Not only do I get really good service from her specifically, but Paul Diaz, in general, can find extremely competitive rates. Rates do go up yearly which seems to be uncontrollable, but overall I am happy and would recommend them.

I had to switch from the other insurance agency after giving my business to them for 7 years! They left me hanging almost with no homeowner's insurance coverage when Mercury sent us a notice over 6 months prior to the expiration to comply. The assistant of my agent kept saying they will take care of it and everything "should" be fine with the information they provided them (which was inaccurate). I followed up with them every 3 weeks and they kept saying because of "covid" everything was backed up but don't worry, they will take care of it. Come one month before my insurance expired, they BLAMED it on me for not willing to pay for inspection fee in order to continue my coverage. I was baffled! I asked several times if the appraisal inspection was enough as proof, they said, "yes". In the end I was blamed and left defending for myself and trying to get an inspection done, which i would have paid for but the availability was 2 weeks and I may not have enough time to get the documents processed. I could run into the risk of not having any coverage!!! Yet, the agent just said, well, are you going to do it or just pay $700 more for the last minute insurance they helped me pulled up? I felt I was held in hostage. I called several insurance agencies and they all took days to get back to me with a quote. I felt like I was treated as just a number or customer. It is like an answered prayer finding Broadway Insurance Service. William was super busy, but when he gave me the time he will get back to me, he fulfilled his promise. He didn't make any "excuses". William took the time to explain what I am buying into, what was covered and based on my family situation, recommended us to buy another umbrella insurance to make sure I have my family needs covered. Moreover, he was willing to go the extra mile to work out the contract on his day off so I would not be concerned about not having coverage. I was so touched by his service. I switched over our homeowners, landlord, and auto-insurance. We were so glad we did. 2 months after switching, my lender sent over an unreasonable request for me to provide proof that our home insurance that has "wind" coverage. Our lender went ahead and bought a very expensive coverage for us in escrow. When I called lender, they were making all kinds of procedures for me to provide proof and transferred me from department to departments. It took me more than 4 hours with the lenders that I decided to call William to see if he can speak to them over speaker phone while I was finally able to speak to the manager of the lender. William provided his cell phone for his contact and picked up right away when I called! It literally saved me another 4 hours to get to the right person at the lender. With his expertise, William firmly explained that in California, it is covered unless there are special items listed like Earthquake that is not covered. The lender tried to give me another department to submit proof and would have took 4-5 weeks to process the request. William just took it from there and said he will take care of it for me. With 2 kids, the assurance was everything! Within 1.5 weeks, it was taken care of. During that whole time, William would send me email updates of what was happening. I had so much PEACE to know William would take care of me and my family. He is like family now. I can't express the gratitude for his help. Over the past 16 years, I've deal with 3 other agencies, NONE can match Broadway Insurance Service! If you are deciding to switch because you are not treated with the respect and attention from your current insurance agent, don't hesitate, just call William. You won't be disappointed. I wished I would have done so sooner instead of trying to be "loyal" to the company that didn't care a damn about my business or relationship with them.

And when it comes to earthquake insurance? William has come through for me time and time again with quotes and coverage options that no other agent in California has even come close to matching. I know that sounds like an exaggeration, but it's not -- it's 100% true. One of the most important things when dealing with insurance is trust, and I've always felt that with William. He doesn't just send you a number and expect a yes or no -- he walks you through the details, explains the differences, and makes sure you understand what you're choosing. I live a busy life and having to deal with car insurance is the last thing I want to do so I contacted Keith Insurance Agency due to great reviews for my new 2022 Honda Insight, due to having a DUI from 6 years prior and one texting and driving ticket 3 years prior in I knew the insurance wasn't going to be the cheapest for a new car but they get me an okay deal and all is good. They last sent me a POI card 11/25/23 and then nothing for a whole year, mind you my insurance is only 6months but I've been paying this whole time with no updated POI card so technically driving with expired insurance, when I get a letter stating that my specific insurance company isn't going to insure me anymore due to being in California, so great thats when I finally get an email from Tamari. They get me settled up with another insurance carrier Bridger Insurance and I signed something and never got a copy of what I signed and again no email with POI or access to website so I can get the proof (& holy moly they have the WORST reviews!!!!!! and an F rating on the BBB Yippee!!) Like I said I figured I missed the email with the updated POI from May 2024 but when I got the letter stating that they were cancelling I looked and no POI from Tamari or my old insurance. I keep thinking what if I got into an accident during that time.. it makes me sick that I was paying every month with technically no proof of insurance. I feel like I need to take legal action because this isn't right. I'm writing this review to warn others that this is how they treat their clients of 2 1/2 years, they took advantage of me not knowing and they could be doing the same to you.

Also, I asked if I could come to their office to get my insurance information printed and they said they don't have an office for customers so they would send me the print outs. And their "office" is local to me so I thought it would be quick. A year later, when I was going to cancel my policy, I was assured they would do it. I had already moved on to another insurance company. I then got charged for the insurance company that Keith Insurance took out for me which I had confirmed that was cancelled, which then took my checking account negative which I got overdraft fees I contacted them about this, they apologized, but come to find out, they did nothing. Then I get a negative mark on my credit report, which is months later which I then have to contact the insurance company to clear up. This couple is phoning it in. Literally. Totally unprofessional. Seems to have too many things going that they can't keep track of.
