Great service. Rosalio is always friendly and very knowledgeable on his craft. They open early and close at 7pm which makes it even better if you work late. I've brought 4 cars to him and it's always a breeze when getting my smog done. Highly recommended

I had such a great experience here that I had to leave a review. I came in for a smog check and was literally in and out in about 5 minutes. The service was fast, professional, and super friendly. They made the whole process completely hassle-free. On top of that, they even included a free car wash, which was such a nice bonus and totally unexpected. It's rare to find a place that's this efficient while still providing great customer service. If you need a smog check and want somewhere quick, easy, and reliable, I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

Great Customer Service & Policies! I went for a smog and my car didn't pass. I was so bummed. It turned out the used car I bought from a dealer had a tampered catalytic converter. Donnie was really sweet and explained the issue. There was no charge for the smog. I had the issue fixed and went back. Donnie remembered me and accepted my coupon. My car passed smog and I was offered a free car wash. Stand up employees great business model, policies and customer service! read more

Best Smog Check Place. I used to be a regular at the Jeffery rd 76 station, but the long waits were bad. I tried Manny's next to home depot instead and it was great! Zero wait because they have multiple bays. Jasmine was super friendly and helpful, even came out to the parking lot the moment I parked. Price was good because I didn't need a coupon, automatically got the discounted price. Waiting room was clean and nice with overflow available at the even nicer car wash area across the driveway. You can watch them work through huge windows if that's your thing. My car failed due to a cracked (crumbling) manifold. The tech found a replacement part right away, drove over to the supplier and picked it up within the hour. Installed it free of charge. Retest is always free. I added an oil change and that was done super fast and for a reasonable price. Best Smog Check Experience Ever (for a failing car). PS. They didn't even care that the driver's side inside door handle was broken off and they had to roll down the window and use the outside handle to get out. read more

I called the referee and he said my catalytic converter were the original catalytic converter's. In addition, the referee said he had called to tell the guy that those were my trucks original catalytic converter's and the guy was giving him the run around, and not answering the phone. How do you own a business and not answer the phone...? I wouldn't recommend this place, seemed very shady and had to go through to much to after his mistake to go and get my smog check. Go somewhere else. He will have your whole shit f'd up in the system because he is not up to date on car knowledge and auto parts.

Be forewarned, the basic fee has taxes and stuff that walked it up to $77 out the door, which was disclosed up front, so kudos there. I also made a reservation online but the guy took me early when I arrived, and in about 15 minutes he announced my car passed and provided the paperwork and scanned myDMV form. It's imperative that you bring that to your session. Nice guy, very friendly and professional. They offer a $32 service for expediting payment for the registration same day, but if you have a computer at home, you won't need that. All-in-all, a quick appointment, and unavoidable, but I would definitely come back if or when (probably next year). Pro tip: Fill up your tank and use a fuel injector cleaner from Autozone or O'Reilly's. Most importantly though, if your check engine light is on, you won't pass.

Pros. *There were several forms of posted literature regarding services offered, expectations of the businesss and what the customer could expect. Very good job! *Sam explained the life expectancy of a smog check per DMV regulations. *I scheduled an appointment for 11am, arrived ar 1030 am for a smog check. I arrived early and appreciated, that despite the busy customers, I was serviced by my appointment time. *I can attest that you are able to see your vehicle serviced (if you choose) through a window while you wait. *Water available to drink while you wait. *Service was efficient, quick and Sam did a great job explaining the DMV processing. *You are able to leave same day with new registration & stickers. *Excellence in quality of service to the smog. I am pleased, and currently awaiting my stickers in the mail (as I had already paid at DMV and just needed smog) Cons Restroom needed cleaning. Myself and an older woman both felt uncomfortable at the sight. In all fairness, this is a smog place, not department store. Still, she was elderly and I have disabilities. Clean facilities help us. *Pricing was not clear. On the website was a price that matched a posted paper in the office. However, on the official receipt were additional charges I was not made aware of until payment. Overall, they did a very good job. This business had a constant flow of customers and I could see why. I too, will be a returned customer for my next required smog.
