I have had the worse experience with this cut rate insurance Brooker!! Of course, originally Karen Ruacho (a Freeway local agent Rep) was so very attentive, to my needs, but that all changed in an instance once she got me to sign a policy with them with National General. For weeks after that I needed a simple answer to why my payments jumped from $389 to $410 totally different than what I signed the policy for. She NEVER once got back to me then just yesterday when I submitted to her my updated driver's record from the DMV (with a clean record, wanted to sign a new policy with them with a clean driving record) she replied with a 10 word text but never called me when I literally pleaded for a phone call for assitance. I calle their customer service line 714-252-2500 and dealt with much of the same even had a service rep there named Michael lie to me and called himself Leanoardo, he must have got a good laugh at me with the rest of this unprofessional and ineffectual team at Freeway Insurance. I realized later why Michael lied it was so he could leave himself an out- to hang up on me, which he did, during the phone call. I must have said something that ticked him off so he hung up on me during the policy enrollment he was conducting. I of course have since switched local agents and will NEVER utter the name Freeway Insurance form my mouth unless it's to warn others to stay away from this cut rate laughable Insurance Agency!!! Well to start off great customer service as soon as I passed through the door I got greeted, the I was promptly asked if I needed help by Rubi Yanez and of course with a smile and great attitude to help me. As soon I sat down I was asked how my day was going and what she could help me with ... an I let her know my situation and she started to work an before anything else she told me that she had something for me so I said ok cool I figured it was going to be around the same price of my previous insurance. No, not at all she got me an insurance that was $275.00 dollars cheaper and she was super exited to have do no this for me if it wasn't for the fact that I was going to save that much money a month I think she would have been more exited about that than me. All the people reviewing on here are basing it on their customer service in-house. If I had to base my rating on customer service I would give them 5 stars. But this is beyond them. They treat you so well when you are a potential customer and kiss your feet so you can sign under their s*** policy. Stay away from this place, it's not actual insurance BUT a 3rd party broker that finds the lowest of the low coverage for you through Adriana's insurance/ Freeway insurance who are then double brokered out to tiny unreputable insurance companies based off in the middle of no where - meaning when you get involved in an accident you will be calling an office somewhere in Iowa. These places are designed to steal money from people who have no idea how the insurance world works and its incredible how they get away with it. If this review is not enough for anyone reading this then by all means sign with them, it will be the worst mistake you have ever made.
