(No need to wait on the line , they pick up very quickly) It was Friday evening, and they had only 30 min before closing, but Henry helped me to renew my insurance policy last min. Instead of having me to wait on the line, he suggested to call me back whenever he's done. And only within 5-10 min he finished all the work, sent all the docs to me to sign, and was extremely careful to not miss anything. It was urgent because of the upcoming weekend. Henry asked me to provide some docs that I didn't have with me, and I could've forward him only later that day. He said that's fine, he can do the rest on Monday, but as of Friday I had my renewal ready within 20 min. On Monday I started receiving new emails, which was indicating how hardworking was Henry. Despite doing everything right, I still received a cancellation notice and a $25 fee due to what was clearly an internal processing error. I spent nearly an hour across multiple calls. On Saturday I was told to call back Monday. On Monday, after being transferred to Diana due to "system issues", she initially took an accusatory tone and insisted I had missed a payment. The issue was only resolved as a "one-time courtesy" even though my updated bank information was already on file. When I asked to speak with a manager, Diana said Jerry (the manager) was in a meeting and would call me back. Instead, Diana called me again. I had to insist on speaking with Jerry. When he finally called, his response was extremely dismissive, defensive, and unprofessional. He accused me of wasting company time, questioned why I was even bringing up the issues since the billing was fixed, and showed zero interest in addressing the process failures or employee training. This level of poor customer service and lack of accountability is a direct result of the culture set from the top down under CEO Karo Davtyan. When a proactive customer is treated this way and management refuses to take ownership or show basic empathy, it reflects poorly on the entire leadership team. I have filed complaints with the California Department of Insurance and BBB. I expected much better from Rapid Insurance Services. Current and future customers should be aware of how escalations and management responses are handled here.

Yesterday I called for the first time and spoke with a few representatives; everything was fine until today, when I called again and spoke with REHEN, who told me more than five times, "OH SORRY I DIDN'T KNOW YOU WERE COUNTING EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR" Excuse me?????? Please note I just asked him to explain why my rate for insurance is not dropping on June 1st (the renewal date). I don't want to go into detail, but the whole conversation was odd and very unpleasant. How do you allow your representatives to talk this way? Since when did this become the norm?

We were quickly checked in and directed to another line (with no one in it). We were helped almost immediately, faster than we were ready (filling out a form). I was shocked, I've never been to any location where I haven't had to wait at least 15 minutes. The employee was friendly and processed what we needed. I can't remember her first name but I was fixated on her last name because it was 'Rude' and she was anything but - she was so friendly, kind, and happy. We came at the right time before the rush, because when we left both lines were packed full of people. Ample parking in a large lot with easy access.

My naval orthopedic team filled out the DMV paperwork for me to turn in. I have been a member of AAA since 2009, got my entire family to sign up, and a few friends after a couple of "Good Samaritan" AAA stops. Heck, I even financed a honeymoon for some friends via AAA as well as my own with travel. I usually trust AAA with all my needs. So that's why I was flabbergasted to say the least when they turned me away. Not only that, but when I said I'd borrow my grandmother's handicap placard until I got mine in the mail, the rep threatened that I'd get in trouble because they scan. My family insisted I use it and the naval nurse advised that the DMV takes their digital paperwork and it was immediately approved. I want to advise this location to 1. If you cannot take the paperwork, tell your clients that DMV will take it online. 2. Please don't threaten a disabled veteran when you already see them struggling on crutches. Not the best customer service. 3. When in doubt, show someone you're going the extra mile. Ask your manager. Do something.

Service is nonexistent. Calls are NEVER returned and promised return calls never materialize. They do not follow up on any requests for service that are made. Honestly, its been the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I've changed agencies now and gotten far better service and insurance products from the new company. Stay away.
