Sure, the owl is my spirit animal, so their logo gave me a bit of bias but the quick service, equivalent (and sometimes better) coverage, and very competetive premiums were what really sealed the deal. Tadevossian is recommended by me, wholeheartedly.

I honestly wish I could have given this AAA 5 solid stars. Their roadside assistance has always…read morehelped me when I was in desperate need with my car breaking down here and there. I walked in yesterday at 12:10PM, and was greeted by a very nice lady. Her name was Pamela. She explained me the do's and dont's and we proceeded forward. What she didn't tell me is that I had to stand in line with the rest of the folks. So, I took a seat in their waiting area and waiting for someone to call my name. After waiting for like 5 minutes since she said they will call you soon, I approached the same window and Martin was nice enough to tell me that I had to stand in line. So I did! There were 2 people ahead of me, and Marisa called my name at window number 6. The process was very seamless, easy and quick. The entire visit took less than 30 minutes. Marisa was somewhat bittersweet. For a young lady, she was a bit quiet. I needed to renew my registration for the month of September. I asked her to photocopy my check and my statement too, in order to avoid problems with the DMV. I've had an experience when my payment was lost in the mail. She forcefully made her 3 steps to their copy machine and did me a BIG favor. I needed my copies for my records. When you walk in, they have the DMV/AAA windows to your left, and a nice amount of booths handling travel destinations to wherever you want to go. We have used them before, and they are NOT that knowledgeable but pretend to BE! They also have travel guides, magazines, booklets, pamphlets, & complimentary water. Here is where I had a hiccup. Pamela told me that they accept only cash and personal checks. Who in this century carries personal checks or that much cash?? Thankfully I did have my checkbook with me. Being the old school that I am. Love it. I was also informed if paid with a credit card, even with debit ATM card, I would be charged 2.3% for my registration fee which was $222.00. So that comes out to be $5.11 cents. I didn't like that AT ALL!! Place was super clean and has a nice parking lot shared with multiple business. I believe they also have restrooms, but I didn't have to use them. Thank you AAA and staff for all your loyalty, help and dedication since 1902! See you next year....

Normally I have always had the greatest experiences in Burbank until my last visit at AAA…read more I have newly become a disabled vet and needed a handicap placard. My naval orthopedic team filled out the DMV paperwork for me to turn in. I have been a member of AAA since 2009, got my entire family to sign up, and a few friends after a couple of "Good Samaritan" AAA stops. Heck, I even financed a honeymoon for some friends via AAA as well as my own with travel. I usually trust AAA with all my needs. So that's why I was flabbergasted to say the least when they turned me away. Not only that, but when I said I'd borrow my grandmother's handicap placard until I got mine in the mail, the rep threatened that I'd get in trouble because they scan. My family insisted I use it and the naval nurse advised that the DMV takes their digital paperwork and it was immediately approved. I want to advise this location to 1. If you cannot take the paperwork, tell your clients that DMV will take it online. 2. Please don't threaten a disabled veteran when you already see them struggling on crutches. Not the best customer service. 3. When in doubt, show someone you're going the extra mile. Ask your manager. Do something.

For…read moreonce, or maybe twice, I strongly agree with the other people with their one or two star reviews on Yelp. Let's start with their fake, phony advertisement on TV. With Flo, one of their spokesperson, representative for Progressive. They must pay her a good chunk of money to do this advertisement/commercial. Tell people lies. What crooks they are. I thought we were paying too much for our premium/deductible, with our Insurance Company. So I called them sometime last week, and spoke with someone by the name of James. He told me to go into the office and will discuss all the information right there and then. With that being said, made an appointment for 11AM, got up and went. Had to wait inside their office for almost 30 minutes--(felt like 30 years). I kid you not. He kept smiling at me and showing me his index finger--meaning he will be with me shortly. I had a seat and waited, waited and waited. I couldn't wait any longer, got up and left. Those people are BIG TIME SCAMMERS! Thank God, I didn't cancel my own insurance that my estranged husband, son and myself have for the past 30+ years. I feel dismayed, angry and frustrated. Choose other Insurance Companies that are more promising, realistic, dependable, reliable that actually make sense! I hope at least one or two people are reading this and will not go with this Progressive fake Insurance Company!

I'm disappointed with my experience. My premium jumped by $800-$900 with no clear or direct notice,…read moreand the policy was auto-renewed without my explicit consent--even with such a significant increase. When there's a price change this large, you'd expect clear communication and some form of confirmation. Instead, the only message I received was a vague "Your auto renewal is all set," which didn't clearly explain the new rate. After contacting customer support, I was repeatedly told that an email had been sent, but I never received anything that actually outlined or justified the increase. There was no real accountability or attempt to resolve the situation. Overall, the process felt frustrating and poorly managed. I strongly suggest others double-check their renewal details and seriously consider other insurance options. I would not recommend Progressive based on this experience.

Instead of having me to wait on the line, he suggested to call me back whenever he's done. And only within 5-10 min he finished all the work, sent all the docs to me to sign, and was extremely careful to not miss anything. It was urgent because of the upcoming weekend. Henry asked me to provide some docs that I didn't have with me, and I could've forward him only later that day. Please note I just asked him to explain why my rate for insurance is not dropping on June 1st (the renewal date). Despite doing everything right, I still received a cancellation notice and a $25 fee due to what was clearly an internal processing error. I spent nearly an hour across multiple calls. On Saturday I was told to call back Monday. On Monday, after being transferred to Diana due to "system issues", she initially took an accusatory tone and insisted I had missed a payment. The issue was only resolved as a "one-time courtesy" even though my updated bank information was already on file. When I asked to speak with a manager, Diana said Jerry (the manager) was in a meeting and would call me back. Instead, Diana called me again. I had to insist on speaking with Jerry. When he finally called, his response was extremely dismissive, defensive, and unprofessional. He accused me of wasting company time, questioned why I was even bringing up the issues since the billing was fixed, and showed zero interest in addressing the process failures or employee training. This level of poor customer service and lack of accountability is a direct result of the culture set from the top down under CEO Karo Davtyan. When a proactive customer is treated this way and management refuses to take ownership or show basic empathy, it reflects poorly on the entire leadership team. I have filed complaints with the California Department of Insurance and BBB. I expected much better from Rapid Insurance Services. Current and future customers should be aware of how escalations and management responses are handled here.
