NO email, no follow up. Called today to inquire about email. She now says since I can't see your house on Google, I need pictures. What? Not discussed previously and not a problem UNTIL she said and I quote "basically you're asking me to clean up someone elses mess." Uh NO, we called Krouse because their own website speaks about their personal service. We were looking to switch to a new brokerage for CUSTOMER SERVICE and making sure we are properly insured. In a time when insurance companies are doing everything they can to cancel policies in California you need a great agent now more than ever. Lucky for me I've got Steve Feig on my side! My auto insurance payments were set up on auto pay and I had fraud on my credit card. I forgot to update the new card information and when the old card got declined, the carrier immediately cancelled my policy with no grace period! Thank goodness I had Steve on my side. He took I've an hour to work with me and we had to write a whole new policy, but I was able to get coverage again. I worked with Jennifer Krouse, (Gary's daughter). Jennifer was very knowledgeable and thorough but precise so we were only reviewing policies that really made sense for my situation. She remembered to follow-up with me even though I went out of town for 12 days (and got busy) in the middle of the process. I must say, by far one of the best insurance agents. I found them on yelp because of high ratings. So I went to get a quotation. Jennifer, helped me out and she was super super helpful. She found an insurance company that was 50% cheaper than my current one with higher coverage. That was for my rental unit and she also checked for my own residential and was honest enough to tell me to keep my current because it was higher and she did NOT try push or sell anything more. I went back home and contacted her again to see if she can get me a quote again with higher coverage and she did found one. Even though my current policy was cheaper I did switch to what Jennifer found because I trusted her and I like her honesty. From 1 to 10 I give them solid 10.
