I understand that some money service centers tend to be crowded, impersonal, and usually make you wish you were at the dentist's office having a root canal. But, Itsel at Money Tree was awesome. She greeted me with a smile.. actually looks you in the eye as she is speaking with you, and when she asks a question about the service you need, (wait for it) she actually LISTENED. Imagine that? A cashier trainee gave me great customer service yesterday. I like how the cashier next to her helped her when she went to handle something with the checks. I didn't like paying 7.50 for the check I think it is a rip off like robbing you. I didn't care for the supervisor The cashier that impressed me was Itsel she was really nice smiling and did her job correctly. I really appreciated her customer service because I hate check cashing she made it a bit easier. Just went into Money Tree for my first time and was given one of the best customer service experiences I have had in years from Abbie. Had my two little ones with me and she was so patient and helpful as well as efficient and fast!! She even gave the boys little caterpillars to keep them occupied. Small things like that make a huge difference. I had a hard time this morning finding a place that allows you to recieve a larger amount of money from western union and Money Tree was my savior. I had to receive my paycheck from a money transfer company and after 5 days that said company had not delivered. I went to the Money Tree because they use Western Union where I was finally able to recieve my money. It was a quick, easy, painless process. I had no phone service and needed to find the nearest location to pay my bill and the clerk in window 05559 on 4/16 @5:55pm was the best because she found it and gave me the address. She had asked if there was anything else she could help me with, I remembered I needed a money order and with a blink of an eye that transaction was complete. The ladies were very friendly in casual chatter we had while waiting for my time at the Money Tree to be complete. If I am in need of a Western Union again I will definitely return to this location. read more

Money tree has various services. If there is one thing both my husband Jack and I care about in a business it is the customer service. The customer service at this MT is amazing. Especially Alejandra. It is a breath of fresh air to go to a place where the staff knows who you are. I know sometimes people move on from positions, but it is also nice to go back over time and see the same loyal and excellent employee there. Another favorite of ours is Wilber. We have gotten to know him over time. I do not really know the other employees but the few times we have been in their line they have been kind. We usually wait though for Alejandra and if she is not there then Wilber. When we are not using their services it is nice to see a friendly face when we pass by them in the market. They know us and they know our kids. Makes us feel like they are family. read more

Very helpful when I went to cash a large check amount, the teller gave me no problems. Transaction was fast, smooth and teller, Christy, was very helpful and made sure there were no mistakes.
