They have 4 ATMs outside and only one working both times with a huge line. Have been banking with Bank of America for over 20 years, but I feel it's time to change. This bank just keeps going down hill. Why is it so hard to at least at the bare minimum keep the atms working?! Credit unions here I come.

Calling does not get you to the bank... so I ended up getting a general line that transferred me various times. I got to someone at JP Morgan that said that I would need to make an appointment online and go to the branch. I did that. When I arrived I was told the type of banker I needed to meet with was an investment account rep and that they couldn't help me. Oh and the kicker... they only have one investment account rep who goes to multiple branches and is only available during week days until like 4:00. Who can take time off work to meet this mystery rep? Welp, they took our number and said they would have him reach out to schedule an appointment... he never did. Just a complete waste of time.

We went at the right time around 11 AM. There was no line and it was peaceful quiet and clean inside and outside. Lori was the clerk who assisted me with my business. She was polite and very helpful. One cashier, 20 people in line, never more than 3 cashiers and so damn slow each trip took an hour. So glad I have a really good bank and do not have to deal with this poor service often. Refusal to investigate their own incompetent credit reporting has forced me to get an FCRA…read moreattorney. SchoolsFirst furnished false data to credit bureaus, declared they'd "no longer communicate" with me, then sent me documents calling my loan an "auto loan." I never had an auto loan with SchoolsFirst. I took out a $1,000 Classroom Supplies loan in 2023. Paid it off. Done, or so I thought. SchoolsFirst then reported a 30-day late payment to credit bureaus that their own internal records contradict. When I disputed it with documentation, they responded with boilerplate and declared in writing that they would "no longer communicate" with me on the matter. Here's where it gets worse: all three credit bureaus report this account completely differently from each other. One bureau is still reporting the entire account as past due, three years later, for a loan that was paid in full and closed in 2023. Same loan. Same furnisher. Three different stories. That is not a dispute. That is a data integrity failure. Then they mailed me a formal payment history letter, their own document on their letterhead, that described my Classroom Supplies loan as an "auto loan." I have never had an auto loan with SchoolsFirst. That is not a typo. That is a fabricated loan type in an official dispute response, which tells you everything about the reliability of their record-keeping.

They do not see people without an appointment. I waited for 30 minutes and during the time I kept being bullied by the chase banker that I needed to leave. When this whole time he's just having a conversation with his friends. I asked to speak to a supervisor and apparently they had left for the day. And the next higher up Nancy Bernal said that all her bankers are busy with their appointments. So I said their customer service line said they do walk ins and Nancy said "Yeah they don't know anything about us or how we operate" What do you mean Nancy? That's your main chase customer service phone line. Anyway don't come here. It's a waste of time.
