Update: My Yelp message got this company's attention. I did not receive an apology nor an explanation as to why I had not received a call back or replied text message. After my Yelp review, I finally received text messages with the status of my matter. A little too late, it should not take approximately 3-4 weeks to inform and/or provide status. Note, I directly had to contact Mercury. Lastly, the owner text me in part, as follows: "Your Yelp review is a shocker since you're the Only one with a Bad experience !! I wonder who'll get your attention?" Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else. Thank you! read more

This review is long overdue :) We've been working with Escueta Insurance for 9 years now and aren't ever planning to switch :) When we just started with Regina and Dahlia we had only one old 4 grand car, but received all the attention and detailed explanation that we needed at the time, and right now, with three expensive vehicles, we get the same personal approach, same professionalism and responsiveness as we always did. Regina and Dahlia always take time to go through different insurance companies, compare rates and make sure we're getting the best deal and don't overpay where unnecessary. Whenever I have questions I receive kind and complete responses within same business day. Great company, amazing people. Would recommend to anyone. read more

My wife and I were referred to Dahlia of EIS by very good friends. That referral from very good friends ended up in a very good deal. All we had to do was text Dahlia pics of our home and auto insurance policies and she promptly came back with an offer of way better coverage at a lot less cost. That, coupled with Dahlia's courteous and thorough service -- it really was a no-brainer! She answered a lot our questions even before we could ask them because she had a good sense of our needs and aspirations. She also knows that essentially, what we really want is what everybody else wants when it comes to practically almost everything -- more value for our $. Dahlia did all that without us feeling even a fleeting wisp of sales pressure from her. Dahliamazing! We are now more than adequately covered. Thanks again, Dahlia and EIS, for this priceless peace of mind that we are enjoying daily :) read more

Dahlia and her team have take great care of us over the past few years. Whenever I have a question or a change, I just shoot them an email and within hours, I receive an email back or a phone call. Insurance (billing and rates) can often be confusing, and rates can vary dramatically. Dahlia always takes time to explain everything very clearly, and she's always looking at ways to help us save money. When it comes to an insurance claim or accident, they are able to personally guide you through this process. It's not always as easy as the commercials make it sound...trust me. It really helps having personal service in times like that. Highly recommend them for home / auto insurance! read more
