After being with my previous insurance company for 10 years, I switched over to IIS. Agent, Traci Fallon, didn't just place me in a new policy. She made me apart of the process. I was given choices, not just told who and what I should do. I was given pro's and con's which was great. I'd not had to think about anything insurance related for so long I had 0 clue what was mandatory/necessary. We got down to the 1 insurance provider that suited all my needs especially meeting my deductible requirements and I received full coverage on all my cars with a low monthly payment. It's been over 5 years and no matter what I need I can call Traci and she's prompt and thorough.. And side note.. She DOES NOT PLAY!! Ever been in an accident and NOT want to deal with all the madness? Or NOT know what to do? I ALWAYS call her FIRST. Probably over kill for me but I dont care. I feel safe in knowing she will walk and talk me through what I need to do. Once again Eddy comes through and makes my family and I satisfied customers. My daughter has her own policy purchased through Eddy and through a different insurance company than mine and she was recently in a car accident, hitting a metal object that was partially in the road almost two weeks ago. My daughter did her due diligence and called the night of the accident to file a claim along with taking the car the next day to the body shop to obtain an estimate. An adjuster called her two days later and left a VM and she called him back shortly after and left him a VM to return her call and conveyed she got an estimate through the body shop, left their information to follow up to get a copy along with pictures of the vehicle. She waited a day and left another VM. She waited another day and contacted customer service through the claim dept and she was given the adjuster's supervisors direct phone number. She called and left two VM's and surprise surprise.....nothing. She finally got a packet via US email containing 20 pages requesting the same info she already provided when she opened the claim via phone, a DMV form to complete that didn't even apply to her and a page requesting her to go to the scene of the accident and draw diagrams of how the accident occurred before they would approve her claim....WTH. So basically they wanted my daughter to play adjuster and investigate her own accident! I finally called Eddy for assistance and wouldn't you know it.....he called me back the very next day and advised the claim was approved and the adjuster emailed him the check info which he forwarded to me for my daughters record. My daughter called the body shop and made all the arrangements to start the repair process. It's amazing how my daughter was being ignored by a company that takes her money every month when she needed assistance.....in any event, if it weren't for Eddy jumping in to save the day.....my daughter would still be leaving messages just to be ignored.
