Love coming to this bank! Everyone is so friendly and professional. I love seeing the same banker Jasmine, she always remembers my name and she remembers past conversations, always ask how my kids are and work. Great customer service over all here. I'm in and out quickly. read more

As a black man every time I come to this bank I am not treated the same as others. Also they always give me a hard time cashing my employers checks my employers settlement checks and any check I deposit they put on hold for two weeks or less until it clears. I have been depositing my employers check instead of being able to cash it right then and there. read more

Helpful and quick. Love the employees here! Definitely would recommend friends and family.

I know this place has a two star review but for us it's always been a five star!! Today I came to ask questions about opening a business account and they were so nice throughout the whole process. I've been a member since 2020 and have a personal account/kids account for my daughter, and now a business account. They truly help you with anything you need. Thank you Chase and a bigger thank you for Daniela she was super sweet and patient with the whole process! read more

Worst customer experience. Came rushing out of work and showed up 30 minutes before they closed and they couldn't help me with something simple and telling me I need to make an appointment. Closing this account. read more

Chase Bank - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Moreno Valley, California

Get this, I went there to pay my rent , I had $1500 in the bank and wanted to deposit another $500 to get a $2000.00 money order made out to my apartment complex. When I went up to the teller and had my drivers license but not my ATM card. I also had the bill from the electric company with my name and address on it. So she takes the $500.00 to deposit and then tell her I need a money order for $2000.00 the. She said she needs two forms of ID for that. ( I'm also there with my 7 year old daughter) she said she can't do it! I asked for the Manager and Mr. Jeffries came out and also told me the same thing. I was stunned I had a current ID and a bill with my name and address on it and still a no. I left went home got my ATM and drove 10 miles to another Chase and told them what happened and they were stunned also. Very bad experience Mr Jeffries. Never go back to that branch again. read more

This review is for Ms Amanda Martinez at the Chase Branch at 22950 Towngate Blvd Moreno Valley, CA 92553. My wife and I have been working with Ms Martinez for about 2 months and she has been flawless. The banking hasn't been smooth, but none of that was her fault. She has been there for us the entire way. She is everything you would want in a service rep, quick response, very pleasant, very knowledgeable. Even more important she is one of us, she is a local girl. We trust her, we feel our relationship is as much with her as it is with the bank. Ask for Amanada, you wont be disappointed. read more

This place is horrible I've had so many bad experiences here but I will write just this last one. After mentioning to the girl with the clipboard in front that I needed to speak with someone urgently regarding fraudulent activity on my account she told me I would have to wait hours or make an appointment for days later... I realize there's a phone number but sometimes you just want to speak to someone in person that you can talk to someone in America not in a foreign country to handle your Affairs especially when you have a large amount of money in their bank for over 20 years ridiculous Bank ridiculous Branch ridiculous people!!! read more

Tellers were very helpful when my family member passed away, got me through the process and went out of their way to do it. Anyone complaining about banker wait times needs to learn how to make an appointment! Anyone complaining about wait times for deposits or withdrawals needs to learn how to use the ATM. I would assume that people seeing tellers have issues, or are elderly, so the lines are going to take a while. With all of the other options, why would anyone go inside for any other reason? read more

madan lal gupta. i am a customer at chase bank. I called the bank about a week ago to remove $ 17.05 unauthorized charge on my credit card. i was told it will be done 2-3 days, not yet done. I called again on Nov. 7, I was transferred 3 times, but to no use. I have unauthorized charge for the same amount on Oct 7, it is part of $ 25.54. Please both unauthorized charges immediately. Bro worst bank in the world! Not Moreno Valley THE WORLD! Drive thru atms ALWAYS out of order.....walk up atms only let you take out increments of $100 & you can't choose anything less than $100 bills honestly don't deserve the 1 star either read more

Had a 2:15 appointment. I get there at 2:00 to check in. Deandre tells me he hasn't had a chance to take lunch and pushes me back to 2:30. Mind you I take off work early and him not getting lunch is not my concern. I made up my mind there is no way I was going to open an account. The only way you can open an account is through an appointment. At 2:36 Deandre calls me I did not bother to answer. A call would have been the proper thing to do in the first place. After reading all the negative reviews I now know better and will cross Chase Bank of my list of banks. Local credit union her I come. Piss poor customer service. You would think with the coming of ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE they would want to do a better job. Cant wait till it replaces them. read more

Bring a customer and not getting offered services in any of the branches - such as a notary public- really sucks big time. It's part of the client package, be our customer and we offer free services- nahh no service at all! Sucks! Go somewhere and PAY for your notary instead. It's not just this chase branch. It's all the branches in Moreno Valley and Riverside. I just had someone tell me that they offer the service but it's not guaranteed. Sheesh! read more

I've been with Chase bank forever, even before it was Chase (Wamu). Chase was not greedy back in the day. Once upon a time, free checking was the norm for EVERYONE. I have a joint checking account with my spouse here. He is a veteran, so our monthly service is FREE. $10 service fee is waived to all veterans w/ proof. That means you better sit down w/ a banker for them to verify that you are a REAL veteran. Generic-looking checks are also free to veterans. We rarely use them, but I still find this to be a nice touch =) This branch is not very busy (except for its HEAVY ATM use). Tellers were knowledgeable about the rates when I needed to exchange foreign money (euros and pounds) on more than one occasion. Yes, I still had leftover money from my trip to Europe years before. They don't honor foreign coins tho :(( I do all my banking at the ATM (including check deposit). I like how their ATM's receipt shows my check's image on it. No more wondering if the damn machine gobbled up your check anymore (my previous boss told me that happened to her once!). My spouse and I have direct deposit as well - yet another way to waive the $10 service fee every month for those who are not Veterans, as I later found out (direct deposit was not available to us before anyway). I haven't used the drive-thru ATM at this location, but I already noticed a case of drive-thru road rage on one occasion. Ooooh gotta love those boneheads! read more

Chase Bank - Bank 10 people in line - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Moreno Valley, California

I came here today to make changes to my daughters account and was told to wait in the lobby. I was also told it was one banker and they don't know how long the wait is. 20 minutes later, someone comes with an ipad and tells me all the bankers are on lunch and there is 13 people ahead of me (none of them there) and they will call me when its my turn to come back. Once I receive that call, i will have 10-15 minutes to come back. That was at 1245 and now its 4pm, bank closed, never got a call back! This location is horrible! This is exactly why i dont deal with chase. I opened an USAA account without the hassle of all the bankers being on lunch! read more

If you go try to conduct business at this Chase I guarantee you will want to end your relationship with Chase as a whole! The staff is unprofessional(majority women) who stand around gossiping about their relationships as you wait in line to see a teller. Then they change requirements to do business in the branch "all of a sudden" if you bank with other banks as well. The Manager Sharon is clueless so good luck! read more

With they exception of the two lovely tellers Lisa and Leila This branch sucks ass, it always takes forever to do even some thing simple its like they don't want you to come in here at all read more

I literally despise coming here. I need a Valium and a couple of shots of tequila to prepare myself for what fresh hell awaits every single time. I play spin the wheel of horrible service each time I walk through their doors. No one at this location gives one single crap about their customers. So there's always at least two people to greet you when you walk in the door and ask you what you need but no one to actually help you with what you need. I need a teller. I don't need someone to say hello to me I don't need someone to tell me about their new machines I don't need someone to stand there and say OK someone will be with you in a moment..... I need someone to actually handle my transaction!!!!!!!!!!! If you're lucky there might be two tellers open but normally it's only one. There is at any given time 4-6 people literally doing absolutely nothing. There's two girls that stand together and gossip and laugh together holding iPad standing at the front door to greet you, which I don't understand what purpose that serves at all. And then there's usually about three people behind the teller windows just walking back-and-forth doing nothing. The manager is usually sitting in her office either talking on the phone or has another employee in there that she's chitchatting with instead of actually helping customers. I honestly have this issue at any of the chase banks that I visit but I have to say this one is far and above the absolute worst. I am constantly asking my business partners to either change banks or start excepting other forms of payment. read more

I've been trying to call the branch for a week (throughout the day, multiple times a day) and they NEVER answered. I want to open up a new account but I I need to do it in the branch (per their website). Today (8/29), they did answer but the rep Luis answered the phone as if he's answering a personal call like, "Hello?" That threw me off because I was expecting a "Good afternoon Chase Bank" - I said "Hi is this Chase?" - "No this is Luis" - "Oh I'm sorry I might have the wrong number" - "this is Chase bank though" - "oh okay so I wanted to--" and then he hung up. Super weird. If you need to go to branch definitely go to a different location. read more

Worst bank ever. Take my advice go to a different branch. They don't even care if you have a business account with them. Never again!

In my one experience with them I found the line short and the customer service helpful. I got in, got what I came for and got out. They accommodated me as a customer when I came to them for a money order. I would repeat. read more

Took 45 minutes just to get change for 100 because all the clerks were slow and incapable of speeding up the process. Always a long wait. No matter what time of day, or day of the week it is, I waste too much time in line. Inconsistencies in the service. Sometimes I get great service and sometimes the tellers are so rude I'm fuming when I leave. I attempted to address it with the branch manager and he was a bigger jerk than his tellers. I come here for a business account, I would never conduct personal banking here. read more

Worst bank ever. The wait time is ridiculous. I've been here now for 40+ minutes and have yet to see a banker. I've had the same lady approach me and tell me "they will be with your shortly" already 3 times. This is insane. If they know what times of the day they are the most busiest why don't they staff more employees! This just looks very poorly on chase overall. But this location alone is just terrible. I will drive a city over to avoid doing business with this chase branch location. read more
