As a middle-aged person, I've had insurance of all types for a long time--auto, homeowners, renters, umbrella. I've dealt with a lot of the major companies but never an independent agent. Ever since the auto insurance companies started marketing their apps and offering dot com access, I shop around directly. But, I decided to buy an Explorer conversion van, basically a limo for large families. Many captain's chairs, leather, storage, pretty lights, TV, DVD, video game, etc. I was surprised at how many major insurance companies had no clue how to rate it even though they've been around for over forty years or more. They were afraid I was going to use it for rideshare or a party bus. The confusion and denials slowed down the purchase of the vehicle and increased my anxiety and anger. Someone at Geico suggested I contact an independent agent, so I came here to Yelp and found Century One. Julie answered and immediately began searching as I explained my story. Within several minutes, she had the perfect company and expertly submitted my vehicle information, so the computer system and underwriters completely understood what vehicle I bought. Unlike an agent from one of the big brands, Julie was very well versed about the INDUSTRY and how things are done. Her goal, like any independent agent, is to help her clients get the best deal, and she did. She took this huge weight off my shoulders, and I much appreciate that. My good friend recommended me to Maria. She praised this company really good. When I called the receptionist answer kind of confused seems like she was lost. When I told her If I may speak to Maria she seemed scared like something bad was going to happen to her. When I got transferred to Maria and told her I wanted to get insured and told her I got recommended by my friend even gave her the name of her she seemed confused like she didn't even knew the person at all. She sounded worried and scared not sure why. Maria then told me sure send me your info ill quote you and go from there send her my info and never herd from her. I was refereed to century one by the General manager of an auto dealership when I stated I was looking for a good insurance company, over three years ago and have been a happy customer ever since. Aida has worked very closely with me in ensuring I'm properly covered with the best rate. let me tell you somethings about this place .... first of all i was referred to aida by art plumber first impression-when i walked in alex one of the agent told me can we help you ? i told him i want to see aida he was super polite super nice but not like fake smiling nice if you know what im talking about . then he start it our paper work until aida approach to us she apologies so many times that she make us wait for 5-10 min she was on the phone with another customer wow i go to another places they make me wait for 1 to 2 hours they don't even care they don't even apologize then you walk out with nothing. bottom line ...loved her she is very professional nice person inside and out beautiful lady she gave me a good deal no let me rephrase that she gave me a super great deal from $375 monthly to $180 come on....with one huge accident in my record .i'm going to bring all of my family and friends to her my only regret is why didn't i met her sooner thanks for everything you guys are the best and thanks for the coffee - [ ] read more

I am a first time car buyer and an international student, so i knew nothing about car insurance policy in the US. I worked with "Alex" from Century One Insurance. First of all, he found the best deal available for me, and it was very satisfactory. In fact, my license occurred as expired, thank you DMV, but the rate seemed pretty good to me; the rate was about 15% lower than the free quotes from the internet. Secondly, he was very friendly, so it was very easy and nice to work with him. He explained about the policy, so I could understand every details about it. Since I have an issue with my license, he could not find better deal than current one, but he will work again when I solve the issue. I don't even know where to start! I just moved from Florida to California and am in the process of transferring everything from a drivers license, vehicle registration and of course, car insurance. All of which has been a stressful yet smooth transition thanks to Century One Insurance. More specifically I'd like to shout out Aida for making herself available for almost 2 days through text since I work long hours and can't really hop on the phone. She also worked tirelessly to make sure I was getting the most for the best rate she could possibly give me. He also made sure I was getting the best deal possible. You can tell he cares about his job and making his clients happy. When it was time for me to get a renewal on my car insurance about 6months ago, my friend Alex Garcia made sure I was getting a fair deal. I was paying 246 for insurance with infinity before and he got me a deal for 178 and just recently cut it down to 168, he was very professional and made sure the whole process was smooth. Definitely worth giving him a call to see if you can get a better rate. read more

This place is by far the best insurance agency you will find in LA. I use Asya and company for my car insurance and liability insurance and you will not find a better company in terms of customer service or rates. I love their service! I was helped by Alex and he was amazing. I had gone to a lot of other places before and because I was so young my insurance quotes were extremely high ($300+) Alex found a way to get me full coverage for my brand new car for only $170. Aida has been my families Insurance Agent for 7 years. She has been the most honest, most helpful, and the most loyal. She has done everything she can to get my family the best rates with the best coverage to any budget. Her Associates are very nice as well.
