I recently started a new auto insurance policy with Rapid Insurance Services (Policy # RAZ2720759) for my 2023 Toyota Corolla and proactively updated my autopay banking information before my first payment was even due. Despite doing everything right, I still received a cancellation notice and a $25 fee due to what was clearly an internal processing error. I spent nearly an hour across multiple calls. On Saturday I was told to call back Monday. On Monday, after being transferred to Diana due to "system issues", she initially took an accusatory tone and insisted I had missed a payment. The issue was only resolved as a "one-time courtesy" even though my updated bank information was already on file. When I asked to speak with a manager, Diana said Jerry (the manager) was in a meeting and would call me back. Instead, Diana called me again. I had to insist on speaking with Jerry. When he finally called, his response was extremely dismissive, defensive, and unprofessional. He accused me of wasting company time, questioned why I was even bringing up the issues since the billing was fixed, and showed zero interest in addressing the process failures or employee training. This level of poor customer service and lack of accountability is a direct result of the culture set from the top down under CEO Karo Davtyan. When a proactive customer is treated this way and management refuses to take ownership or show basic empathy, it reflects poorly on the entire leadership team. I have filed complaints with the California Department of Insurance and BBB. I expected much better from Rapid Insurance Services. Current and future customers should be aware of how escalations and management responses are handled here. read more

I emailed Aury at Rapid and she responded quickly, she was very polite and professional after a couple emails and sending her scans of a few documents, she came back with a monthly rate that was half of the lowest quote I was given by other companies. It was quite nice to be able to do this through email as I had spent hours on the phone already getting quotes which were all out of my budget She had another agent (unfortunately I forget his name) call me to take my billing information and finalize the deal. he was also very professional and helpful, I am all insured for half the price of their competitors. If I could give this place a ZERO I would !!!!!! Do not go to this place. They help you when it comes time to taking your money but when they mess up they just tell you sorry there's nothing we can do I can transfer you to the insurance.I recently lost my card and literally 2 days before my payment was due. They sure called me and said "sir your card got declined " I said oh yes I got a new debit card. Here it is. Please update my info. Next month comes and payment doesn't come out. I call the first time to see what what going on. They said we'll call you back. They never did so I called back and Bianca answered. I explained that the payment has not been processed and wanted to see what was going on. She said my policy had been canceled because payment got declined. I explained to her that I had updated it last month because I got a new debit card. WELL SIR WHO DOD YOU TALK TO??? She's like well there's nothing I can do . I can transfer you them. Pushed me off and sent me to the insurance company which never answered the phone. They are good to take your money but when it comes down to helping you they brush you off. This place should be called ADRIANAS insurance. Mind you I've never left a review anywhere so don't think I do this on the regular. I'm just so pissed that I've had them for over 4 years. I used Amigo Insurance with Rapid Insurance but my Insurance dock also said Clear Blue Insurance. Rapid Insurance customer service was ok, the Insurance didn't cover anything it just made it so I was legal to drive. Amigo Insurance was HORRIBLE!!! I had the worst experience I could possibly have. With that said, I wish I never used this insurance company, who linked me to Amigo Insurance. Amigo Insurance wasted so much of my time and money. I understand money is a good reason to go with this insurance and at the end of the day that was my reason. But through the longterm I ended up wasting money instead. My monthly premium was not what I agreed to in the beginning. It went higher every month with no explanation. read more

Save yourself the broker fee and get an insurance quote online with better customer support. Now I'll be honest and say that my experience in the storefront was good. The reps were nice and professional, however once I was in a policy it was a different story. I had the hardest time trying to cancel my policy. When I look back now I can see all the red flags, like telling me their "system was down" for doing DMV registration and not telling my about the broker fee until after I paid (I already knew there would be one). I was convinced I should get the insurance policy and honestly I did need one so I didn't see the harm in getting since I could cancel anytime. But I ended up not keeping the car and called my broker (the next day mind you) to tell him that I needed to policy cancelled. I was told this wouldn't be a problem. I sure you can guess what happened next... Not a Damn Thing. I ended up having to contact their insurance partner (Alliance United) whose email customer services is a joke and phone support is "Meh" at best (that's another Yelp review). This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Their lack of follow up made the whole experience feel like a scam. read more

Vic was a good sport when it came to getting me the best policy out there. Me in the otherhand were a bad sport when it came to following traffic rules. I had few violations on record, so insurance rates were skyrocketed for me. My average rate was around $150. But Vic, the absolute mad man, searched the market for me found a company called Dairyland Viking and set me up for ~$71 per month. This is great. I can finally save up some money for my savings acct instead of wasting it on overpriced coverage. If you like dealing with a company that will try to rip you off, flat out lie, pass you around from one person to the next and say they have nothing to do with the other person you just spoke and hide the facts till the end when you have already signed papers and give you the least of coverage required by state for the price of premium in any other big name insurance company then go here! They will do all those things and at the end even you cancel within the next hour you wont get at least $175 of whatever amount they persuaded you to put down back.. unless you threaten to sue them - it took me 7 months after all that happened to write them a review and I am only doing it because after many requests to be removed from their list of emails and calls they still try after all this time. read more

LIARS, LIARS LIARS!!! IVE HAD ISSUES WITH THEM SINCE I SIGNED UP WITH THEM. Gabriel was the first agent I had and at first I was pleased. It wasn't until I purchased my new car everything started. He lied to get me cheaper insurance that came back to BITE ME, not him... So when I confronted him, he was angry at me and really nonchalant about the issue. It increased my policy almost 60$ due to his blatant LIES; I requested a new agent, Sergio; who then turned around and lied/misled me on getting new insurance through a company I requested I wanted no parts of. I specifically asked him if my new insurance would be through Kemper auto (Kemper sent me a text stating I owed 1 amount and when I called to pay, the added 60 more on due to Gabriel and his lies. I refused to pay and did NOT want Kemper anything as my insurance)Sergio told me "NO", it wouldn't be through them and what do you know?!! My insurance is with Kemper. At this point, BEWARE!! They'll do and say anything to get your money, even put you in debt. Oh, their boss Gio, could careless as well. He knows and doesn't care as long as they are reeling in customers. I'll do more research next time because I've spent 1200 changing /paying insurance through this fraud of a company. read more
