The difference in customer service was night and day. They were helpful, understanding, patient, and genuinely took the time to listen to what we needed and find a way to help us. This is exactly why we continue to come back to SchoolsFirst. They make you feel like a valued member, not just another number walking through the door. SchoolsFirst is truly top-tier in my book. Their customer service and willingness to help are above and beyond. Definitely more than 5 stars!
