This was worst insurance I have ever had. I purchased a policy and at the end of 6 months my rate increased by $40+ dollars and then trying to cancel was harder than obtaining the actual insurance. The worst ever!!! I would give it a zero if I could. Adriana's is even better.... read more

I need it to make a payment and they tried to charge me an extra $200 to process my payment like if i was a new client i didn't agree with the girl and she brought it down $100. So i call the insurance place direct and paid what i was suppose to what a bunch of thieves trying to charge extra read more

Don't recommend this insurance place because of one of the girl workers( from panamá like 45 years) I went with my husband to get in explanation about our insurance and the lady just started yelling at us since we walked in she was acting very dramatic saying to my husband that she had called him over five times and why didn't he answer, he works and he had no missed calls from her. The supervisor was no help at all, I went to tell him what had happened and he didn't want hear me and told me since the policy was not under my name he could not do anything. The lady was in the background laughing because the supervisor wasn't going to do anything to her. This is a very unprofessional place and unsafe. Supposedly the supervisor has like 28 years working for this insurance and up to this day he still doesn't know how to deal with customer service. read more

Horrible insurance agency, ive had insurance elsewhere for 15 years and never had an issue. Decided to give veronicas insurance a chance and regreted instantly. Their paperwork was done wrong and the carrier billed me 1300 dollars on top of what i was quoted. When i retirnes to fix the issue Cecilia Paladines was totaly incompatent and had no clue what she was doing on top of that she was extreamly rude. The manager Maria was suppose to call me back and 2 weeks later and still no word. I would recoment that no one do bussiness with them. read more

Got home home renters insurance here before moving to a my new condo. Didn't end up moving in for reasons and tried to cancel my renters insurance a week later and was told they would take more than half what I paid for the year. I wasn't even there more than a week and a half and they want to charge cancellation fees. I called numerous times and was told there would be minimal to no fee but they lied of course. I wouldn't go here again lying employees just want to take your money be careful. read more

In the beginning I thought this place was good. They give you your monthly quote and tell you how much your monthly payments are. What they don't tell you is that they charge you for paying your own bill. They charged me $12 paying it through the phone when the guy who I was talking to while making the payment said they didn't charge anything. And then they tell you to download the AllianceUnited app that paying your bill through the app will be free.....yeah right they charge you $5 for paying your bill through their app. And don't bother even going in to pay for your bill in person because guess what, they charge like $10 for that as well. read more

I came to this place literally 5 min before closing, I was doing laundry next door but needed. insurance luckily I caught a lovely lady by the name of Maria, she was hesitant at first because she looked like she was ready to G O HOME, but because she was very nice she helped me out anyway and She found the perfect insurance for me... She was so nice she offered me water and also walked alllllllllll the way to water dispenser and back to hand it to me. Wasn't expecting to get insurance that day but she was very persuasive.
