Branch manager Tasha Speer runs a very friendly group of staff who go out off their way to make sure the customer requirement's on their expectations on their accounts are met satisfactorily and in a timely manner. She is available any time in her office or phone to address any concerns you might have and always with that smiling helpful friendly demeanor. She is definitely an asset to the bank as are Carina Soriano and Lance Smithfield who address you by name as you enter with greetings. Consequently, I find myself spending a lot of time here, waiting anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes for my car to charge. And another 30 to 45 minutes waiting for other cars in front of me in line.l to charge. That's a lot of time to be sitting around waiting for a piece of expensive machinery to charge. What do you do during this time? Sit in your car for over an hour, sometimes more? It's a no bueno situation. Like everyone else, I need a place to go to the bathroom. However, since EV owners don't get convenience stores or bathrooms at charging stations, I have to search for facilities in nearby businesses. Yesterday, I had a hell of a time finding a bathroom. All the businesses around this location told me, "Sorry, if you're not a customer, you can't use the bathroom." I ended up walking quite a distance to an office building where a security guard finally let me use their bathroom. It felt uncomfortable AF. It's appalling that EV owners get no conveniences or bathrooms of any kind. Even Bank of America told me they don't have a bathroom I could use. Maybe if I were depositing $100,000 into a bank account, they would let me, right? How stupid all of this is. Finally, I figured out that there is a trendy, cute little coffee place called Landmark Coffee that will allow you to use their restroom. So, there you have it!

As a business owner, I would be embarrassed and ashamed if this person represented my business. I understand there are rules that the bank has and can accept that there is a reason this simple request could not be made, but my treatment was horrible. Maybe he was having a bad day and maybe better traning could be the answer. This experience makes me think twice about maintaining my business banking with Us Bank.
