He said thank you for choosing our business we appreciate you. That made us feel very welcome. The process to get the vehicle we needed registered was quick and easy. You pay a convenience fee which we didn't mind paying. They are open on a Saturday and we didn't have to bother with the crowed DMV during the week. The service requested was quick and smooth and I love the fact that the owner of the company Daisy did the inspection for us. It's rare to see people who own the company really do the work. I went there to get an official break and light certificate. We walked in and requested assistance, I hear a mechanic say he would be willing and able to do it right now since he heard we were trying to get things done today. And the receptionist lady spoke in such an ugly tone to that mechanic for offering to do it for us while she turns to us and says no your too late they only do it roughly around 8 to 1. He got all red and it looked like she got flustered because I mentioned about her tone. She was really rude and unsupportive of her coworker she made the environment in the building feel so hostile. Just because the man was trying to give amazing service. I would not recommend this place. There are other places just around the block or down the street that treat you better. Found this place here on Yelp but decided to try my luck with the DMV instead. After waiting TWO HOURS at the DMV with 25 people still ahead of me, I walked out and headed over to Daisy's. In literally five minutes I paid and they handed me my registration card and new sticker. It was way too easy. The fee is normally $30 but I checked in on Yelp and she gave a 20% discount on it. I would happily pay the fee again should I ever need to pay registration in person! It is located between two auto mechanic shops so keep that in mind. This began as a really positive experience when I came in to get my my smog and registration done. Daisy was an amazing help and everything seemed easy and quick until I got my car back. My smog passed but somehow all the emergency lights and engine light was on. An office assistant by the name Selena told me the mechanic (Ron) can check it for an additional charge which seemed sketchy to me. I didn't go with the offer. I figured maybe it was something minor. Since my car has gotten worse and worse. My car will stall and drive 15mph on the freeway and not accelerate properly. I risked driving my car this way back here so they can take a look at it. Unfortunately Daisy (the owner) was not in but the same lady, Selena ( I didn't get her last name BECAUSE SHE REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME!) was rude this time and defensive about my situation when I mentioned the problems that had been occurring since I last came in. She has brown hair, 20s, Latina, and for all I know Selena is probably not her name. I have no clue how I put my trust in such an unprofessional business. My intention was never to write a bad review but seeing how little they've helped, how rude they were to me, I needed to say something to at least save ANYONE reading the trouble of coming here to receive the same experience. After everything that happened they told me they do not work on any Hybrid cars so they cannot help me. I'm very disappointed.
