But their service didn't stop at selling us a home insurance -- about 9 months later, they called and alerted us that All State was issuing contracts in my area, and the policies were better than what we had, including price. I was surprised and grateful that they would take the initiative to serve their customers by looking out for their benefits! We then also transferred our auto insurance over to CST in one big bundle. Ever since then, there were occasions when we needed to change car titles, add a car, take out a car... every time, they would respond right the way with very clear communications and documentations. We never had to wait for more than 30 minutes for an inquiry. CST insurance's service is far above the curve!
