This is the worst place to get insurance, I got insurance they never notified the DMV , I call their number they assured me they will call and fix the issue, now my cars are suspended and I have to pay extra fee, guess who is paying that? I've never really had a problem with this insurance until today. I called Adriana's to see if they can get me a copy ready of my policy since it expires every 6 months. ANGEL is the one that answered I told him how I was on my way if they can just have it ready but then right when I said that he said they can just email it to me making it sound easier but instead put me on hold sent me to another number that never answered Then for 20 mins he refused to answer my call just putting me on hold. When I arrived to the store It turned out he was off within the 30 mins so he left as he didn't have to work anymore???? Instead when I got to the store there was a line and he didn't care for over 7 mins he proceed to get ready to leave. If you are lazy and don't want to work then file for unemployment. Im so happy I was able to finally get my tags and registration after a month and a week of waiting. I was told by a business owner to give this insurance a chance and I highly REGRET it and I would think twice before anyone gives any kind of business to a place like this where basically you're left to investigate everything regarding the services you paid for yourself which defeats the purpose of offering certain services in this case dmv services. They are unable to understand the customers needs especially for services they claim to charge extra for such as dmv services, example: DMV Services being paid for on May 17th, and still nothing, not getting a straight forward answer on when or what exactly is going with the services I paid for or when I'm receiving what I paid for. I agree and understand things take time but i should be notified of all this I shouldn't have to go out my way to make sure this is being HANDLED PROPERLY, I would assume Adrianas insurance would employ capable employees. Obviously that is not the case because all I would get were false answers or excuses from their Canoga office (Carla, Angel) to their dmv services in rancho (Tanya & Ashley) even had Ashley tell me "I'm not on your account 24/7," im fully aware of that and I don't have that expectation but I do have an expectation of this being handled properly especially after it's been paid for in full, and on top of all that I was still charged an additional $39 aside from the 600.00 + dollars I had already paid and had nothing to show for, for a whole entire month. Have no clue as to what the additional charge was for who knows I wasn't explained, at that point I just paid to be done with this whole disaster experience. Point is save yourself the trouble and random extra additional fees they will come up with. I had this horrible experience with just issues related to my car. I would hate for anyone to experience what I did and it be an issue relating to their business or home. Don't take the risk. And on top of all this they're so unapologetic and unprofessional to say the least. If you want this type of treatment then go ahead sign up, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Usually people takes their time to write bad reviews when they have had a bad experience. But nothing better than trying by yourself. I went to this Adrianas Insurance location and had an amazing experience with their agents :) I was struggling with insurance prices due to my driving record and the agent who helped me (I'm really bad at names) took his time to look up for prices and explained my insurance coverages as no one did before. Even though they are brokers and will charge you a broker fee, they have many companies they work with and that gives you many options to choose from. It's like having someone searching for the best deal for you in the insurance market. I was so pleased with my experience and the fact that everything was made easy and convenient for me that I would definitely recommend you to give it a try. This is my first month as a member of Adriana's, I asked to be signed up for auto pay, I guess something was missed in the process and I got a text today saying the payment was due yesterday and pending cancellation due to non payment. I didn't receive any paperwork for the bill, so I figured the auto payment was in place and all was good. I called today and asked to pay it and sign up for auto pay (once again) and I was hit with a $60 late fee for paying a day late. By far the worst place to get insurance from. Before coming into the store I made several calls to other insurance companies around the area. With well knowing that prices might be different what's coming in and sitting down. I decided to come into this store since it was the closest one to me. I spoke to a young lady that said that she was the office manager. With know that I felt comfortable that I was in good hands. By far not even close to that. She originally open a policy for me after agreeing with the original price. After sighing all the papers and paying I left the store with knowing that I had everything that I needed. 2 days later I came back to the same person and added other vehicle to my policy. That's when everything just got ridiculous. Somehow she manages to open an extra policy that I was aware of. Thinking that was very weird since I didn't sigh for that agreement it was still possible. After taking care of that mess I was charged for extra fees for billing when I had already sign up for direct payment threw my banking. So I called and asked what was the point of adding my banking info. She fixed the issue and credit back the extra fees. For the following month, I was not charged for the policy. After noticing that they haven't charge my account I called back the store. Come to find out that my policy was already canceled. Due to them not taking the payment out. She stated that in order to bring back my policy I would have to make an extra 120 payment to reestablish my policy. I mention if there was a problem why didn't I get a call or a letter. She mentions that if wanted that service I had to request at the the time I was at the store. I decided to take my business to Northsate auto insurance. I been with them for a few months now and by far no issues thank god. I even got a follow up call to rate my experience their. The worst place to get car insurance!!! Endorsement fee to add a car to my policy (What) are you serious!!!! Not happy with this. All these years I've never been charge extra to add a car, it automatically was added to payment in my bank. So far the brokers there just want to take you money and there fee is so much and it only takes them 5 minutes to do something in the computer. This place has the worse service ever. I get that insurance agents might not get paid big bucks but the least they can do when you walk into their office is greet you and let you know how long you might be waiting if there's already a few people. The employees here don't even acknowledge you or smile or NOTHING. I came in to make a quick payment but wasn't even acknowledged when I walked in the door and I sat there for ten minutes with no clue at how long I would be waiting so I stormed out of that place. Called Adriana's Insurance because I've been insured through them for about 5 years and keep seeing my insurance bill going up and up. I've been an excellent driver and I have never seen any decrease on my bill. I spoke with an employee from Adriana's Insurance who told me i had to call my "insurance" Anchor General Insurance Co. I called Anchor General Insurance and told me they couldn't do anything and that i had to call Adriana's Insurance. Neither company wants to take the responsibility and just keep throw the ball to each other without any solution. It is ridiculous how this agency works. This is not insurance, it is a broker. They are very dishonest. Beware! It was a horrible experience and our small business was scammed out of a lot of money. They do not know enough about insurance. They incorrectly apply for policies and write bad policies. When the insurance company cancelled on us, they refused to help us solve it, so we had to solve it ourselves. Every time you call to speak to an agent, they say they are "not available" or "in a meeting" or "just stepped into a meeting"; every single time. They do not respond to e-mails. We have spent countless hours trying to get a hold of them and fix it. The agents or managers never call back and make the assistants call back, who know nothing about the policy. When I asked for the corporate number, they gave me a number that is not in service. If you need auto insurance, go directly with a company, or a personal referral for someone. They also give us bogus phone numbers and email addresses that do not exist when we ask to speak to a manager or corporate offices. read more

I have no idea where to begin. I'll try to make it short. Basically I went in to make a change to my policy. I HAD anchor insurance and I was a client with Adriana's Insurance since 2012. I wanted to make my car full coverage and I received 2 similar quotes over the phone. When I went in they told me I had to pay $100 dollars just to make a change to the policy. I was quite upset because I was not told this over the phone but I went ahead and gave them 100. So later on they requested photos of my vehicle of which I sent over 3 times to two different employees. I was finally forced to once again, take my vehicle in so they could take photos of my car. They did so and then told me my rate was 100 dollars more than what they quoted me. I was very specific with these employees on what I could afford and since I could not afford that policy I was forced to cancel with anchor. But that's not the worst part. The worst part is they didn't return my $100 or even a portion of it because "they don't return broker fees" I called customer service and spoke to several supervisors and everyone refused to help me. I would like to clarify the issue was not with anchor but with ADRIANA ' S INSURANCE. They are liars, and they took my money. I am filing a report with the better business Bureau immediately.
