Also noticed she had some attitude issues towards me but I didn't even say anything. There's plenty of other insurance/notaries in the area and I'm not sure how they're getting such good reviews. I was calling around for a local livescan place and came upon this quaint office nearby. I called and Henry picked up the phone and was really helpful and made an appointment for me for the following morning for a live scan. Depending on what you need the live scan for, the cost varies but they charge 20 dollars just for their office which is fair in my opinion. Lizette was prompt and kind. She assisted me through my appointment and was very patient and thorough with explaining what to do and how to make sure the fingerprints show up quick and efficiently. They also send a link to follow your live scan to know if it's reached it's point of destination and when the results come so that's a good bonus. I would recommend coming here for a livescan for sure. Their office is clean and is a welcoming spot. Parking is only along Valley Blvd but it's easy. Options also does anything related to any kind of insurance, notaries and bonds. So be sure to check them out if you're needing any of those services as well. read more

I have had State Farm for the longest. Honestly I never looked for anything better because it was easy to just pay and forget about it. This year renewal was due and I was recommended HC OPTIONS INSURANCE for auto insurance and since I got fed up of paying too much for outdated and low coverage with SF, Carol helped me get better coverage with SAFECO and the best part was that I never set foot in the office. I work in healthcare and have a busy schedule. Everything was done electronically and phone and that same afternoon I was fully covered. After doing some research I found that Safeco was part of Liberty Mutual the third largest casualty and property insurer in the US so I was sold. Before with State Farm (Bodily Injury 15,000/30,000) -Auto 1: $296/6 months -Auto 2: $553/6 months -Homeowners: $588 (Dwelling $300,000) Total yearly: $2286 NOW with SAFECO (Bodily injury 100,000/300,000) !!!!! -Auto 1: $325/6 months -Auto 2: $539/6 months -Homeowners: $554 (Dwelling $363,000) Total yearly: $2282 Now, yearly I pay about the same but I am so much more covered than I was before. If I had gotten into a car accident with State Farm, I would've been barely covered with 15,000/30,000 whereas now its 100,000/300,000. I couldn't believe the difference. Homeowners is also up by $63,000 in coverage for less. They also helped me break up with State Farm. Carol prepared the documents and all I did was sign and fax it back. A week later I got a check for the remaining of the premium I had paid. Yes, I recommend this place for all types of insurance needs. I see why they have perfect reviews. PS. This is the first time I have completed a LiveScan at this facility and this is by far the most cleanest one I have been to. Due to COVID precautions, I had to call to schedule an appointment with them, but it wasn't bad at all! I was able to get an appointment on the same day. The lady who answered the call was super kind and helpful with answering my questions (extremely patient too, which I greatly appreciated). The process of getting the LiveScan was quick. Henry was very friendly and helpful in explaining the process. The facility is COVID-friendly (social distancing reinforced, face masks required, and hand sanitizer provided). Also, there's no need to open/close doors since they will get it for you when you enter/exit the facility. Overall, I had a great experience with them and will come back if I ever need another LiveScan! read more

Turns out they're a few doors down in a new office now. The new office has a really clean, modern vibe that made me feel comfortable. Still run by Henry and Carol, but they've hired some other staff too. The staff who helped me were extremely helpful, polite, patient, and punctual - I was helped as soon as I got there. Great service, reasonable prices, and overall a really pleasant experience. No complaints and will be back the next time I need a LiveScan. read more

i came here to get a live scan done (essentially fingerprinting service) & made an appt through the phone! bc it was my first time utilizing these services, I wasn't super familiar w/ how they go. the staff were incredibly helpful & friendly, having no problem w/ walking me through the whole thing and answering any questions I had. even when I wasn't positioning my fingerprints correctly, the person taking them was very patient & kind! all in all, I think it took about 20 mins: super quick! also, the interior of this place is very modernized and clean. it has that minimalistic vibe to it. lastly, there's a parking lot right next to it that makes it even more convenient. overall, their 5 star yelp avg is definitely well deserved: id recommend it!! :D read more
