Unfortunately, that experience did not work out as we had hoped. We ended up going back to SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union, and once again, they came through for us! The difference in customer service was night and day. They were helpful, understanding, patient, and genuinely took the time to listen to what we needed and find a way to help us. This is exactly why we continue to come back to SchoolsFirst. They make you feel like a valued member, not just another number walking through the door. SchoolsFirst is truly top-tier in my book. Their customer service and willingness to help are above and beyond. Definitely more than 5 stars!
