I'll just say you refuse I don't care what you do or if you opt out of Safeco. lol useless and Unprofessional I checked my insurance online from Dec 2022-Nov 2023 payment was $246.60 every 3 months. 2023 Payment was $383.80. That's 274.40 additional charges for 6 months. I looked at the Safeco declaration letter... 6-month charges are the same SafeCo for 6 month $ 763.60 GEICO quote Verses The 6-month rate is $762.57. Safeco is a scam I had no tickets and never filed any claim with Safeco.
