My girlfriend and I…read morejust recently moved to the Riverside area and for some reason it was very hard to find a smoke shop that sold UT. Ron of course carded my girlfriend, understandable and also protocol, but that's not what made his service very poor or why I'm writing this review. Turns out my girlfriend forgot her wallet at the house, no worries I'm also of age and just sent her inside because I did not feel like getting out of the car (I'm not wearing a bra and the original plan was to just pick up boba and a new vape where I did not need to leave to the car). So I told her it was okay, and I walked in with MY REAL ID out and handed it to Ron and told him I was purchasing the vape. He then proceeded to ask why my girlfriend came in underaged, and I told him she's not underage and that she's actually 22 just forgot to bring her wallet, but that I MYSELF was purchasing this vape. He then proceeded to make a comment why she'd come in wanting to purchase a vape AGAIN when I told him she's not buying I AM. He then double checked my id TWICE like it was a fake or something, when I have a verified CA REAL ID! this type of service was completely disrespectful and not needed, I would not recommend coming here ever and would much rather just take my hour commute back to my regular smoke shop in OC than commute the 20 minutes it took us to get here. almost walked out without buying anything from how poor his customer service was, but I had been needing a new one for 2 days. Again, we're not upset that he was doing his job in carding either of us because we understand it's the law, but what made us very upset and uncomfortable was the commentary he added and accusing my girlfriend of trying to buy a vape under age when she's not (he doesn't know that obviously because he had no id to prove her age) and then looking at me weirdly and second guessing my real id when I was the one that provided an id with my dob and paid for the vape with my own credit card. It's annoying having to get out of the car when I wasn't planning on it, but I did anyways so I can get what I needed but could've used without his rude commentary. Never coming back again!

So many options to choose from it took me awhile to to pick. The people here are very friendly and the chick who helped me out was awesome. They give you store credit points when you buy here so I'm definitely going back to use mine to get another awesome item soon.

Actually my stepdad, my mom and myself have been coming here since 2007. I know that I have spent thousands of dollars from this place and I've never haggled or complained about their prices. I purchased 2 disposable vapes from here and once I finally opened them (approximately 1-2 weeks), both vapes were duds. Malfunctioning and would not draw any vapor. It still shows 100% on the screen for both flavor and power. There are defective. All I asked for was an exchange and I was laughed at, mocked and ridiculed. I will never spend another dollar in this store. No respect and zero customer service. I can't believe I spent my hard earned money for vapes that don't even work. I'm reporting this business for their sales of defective products.

I spoke up by saying that his behavior was very rude. He waved his hand at me and said it would only take a minute to instruct his employee. At the same time, I could hear the clerk murmuring that the man was his boss. To which I squealed, "That is even worse! Interrupting a customer, in the middle of a sales transaction, by talking over the customer, is bad customer relations!" The man gave us a disgusted look and vanished. The clerk sheepishly tried to apologize. I stopped him by stating that he did nothing wrong. He had to obey his boss. His boss is rude, arrogant and racist. We've shopped at Rodeo since they opened. We're happy to go elsewhere.
