As a black man every time I come to this bank I am not treated the same as others. Also they always give me a hard time cashing my employers checks my employers settlement checks and any check I deposit they put on hold for two weeks or less until it clears. Get this, I went there to pay my rent , I had $1500 in the bank and wanted to deposit another $500 to get a $2000.00 money order made out to my apartment complex. When I went up to the teller and had my drivers license but not my ATM card. I also had the bill from the electric company with my name and address on it. So she takes the $500.00 to deposit and then tell her I need a money order for $2000.00 the. She said she needs two forms of ID for that. ( I'm also there with my 7 year old daughter) she said she can't do it! I asked for the Manager and Mr. Jeffries came out and also told me the same thing. I was stunned I had a current ID and a bill with my name and address on it and still a no. I left went home got my ATM and drove 10 miles to another Chase and told them what happened and they were stunned also. Very bad experience Mr Jeffries. Never go back to that branch again. read more

Tellers were very helpful when my family member passed away, got me through the process and went out of their way to do it. Anyone complaining about banker wait times needs to learn how to make an appointment! Anyone complaining about wait times for deposits or withdrawals needs to learn how to use the ATM. Had a 2:15 appointment. I get there at 2:00 to check in. Deandre tells me he hasn't had a chance to take lunch and pushes me back to 2:30. Mind you I take off work early and him not getting lunch is not my concern. I made up my mind there is no way I was going to open an account. The only way you can open an account is through an appointment. At 2:36 Deandre calls me I did not bother to answer. A call would have been the proper thing to do in the first place. I came here today to make changes to my daughters account and was told to wait in the lobby. I was also told it was one banker and they don't know how long the wait is. 20 minutes later, someone comes with an ipad and tells me all the bankers are on lunch and there is 13 people ahead of me (none of them there) and they will call me when its my turn to come back. Once I receive that call, i will have 10-15 minutes to come back. That was at 1245 and now its 4pm, bank closed, never got a call back! This location is horrible! This is exactly why i dont deal with chase. I opened an USAA account without the hassle of all the bankers being on lunch! read more

I've been with Chase bank forever, even before it was Chase (Wamu). Chase was not greedy back in the day. Once upon a time, free checking was the norm for EVERYONE. I have a joint checking account with my spouse here. He is a veteran, so our monthly service is FREE. $10 service fee is waived to all veterans w/ proof. That means you better sit down w/ a banker for them to verify that you are a REAL veteran. Generic-looking checks are also free to veterans. We rarely use them, but I still find this to be a nice touch =) This branch is not very busy (except for its HEAVY ATM use). Tellers were knowledgeable about the rates when I needed to exchange foreign money (euros and pounds) on more than one occasion. Yes, I still had leftover money from my trip to Europe years before.They don't honor foreign coins tho :(( I do all my banking at the ATM (including check deposit). I like how their ATM's receipt shows my check's image on it. No more wondering if the damn machine gobbled up your check anymore (my previous boss told me that happened to her once!). My spouse and I have direct deposit as well - yet another way to waive the $10 service fee every month for those who are not Veterans, as I later found out (direct deposit was not available to us before anyway). I haven't used the drive-thru ATM at this location, but I already noticed a case of drive-thru road rage on one occasion. Ooooh gotta love those boneheads! read more

The staff is unprofessional(majority women) who stand around gossiping about their relationships as you wait in line to see a teller. I literally despise coming here. I need a Valium and a couple of shots of tequila to prepare myself for what fresh hell awaits every single time. I play spin the wheel of horrible service each time I walk through their doors. No one at this location gives one single crap about their customers. So there's always at least two people to greet you when you walk in the door and ask you what you need but no one to actually help you with what you need. I need a teller. I don't need someone to say hello to me I don't need someone to tell me about their new machines I don't need someone to stand there and say OK someone will be with you in a moment..... I need someone to actually handle my transaction!!!!!!!!!!! If you're lucky there might be two tellers open but normally it's only one. There is at any given time 4-6 people literally doing absolutely nothing. There's two girls that stand together and gossip and laugh together holding iPad standing at the front door to greet you, which I don't understand what purpose that serves at all. And then there's usually about three people behind the teller windows just walking back-and-forth doing nothing. The manager is usually sitting in her office either talking on the phone or has another employee in there that she's chitchatting with instead of actually helping customers. I honestly have this issue at any of the chase banks that I visit but I have to say this one is far and above the absolute worst. I am constantly asking my business partners to either change banks or start excepting other forms of payment. read more

I want to open up a new account but I I need to do it in the branch (per their website). Today (8/29), they did answer but the rep Luis answered the phone as if he's answering a personal call like, "Hello?"
