Way easier than the bank or triple a because they all order it and this place has it on hand and a way better rate by about 8 cents on the dollar. I was able to convert some money to Pesos quickly. No money order...no questions, papers to fill, etc. I was able to get in and out within 5 minutes. The only downside besides service would be simply the smell. I got a rather weird scent of cigarettes the moment I walked in. I'm sure this can be an easy fix. read more

Horrendous, unprofessional and incompetent service by Maria. Mistreated, belittled and was extremely rude to every single Hispanic customer! Extremely arrogant and disrespectful. Have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and will not stop sharing my experience in social media, with friends and colleagues. They removed my previous review but will keep posting as this deserves consequences by owner and immediate improvement when dealing with Hispanic elderly individuals. I recommend this place 100%! From the moment I contacted this location all was excellent customer service. I had some foreign money to exchange and the process was easy. Maria is amazing! Even though there was a line, she managed to multitask letting us aware that we would be receiving the customer service we deserve. Because of a few mixups and misunderstandings, I desperately needed to make a currency exchange for my upcoming trip at the last minute. I ended up messaging CCS and another place, but the later was all the way in Ontario which meant I'd have to drive ~1hr out--something I absolutely did not want to do. Jose from CCS ended up messaging me back really quickly and stated that they would be able to do the currency exchange. A few hours later I came in and was helped by Eva. I felt so bad that she was literally about to walk out onto her break but she was kind and helped me out with my transaction. I ended up goofing ("thank you have a nice trip" "you too") but I was in and out in maybe less than 10mins. Overall, amazing communication and service. If I go traveling again, I'll pop back in here for my currency needs. read more

When exchanging dollars for pounds, was charged approx. 2.4%, about the same as using an ATM overseas. Satisfied with the service, but wish the currency exchange counter were more private and separate from the other transactions and clientele. Next time will request an office location in a more upmarket location. read more
