    Good quality service. Was able to make an appointment within 15 minutes of calling. The office is very professional looking. Will be coming back for my live scan needs!

    I have had State Farm for the longest. Honestly I never looked for anything better because it was easy to just pay and forget about it. This year renewal was due and I was recommended HC OPTIONS INSURANCE for auto insurance and since I got fed up of paying too much for outdated and low coverage with SF, Carol helped me get better coverage with SAFECO and the best part was that I never set foot in the office. I work in healthcare and have a busy schedule. Everything was done electronically and phone and that same afternoon I was fully covered. After doing some research I found that Safeco was part of Liberty Mutual the third largest casualty and property insurer in the US so I was sold. Before with State Farm (Bodily Injury 15,000/30,000) -Auto 1: $296/6 months -Auto 2: $553/6 months -Homeowners: $588 (Dwelling $300,000) Total yearly: $2286 NOW with SAFECO (Bodily injury 100,000/300,000) !!!!! -Auto 1: $325/6 months -Auto 2: $539/6 months -Homeowners: $554 (Dwelling $363,000) Total yearly: $2282 Now, yearly I pay about the same but I am so much more covered than I was before. If I had gotten into a car accident with State Farm, I would've been barely covered with 15,000/30,000 whereas now its 100,000/300,000. I couldn't believe the difference. Homeowners is also up by $63,000 in coverage for less. They also helped me break up with State Farm. Carol prepared the documents and all I did was sign and fax it back. A week later I got a check for the remaining of the premium I had paid. Yes, I recommend this place for all types of insurance needs. I see why they have perfect reviews. PS. All numbers are real from my documents of 2019 (see attached picture).

    First time getting my passport photo taken somewhere other than cvs!…read more I had to get some China visa photos taken and given they had to be digital to upload, I checked cvs online and they charge extra for digital on top of the 16.99$ for two passport photos! This place advertised 16$ flat rate for passport/visa photos and digital is included and given I need 3 photos for 3 people done, this was the best value I could find. I called ahead to make an appointment and got a 9:30am Saturday, the lady was nice enough to be flexible as well and como date as early as 8:30am if needed. When we arrived around 9:20am, we saw they were closed! But around 9:30am, someone came and helped us out. The 3 different photos only took us 30min from take to print/email! Super quick. One thing I'd like to point out is that they know what photos the China visa processing will accept. And yes the photos were accepted and successfully uploaded! I have a son who cannot sit still or even let me take a photo by myself, the staff was super nice and patient! He was able to get great poses of my kid even though he was fussy. They accept credit cards and cash. Overall, super great experience and definitely recommend when you need pour photo done quick and done right. Check their website for accurate opening hours!

    I attempted to return an Amazon package at this UPS Store this afternoon and was shocked by how…read moreunprofessional and hostile the customer service was. I had ordered an ironing board through Amazon but ended up not needing it. When I initiated the return, the only option Amazon gave me was this UPS Store. The return instructions said I needed to bring the item with a box and label, but the ironing board had originally been delivered wrapped only in plastic--not in a box. Before making the trip, I contacted Amazon customer service to explain the situation. The representative assured me that it would not be a problem and even generated a QR code with notes instructing the UPS associate that the item had not originally come in a box and requesting an exception. When I arrived at the store, the older Asian woman wearing glasses at the front counter immediately refused to accept the return as soon as she saw the item. I calmly tried to explain what Amazon had told me and offered to show her the QR code with the notes, but she flatly refused to even look at it. Instead, she became visibly angry and began ranting about Amazon, saying, "Of course they'll tell you *@&#! because they don't want to deal with it!" She continued complaining about Amazon and other customers while using profanity and speaking in an aggressive tone. Regardless of how frustrating Amazon's return policies may be for UPS employees, customers should not be subjected to that kind of outburst. I had done exactly what Amazon instructed me to do, yet I was treated as though I had done something wrong. Hoping to resolve the situation, I politely asked whether the store had any discarded boxes that I could reuse to package the ironing board since it had never come in one. Instead of trying to help, she became even more upset. At that point, I realized there was no productive conversation to be had and left because I did not want the situation to escalate any further. I walked out feeling upset, embarrassed, and honestly shaken by the interaction. I completely understand if store policy prevented them from accepting the return. What I cannot understand is the hostility, profanity, and complete unwillingness to even look at the information Amazon had provided before dismissing me. There is a respectful way to explain store policies, and this was not it. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope management addresses how customers are treated. No one should feel uncomfortable or intimidated simply for asking for help with a return.
