THANK YOU Scott Vossmeyer and State Farm!! I'm kicking myself for not calling Scott's office for an insurance quote before last month. When I moved down to CA from the Pacific Northwest almost five years ago I stayed with the insurance company I had at the time (even though they transferred me to a new agent I had never met and could never get a hold of....and even though they have slowly raised my premiums over the years for no reason) because I was convinced that switching insurance companies would be a huge hassle. SO WRONG! After complaining to a girlfriend about my high rates and minimal customer service (try zero), she suggested I call Scott's office for a free quote (her entire family is insured with Scott Vossmeyer). I figured it was probably time to start shopping around for new quotes so I started with Scott Vossmeyer State Farm. I was surprised to get through to Scott on the first try and felt immediately at ease with him. He was about to meet with a customer so he took down my information and called me back within an hour. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, polite and patient as he answered all of my questions (likely silly ones at that). I knew that State Farm was one of the best (if not THE best) insurance companies out there so I was prepared to receive a quote back that would be equal to mine (with less coverage) at best - SO WRONG again! The quote Scott gave me was more than $350 LESS (woo-hoo!!) than my current policy with significantly better coverage AND roadside assistance!! Within about 30 minutes I was a proud new State Farm customer - with both car and renters insurance. Scott Vossmeyer State Farm is the first and last place you need to look for all your insurance needs. I know this is a super long review, but that's how happy I am with my new insurance and $$$ money back in my pocket!! f you're in the La Canada/Glendale/La Crescenta area I recommend you call or stop by Scott Vossmeyer State Farm insurance TODAY to start saving money like I finally am. Thanks again Scott Vossmeyer - you and your team are the best!! read more

Again. A mess. Calling for a simple change in policy. Don't get calls returned. Changes didn't happen. Instead I got an earful about personal drama which is what was getting in the way of Gina competing the changes I was requesting. read more

Great service. Gina is always very punctual and responsive to all of my questions and needs. Highly recommend!

Heather Banul saved the day for me on multiple occasions. I had a long relationship with a major insurance company that ultimately wasn't able to perform on time when I was closing escrow on my home. I called Heather and not only did she get it done at lightning speed, but she was also able to get me a more robust insurance plan. What I love about Heather is that she doesn't just get you bottom-of-the-barrel cheap insurance. She'll look at your current plan and assess it for lapses in coverage. Most insurance agents I've dealt with just try to lower premiums as much as possible while exposing you to reckless lack of coverage. Heather makes sure you are getting value for your dollar while not underinsuring yourself. Somehow, she also ends up getting a lower price anyway. I've since moved my homes, cars, and investment properties over to her and she has hit a home run on all of them. Many of them, I wasn't even aware of how underinsured I was. You owe it to yourself and to your family to give Heather a call. She'll do the rest. read more

They are fantastic, family-owned, and they always go the extra mile for their customers. I highly recommend them--especially Gina!

Highest praise and recommendation for Heather Banul! Our family has been working with Vossmeyer State Farm agents for more than 20 years. We have been delighted with the high level of attention we received, the amazing responsiveness to our queries and patience they have for all of our questions about insurance coverage for our business and properties. After speaking with Heather Banul, we added Auto to our coverage and saved over 28%! Heather pointed out that we needed areas of coverage that we considered extremely important including an umbrella liability policy. We are very pleased with Heather Banul and look forward to many years of partnership with Heather for all of our insurance coverage needs. read more

Horrible follow through from this office. We received the run around from his office clerk (Kiki?). Even after it was apparent that Kiki was not taking care of the situation and he was alerted to that fact Scott did not take ownership of the issue and instead forced us to take care of it ourselves. Ended up having to call the main number ourselves and sort an issue with billing. Every time we called Scott's office we received a different story regarding our billing discrepancies. We will not use him moving forward and would NOT suggest his services to anyone else. read more

We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Heather Banul. She helped us meet the deadline of escrow in purchasing homeowners insurance for our new house. We even ended up buying an auto insurance policy from her. She is incredibly helpful and responsive.  State Farm has a great asset. Thank you Heather! read more

I have relied on Scott and his team for both business and personal for years. Special shout out to Heather Banul who along side of Scott rapidly explains and obtains coverage for me whenever needed. Insurance is super competition and around renewal time I get loads of calls and emails every year and I ignore them all as the unparalleled service is hard to match. read more

Heather Banul is a huge asset to this firm, she has handled our insurance for a few years now and always goes the extra mile for us. She is exceptionally knowledgable and informative and is always available or if she is on the phone she quickly calls back. Its nice to not have to worry if we are covered and or if we have enough coverage. I highly recommend dealing with Heather, even if you have insurance give her a shot at getting your business. It's nice to be with State Farm (awesome company) and to be saving money. We now have all of our insurance for two families with them because of Heather and her always going the extra mile! I don't write many reviews and when I do its because the people are exceptional, not just good. read more

It seems like there is a recurring theme here. Heather is absolutely wonderful. I was sold on her, she is my go to for anything insurance for the foreseeable future. Do yourself a favor and ask for Heather. read more

I found an angel when I found Heather Banul in Scott Vossmeyer's State Farm office. Our insurance company of 30 years dropped us due to the California wildfires. A neighbor on NextDoor referred me to this office. Heather was detailed, patient and knowledgeable while walking me through options for homeowner's, earthquake and auto coverage. I'll sleep better knowing we have Heather on our team. read more

This review is solely because of Gina Kowalski, who's helped me 99% of the time. She's one in a million, and hands down the best person who's assisted me as a customer of this State Farm office in the last decade, or even since 2004 when I first became a customer. Gina's consistently been wonderful in her service provided, and gone over and beyond to help me sort out some very complicated things. Time and time again she's made every effort to take care of me as a client, with always a friendly and respectful attitude. I grew up in a family of a small business, and this type of service is first class in every respect - which is almost unheard of now. I can't remember the name of any one else who's ever helped me in a service profession, but I will never forget Gina even up until the day I stop being able to drive! read more

Heather Banul possesses a wealth of knowledge and I look forward to continuing to do business with her!

If you are looking for quality customer service in your insurance agent Scott Vossmeyer is the best you can find. Everyone in his office is extremely nice and provide great service. Scott is easy to reach and responds quickly to emails. With our recent home purchase, Scott was great about getting us coverage for our flood insurance and working with our lender. Him and his entire office is really a step above the competitors. Even though I live in Northern California I would not go else where for insurance. Definitely worth a phone call for a quote! read more

Scott is the kindest and most knowledgeable insurance agent you will find--hands down. When I bought a boat and needed insurance, Scott personally spoke with me, assessed my situation, and took the time to explain the insurance products that would fit my needs best. Within the hour of speaking with Scott, I had proof of insurance in my email and I was ready to go boating that day. It is a breath of fresh air to not only have a knowledgeable agent, but one who provides unparalleled customer service. I highly recommend Scott. read more

Scott is an extremely knowledgable insurance agent. If you are like me and you don't always understand all of the in's and out's of what your insurance actually covers, Scott will spend the time to make sure you do. I live in Westlake Village and was referred to Scott in La Canada, he came to me and spent his time explaining all of my options. He is really good at what he does. He took over 3 policies for me, gave me more coverage and saved me money. What else can you really ask for??? I would refer him to anyone who is looking for GOOD insurance and to save some money. read more
