I'm so happy to have my store insurance with Paul . Elsa Escobar took an extra mile to pick up my check. I really appreciate her extra effort. read more

I have been a happy Paul Diaz customer since 2013. Elisa Davidson has been my Account Manager for the entire time and I really enjoy working with her. Not only do I get really good service from her specifically, but Paul Diaz, in general, can find extremely competitive rates. I have both Auto and Home policies through Mercury and also insurance for rental properties through Safeco. Rates do go up yearly which seems to be uncontrollable, but overall I am happy and would recommend them. read more

I was looking for an insurance company For my home and unfortunately I've had the worse luck. UNTIL I called this agency. They scheduled a Same day appointment. When I got there I was greeted by a wonderful and friendly front desk lady. She took me to an office to speak with Rebecca, this couldn't have gone any better. She was so helpful and so informative. I told her what I was looking for and she nailed it. She took her time explaining everything about the policy. Thank you Rebecca for all your help and assistance. I will definitely refer my family and friends to you. FYI: during this pandering they are surely following any and all guidelines. read more

Paul has been my broker for various lines of insurance. I can say he knows his stuff, does a great job of explaining coverages, and answering any questions. It's also great to know if he's not available, Becky will be there to answer any questions or address any concerns. I recommend this business for any auto, home or commercial insurance! read more

Great service! Elisa was quick in replying and answered all my questions. First time buying home insurance alone, I was but scared but Elisa helped Thanks again read more

I just got off the phone with Paul and he gave me great information. Sounded like he knew definitely what he was talking about when I asked my questions and sounded like it mattered to him also not to start off overwhelming myself. Thank you so much Paul! So far good way to start a business relationship read more

Beverley Kavanagh is the worst agent that I have ever dealt with. She has horrible customer service and should not be allowed to work with clients. Her lack of knowledge caused my home insurance to lapse and she laughed out loud when I asked her to help understand the fair plan policy. She stated "I don't have time to read you a paragraph from their policy" and she takes days/weeks to reply to my emails. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!! read more

We have been a customer for years and they really do have an amazing and helpful staff. Paul and his team provide our insurance for multiple homes around California. Whenever we have any questions or needs, we get the help we need. Can't tell you how many times Elisa has saved the day by getting us documents ASAP. No doubt, we have found our broker. read more

We have been working with Paul Diaz Insurance Agency for the last few years. Milton Reyes has been very collaborative and fast responding when we need help. I appreciate all their good job, and I am looking forward to using their services. read more

I had an overall great experience. Rebecca Quintana was the lady that helped me with all my questions and concerns. She was patient and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend! read more

The Paul Diaz group are great! You get the smaller "Mom and Pop" customer care and attention, but from a team who all have the "big firm" training and expertise. That is a winning combination and why they have been my broker for more than 10 years! read more

I have multiple policies with PDI Insurance and Paul, Elsa, Becky, Elisa, JP, and the rest of the staff always go above and beyond to make sure everything is well taken care of! They make the whole insurance process so much easier, and still somehow can get the cheapest quotes around. I've gotten many friends and family members utilizing their services as well, and I haven't had a single complaint thus far. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Give them a shot to quote your business/propety/home/auto and you will not be disappointed read more

I contacted Mr. Diaz for an insurance quote for one of our shopping centers. While it took most of the insurance agents one week to get us a quote, it took Mr. Diaz two days. He quoted me more than 50% less than what others like: State Farm and Farmers charged. I admire his perseverance and energy, I will go to this man for all my insurance needs. read more

Our Insurance agent, Rebecca Quintana at Paul Diaz Ins. went above and beyond customer satisfaction!! I have from time to time shopped other Insurance companies, however I believe there is no other company or agent who has provided this kind of customer service as well as competitive rates. Rebecca continually displayed a professional and kind disposition and followed through on all my requests and questions. I'm so pleased with their service. I highly recommend asking for Rebecca as your insurance agent. read more

Elisa Davidson was extremely helpful in finding me the best car insurance policy, and saved me hundreds of dollars, headaches, and time! She would always respond promptly to my questions/concerns and provided me the best solution to the dilemma I was facing with my previous insurance co. (due to two fender benders, and discrepancies in my driving record) I would remain a loyal customer because of her extensive knowledge on insurance policies and her amazing customer service skills. Paul and Rebecca have been a huge help! I have a small business and learning to navigate insurance has been hard. They helped with all the crazy questions I had and never made me feel stupid about asking them. They communicate wonderfully via email and phone, which is appreciated because my work keeps me away from the computer often. OH! And they went above and beyond helping my somewhat obscure kind of business find insurance when other agencies just stopped trying to help. That's pretty wonderful I would say! read more

Excelent customer service , I had the opportunity to meet the staff and they were very helpful and always able to solve any question I had. I really recommend it for your future insurance needs . read more

I've always dreaded dealing with insurance agents...so many questions, so much paperwork, all just a big hassle, but dealing with Paul Diaz Insurance wasn't like that at all. I immediately felt comfortable talking with Paul. He walked me through all of my options and explained things in a way I could easily understand. At the end of the day, I had better coverage and lower rates...what more could I ask for? I highly recommend Paul for all of your insurance needs. read more

Love Paul Diaz Insurance bc he makes sure he is shopping the best rates for me. People like to say "I have been with X insurance company for Y years." I don't think the insurance company cares about that or about you. They are big companies that want to increase profits...so that is what they do. They increase you a bit every year. I suggest switching every few years bc you will find better rates. read more

I contacted Paul for some health insurance recently. He was very knowledgeable and the process was quick. He got me the best rates I found around town and I am very pleased how everything turned out. He also made sure to call me throughout the process to update me on the status of my application. I recommended his services to my girlfriend and my brother and they have both had positive experiences as well. read more

Great Insurance Agency! Let's face it, nobody enjoys having to deal with insurance companies and having to pay more than they need to. At Paul Diaz Insurance Agency, the atmosphere was very welcoming, and the employees were very professional. My agent, Carlos Jimenez, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable; he was able to find me affordable auto coverage and save me money. It's evident that they're not just in it to make a profit, they genuinely want to help you find the right policies for your budget and lifestyle. Would definitely recommend this agency for all of your insurance/investment needs! read more

Before handing my business to Paul and Carlos, I used two brokers and various online comparison engines. What sold me wasn't only the rates, it was Paul's expertise. He guided in me in finding the best plan available for my circumstances; explaining the many differences which helped make sense of the small print. Additionally, Carlos has been a huge support at the time of my most recent car accident. He handled everything diligently after I emailed him the necessary information. The opposing insurance company cut me a lower check than agreed upon and then their agent vanished. Carlos emailed and called her manager until my second check was issued. Last but not least, Carlos and Paul use Gmail and answer questions over chat. I challenge anyone to find a better team. read more

I usually handle our insurance policies, but last week I had a full schedule and didn't have a chance to take care of an urgent insurance matter that came up. I sent my mother over to Paul Diaz insurance (for our first time) and the agent Rebecca made the transition to a new policy (along with some additional requests) such a breeze! She explained everything to my mother in spanish, immediately emailed me an update and took the time to take care of those additional requests. You have a great team Paul, we will be coming back with the rest of our policies! read more

Clean office great business attitude, and thanks for all the solutions you had to my question and concerns.

Excellent service! I recommended them after looking at their Yelp reviews to a very dear elderly friend of mine whose home insurance had dropped her policy after 50 years of coverage due to the high risk area her home is in with all of the local fires happening in recent years. Because of that, everywhere she called denied her coverage. I insisted this agency had excellent reviews and that they came off as helpful and personable in most all of them, so she called and gave them a try. She has had purely telephonic contact with them and has received quotes by mail just as she requested. That kind of service is hard to find anymore these days, and that means the world to someone who is elderly and nervous to make a big change like this. She was even concerned about the cost to cover her neighboring vacant lot that she also owns and wants to cover (in case someone wanders in there or something - you never know), and her quote included coverage for that entire lot for no additional cost if she signs with that home insurance policy. This is the kind of news she has been needing to hear for months. I cannot recommend this place enough, and will be sure to recommend them. THANK YOU for helping my friend, your new loyal customer. read more

Paul has been so incredibly helpful to me. He goes above and beyond and what I love the most is the personal touch. He really cares about his clients. I can't recommend them enough. read more

Paul was great. He helped with the application process, and I would recommend his services to others.

I've been chatting with Paul about getting general liability insurance for my amazon business. He was super patient about searching for the best quote for me. I also had a ton of questions as i'm just learning the basics of insurance, and he took the time to explain all that to me using examples. I also learned that he's been in this business for 15 years and his family has been in insurance for 40 years. So sounds like they have a lot of experience and seen many cases. Give him a ring, I'm sure Paul can help your small business too. read more
