The whole time trying to work with them, they were talking to each other about personal business as well as flirting with the other customer they were helping at the time. They did not answer any questions I asked, they had terrible attitudes and dirty looks the whole time as if I wasn't speaking clearly. I felt completely disrespected and like what I need is not important. The situation really needs to be addressed. They were completely unprofessional. I told her yes, and asked could I email them to her for printing and she replied "oh I don't have printing capabilities here".......a financial firm without printing capabilities......right. She never welcomed me, explained the process or even went into the office to service me.......Needless to say I left and will never return.
