This review is based on my experience. I have been coming here for years. My sister recommended coming here because they have had done a great job on her taxes for the past 5 years. The first year, they charged me $70. The second time, they charged me $130. This year, they charged me $115 because they charged me wrong last year, and the lady told me they only can discount $15 off. My sister was charged $70 consistently the last couple of years. My mom they charged her $90. Lastly, they charged me $130. You can say we all have different statuses, but we make around the same. We compared our tax form. They did not do any special or asked them to do anything different. They reduce the amount the lowest amount and try and try to get the most refund you can get, but any tax place will try to that for you. I was not karen about this situation lol i just kindly said this will be the last year i do my taxes here. My family will no longer do our taxes here. This is based on my February 2022 taxes. They are allowed to raise their prices based on how inflation is so high. But they out right did me wrong. read more

I came to this place regarding immigration paperwork. I was referred by a few family members. The first time I processed paper work everything went smooth. They charge 30 dollars for the consultation either over the phone or in person. But the second time for renewal I had a lot of issues. I called twice to ask about what paper work I would need to bring in they both gave me the wrong information. They first girl Fernanda who started my packet was not the best and non informational at all . Thank god Maria Orozco happen to help me the day I went to take paper work in. She was helpful and prompt. She was able to guide me more. I highly recommend this place but when you come in ask Maria Orozco to help you shes the best. read more

I have never had such a horrible customer service experience in any other business like I've had at this establishment. We had the misfortune of working with Fernanda Sandez who was friendly and acted helpful at first, but once she collects the money she's done with you and don't expect to get any other help from her with the service she provided. We came here to file immigration documents for my Aunt and a few weeks later we needed to confirm that the documents were filed correctly since the SS # was not being issued because of a discrepancy. Understand that this is a a HUGE deal to my aunt and an exciting moment. We called the office multiple times and Fernanda was no where to be found. Other employees would tell us that she was with customers, our had left for the day and after leaving multiple messages our calls were never returned. FINALLY after so many attempts we were finally able to reach the attitude filled, rude and unprofessional Miss Sandes who in a short 10 min call showed her true colors. Not only did she not want to help with a simple look up of document information that only they have, the attitude that was given was insane! Her exact words were "If I have time I will do it"...WOW! Such awful customer service experience should never happen to paying customers, especially when such large sums have been exchanged for the service. If you still do plan on coming to this establishment, my biggest recommendation is that whatever you do, do not deal with the unreliable, rude, unprofessional miss Fernanda Sandes. read more

Great service and friendly staff. I've filed my taxes with them since 2017. Make sure you bring all the necessary documents; do some research on what is needed (we're all adults now, come on). Bad service. Used to do taxes years ago with Maria. I drove from Palmdale with an appointment and they made me wait over an hour. I ask the girl in the front when I was going to be seen and ask me again if I had an appointment. I made eye contact with Felipe who seemed snooty? and took another person before me eventhough I told him I made appt..coming from palmdale. Top it off it was my wife's bday. Did my taxes here last year emailed them ahead of time like they offer came in and signed no problem but this year emailed them the same way and sat in the waiting area for an hour and a half. First of all nothing Professional about them. I went in on September 15 to get married ( they prepared the legal work). I was charged $320 for that service. It's December 3rd and I haven't gotten my marriage certificate. I called when 3 weeks had passed, call after call, left messages and never once was a call return. Fernanda Finally return my call only because I told the receptionist that if she didn't call me to find out what's happening that I would put a claim to my Credit card company. Pretty shitting that you have to threat them to get a call back. I understand things happen, but don't ignore a customer. Turns out she had made a mistake and needed to go down to court to fix it. Fernanda told me over the phone that she would go to court tomorrow to fix it and would give me a call, Well fuck, that never happen and that was 4 weeks ago. I called again and the receptionist told me that Fernanda was on vacation and was the only one handling marriage certificates, so I told her that I would call my credit card company, she insisted to wait to Monday, and I said no, that I needed a call before 5 pm that day. The Receptionist told me that Maria would be calling me to find a solution, well fuck again, that never happen. I finally ended up calling my credit card company and putting in a claim. It totally sucks that in good faith for service you pay upfront and they fuck you over and let alone ignore you. That is not how you run a company. You can go on vacation but you can't return a damn call? I will not be referring them at all. read more

DECEITFUL!!! I am extremely unhappy and upset with these people. I did my taxes there for about 4 years but I will never go back again. Aside from the fact that they tell clients to post positive reviews for a measly 3 dollar discount, they are deceitful. I have always paid them 60 dollars to do my taxes which is fine, today upon arriving I asked the girl preparing my taxes if they still charge the same amount and she said yes. When it was time to pay, I handed them my credit card expecting to be charged 60 dollars but instead they charged me 195 dollars. I asked to speak to Maria and at a distance she said that I was charged that amount because I had a lot of tax forms. She refused to talk to me face to face, instead she brushed me off because she knew I was upset. I left shocked that they charged me 195. I've called several times demanding to speak to Maria but she does not get back to me. I will never go back to these people again or recommend them to anyone. It's sad because my previous visits were nice, but after being lied to and being deceived by them, I will NEVER do business with them again. They should inform the client how much they will be charged prior to preparing the taxes to avoid this issue. I asked how much and they said 60 bucks but later charged me 195. Such B.S. read more

This place is the WORST for out of state customers. I was helped by Felipe about two weeks ago last week of March and has yet to return any call or email me back any information about my return! I called the front desk a week later and tried to speak with him and they gave me the run around that he is "busy with a client" and got my memo to call back. Still hasn't bothered to call back even though both times receptionist told me that my taxes were done never got full confirmation from him or what my return amount is not even what I owe l. Today 4/8/19 I called back once again he was busy and was told by the reception that he was "with a client" and that everything was done and he would try to call me back ASAP, then I asked "and if he doesn't?" She replied "try calling back Thursday or Friday" are you serious??? I'm not sure if you want to bring your business here. read more

Inconsistent with the pricing. First time in 8 years that Ive heard what the pricing for having the tax forms prepared by them were. My partner and I were charged 80% more than last year to get our taxes prepared by them. That's almost double what we paid last year for the exact same forms. After informing the tax preparer of the discrepancy she lowered it by $15 and said to call them back once we went through our receipts from last year. so we agreed to pay under what I see now were false pretenses in hoping for a price adjustment. I brought the taxes and receipts from last year to the office to show them the huge difference and was initially told the we were given a huge discount last year. But after the employee spoke to the boss she came out and said its because the pricing had changed and it changes every year. But my family and other referrals paid nothing near what we paid this year!! So we got charged different because of the discount or the pricing??? Then the employee has the audacity to say they helped us make sure we didn't owe the IRS. Yeah they better help since we are paying!!!!! So the more they help the more we pay them? Just some advice double check on the pricing before you go in or you'll get fooled just like us. So much for what we thought was an honest business. I'll make sure to inform family members and friends that perhaps they should look elsewhere. read more
