Negligent, unprofessional! Submitted an application for a Live Scan. He filled out wrong and because of that my whole process got delayed, and I ended up to get a live scan in a different place. He also OVERCHARGED me wrongfully. I showed up several times to get this resolved, and he refuses to refund the money. These reviews that put 5 star are his family members, friends and relatives, don't fall for that! read more

I definitely recommend you use this company for any of their services. They were so amazing in helping me with my Livescan fingerprints I needed to get. There was an issue on the Livescan side and my fingerprints didn't go through originally so I went back to List and they helped me do the process again, and made sure to advise me of the best next steps to ensure it went through properly. They were so kind, patient and understanding. I really appreciated their customer service and will definitely go back to them when I need to notarize something or for anything else. I mention notarizing because they also previously helped my father with notarizing services in the past and did a great job with that as well. I really appreciate the great work they do! read more

After a crazy morning trying to find someone who could help me figure out if my LiveScan fingerprinting form was missing a code or not, I decided to make the 40 minute drive over to David Elist Ins. Services & had the pleasure of meeting ANA. (I had seen another company earlier who could not process it due to this issue.) Ana was not only professional & efficient, but she also has a very calming disposition. She noticed how stressed I was & assured me that all will work out one way or another. She also took her time to make sure fingerprints were as acceptable as possible, reviewed all information & did not rush the process at all. I HIGHLY recommend coming here if you need fingerprinting. With this top-notch service, I would imagine any other services they offer are equally as good! Go for it, you won't be disappointed! THANK YOU, ANA! :) read more

Great Notary Public; very friendly and fast. Call to make an appointment before you go because he also goes to people's locations. So he is also a mobile public notary; though I'm sure there is a fee for that convenience. He is usually available until 7pm and I think sometimes on the weekend. Aside from being a professional notary public, I've heard he also has very good insurance services. Thank you David! read more
