What a 360! I went in last week Friday to meet with Brian. He was very helpful and we had a unique situation with closing my fathers account after him passing. I took my mom in and he was very patient regardless of us walking in 5 minutes before close. We made an appointment for the following day and I came back to wrap up all of my paperwork. Ask for Brian he also speaks Spanish and he is incredibly helpful. So grateful for good customer service. I value the difference in quality customer service here. I haven't been to this bank in 4 years because the service and the people have always been so rude, however, I decided to give them another try this past weekend. I needed to make a withdrawal and was helped by Maria who was very helpful and greeted me with a pleasant tone and overall made the experience an enjoyable one. I'm hoping everyone at this location is as pleasant with their customers as Maria was with me. My previous experiences at this bank over the years has not been a good one. Poor customer service. My bad though. I trusted them! Nine months ago they started charging me a fee on my free checking account. So I called and they switched me to another account that was free and I just found out that they messed up and started charging me $20 a month for my savings account which I had over $5000 in and was supposed to be free. I just happened to look at the savings part of my statement and noticed they've been charging me $20 a month I called and found out they charged me $20 a month for eight months which equals $160 that I have to pay for them to use my money! They said sorry we messed up and will credit you $80! So I told him OK well that's all you're going to do for me after your mess up? Then now I'm going to close out my account. And they said fine. Very very horrible service. Lorrie Dunmead was helping. Shipped my card when the customer service sent me to the store to pick up a card. She says "my type of account" I can't receive my card. Customer says I am able to on the phone. She went ahead and processed the card to be shipped to me without me giving an ok to do that. Horrible service. This branch is awesome! Just left there and Maria (Bertha) Hernandez was such a help with some issues I'm having with fraudulent activity. She walked me through the whole process and even went to bat for me over the phone with Chase corporate headquarters in trying to get my issues resolved. She made sure I was clear on everything we spoke about and made sure I left knowing the exact steps I needed to take to get my money back from the scammers. Recently went to this Chase location for a new debit card and the rep that assisted me was not very helpful. I failed to get her name, she was a middle aged, heavy set woman with short dark hair who sat in the left corner office to the right when you first walk in. Anyways she was completely disengaged and did not seem interested in assisting me. She never stood up to introduce herself or shake my hand. She just yelled from her cubicle that she could help me as I was filling out the clip board in the waiting area. Once I sat down she was immediately rude and proceeded to ask questions like, " why do I need a new card?" "What happened to my card", " why did I wait so long to report it lost" and she told me next time I have to call asap to report it. As if I wouldn't be able to receive a new one if I waited two weeks again to report the card. She spoke in a very condescending tone, I asked her for a two week mini statement and my gosh did she give me an attitude that she had to get up and walk to the printer. I also inquired about a credit line increase on my credit card and she just directed me to the customer number on the back of my credit card. My 3 year old son was there and noticed she had suckers at her desk and asked for one, she replied when we were done and he was good would she then give him one! I usually like going to this location for basic teller transactions but I think I will start going back to the towngate location, as the reps there are much nicer! read more

Terrible customer service. The line is almost out the door and they have 1 teller working. What a joke. They do have other employees working but they don't seem to care about the line and the people in line getting frustrated. Avoid this place and bank at all costs. read more

Every time I visit this location, there is usually a long wait .... 10-20 mins with only 5 people in line all because they have 1 maybe 2 tellers working. They are usually very slow with completing transactions, either that or every time I visit, the customers who are ahead of me always have 5-7 min long transactions. I once asked a teller to provide me my statement balance on my credit card so I was able to pay my last statement balance NOT my outstanding balance and she looked at me like a deer in headlights. She had no clue what I was talking about and kept on giving me my outstanding balance. (On this day, I was in line for approx 14 mins, 2 tellers working and only 3 people that were ahead of me.) She then told me I had to sign in to speak with a banker to get that information. Are you kidding me, sign in to wait another 30 mins or more for information that other tellers in other Chase branches can give me in 10 secs? It's been clear to me that these tellers are not very well trained in how to handle simple tasks. 3.29.17 - I went in to make a cash deposit into my account with a pre-printed deposit slip and the teller that helped me DID NOT deposit the funds into my account so I am now having to deal with this non-sense. I called 3.30.17, spoke with the manager Laurie, to make her aware of the situation. I told her what happened. She acknowledge the teller was out of balance the same amount of my deposit yesterday so I asked her how long it was going to take to rectify and she kept saying she doesn't know because no other person could take care of calling the back office besides the teller who helped me. That is complete BS! Again, this is an easy process to rectify in there customer relationship system. I know this for a FACT! I asked Laurie several other questions and she was sounding annoyed like it was my fault her teller made this mistake. As the manager for this branch, she should be taking initiative to make this right not leave it on the teller to take care of. She can coach her teller after about the issue and what steps she had to take to solve the problem but she should have taken this on and give me some solace that it was going to get done today because as of right now, I don't feel confident in their ability to perform. read more
