Chris is very knowlegeable in regards to insurance (auto/life/house) and is very thorough in this explanations. I don't know as much as I should about the different options available but anytime I have questions, he patiently explains and walks us through it. We're currently looking to switch over our car insurance as well since it will be nice to go through one person to do all of our insurance instead of researching everything ourselves - espeicially since we can't tell how trustworthy some companies are. I have been a long-time client of Chris', since approximately 2005. He assisted me with my initial search for car insurance and has provided me with excellent service throughout the years. He works diligently to find a plan that best suits your needs both personal and financial. He will always ask relevant questions in order to maximize your savings, such as whether or not you're a student. In addition to finding the best rates, Chris goes above and beyond in that he will always respond to my many questions and continually educates me on the various aspects of insurance that I as a layperson find so confusing; in so doing, he helps me to make better decisions regarding policy selection. To illustrate how outstanding Chris is, here is an example of his service: Recently, Chris has helped me navigate the confusing application process for insurance through the health exchange. Somehow, I managed to render myself eligible for medi-cal, which was not ideal. He informed me, step-by-step, of how to log into my account and to assign him as an agent, after which he resolved the matter for me entirely and submitted an application for a plan I preferred; I did very little once he took control. Additionally, I had been having issues with Blue Shield whose services I wanted to cancel but who had failed to process my retro cancellation and reimbursement and who was continuing to charge me monthly premiums despite having coverage through another insurance carrier. Chris also helped me with this and was able to secure a partial refund which was a significant amount. We are working together now to obtain the rest. Overall and over the years, Chris has been a friendly, communicative, knowledgeable and professional agent.
