DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT!! Zero stars!! I came in as a walk in because their chase customer service line said all chase banks take walk ins. They do not see people without an appointment. I waited for 30 minutes and during the time I kept being bullied by the chase banker that I needed to leave. When this whole time he's just having a conversation with his friends. I asked to speak to a supervisor and apparently they had left for the day. And the next higher up Nancy Bernal said that all her bankers are busy with their appointments. So I said their customer service line said they do walk ins and Nancy said "Yeah they don't know anything about us or how we operate" What do you mean Nancy? That's your main chase customer service phone line. Anyway don't come here. It's a waste of time. read more

Went in to get a debit card updated only had to wait. Five minutes. Personal banker updated everything was extremely polite. I have no idea how this place could possibly get less than five stars. read more

10/10 do not recommend 0 stars even if u have an appt, the bankers just sit there and talk abt nothing to each other instead of making client meetings a priority. Waited for 20 minutes then his co workers finally told him hey isn't that ur meeting n he goes oh my bad brother I didn't see you walk in. What do you mean? Who's hiring these people? Will never go back here and prob won't even bank with chase anymore. Thank you for wasting my time!!!!!! read more

What could improve? Thw customer service. I walked into 2 Chase banks today to open a new account. One please who had no customers inside said he wasnt available. The other bank wanted to make an appointment for a different day. Again the bank was empty and he wasnt helping anyone, just speaking to another employee. Maybe im old school but Customer service has gone down hill. You would think thay opening a new account at the end of the month might make things look good on paper. I ended up opening a account with a different bank online. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. Had an appointment at 11:30 this morning. Waited 50 minutes and still was never seen. What's the point in having an appointment if you're not going to take me anywhere near that time? read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am super disappointed with the fact they are temporarily closed. This has caused a huge inconvenience in opening up a business account. I had to travel to three other banks today! What's going on CHASE? read more

Stopped by during my lunch break to knock out an errand. Mission accomplished! There wasn't too much of a line. Shout out to Emily for making my experience, easy breezy cover girl! Throughout the conversation she was genuine and helpful with all of my inquiries. She let me know that I qualify to upgrade my checking account, which I didn't know. 10/10! Thank you! PROS: exceptional customer service. They have tellers that speak Spanish as well. CONS: N/A read more

Never answers the phones. I wish they would pick up to answer questions. I had to call customer service to call them and still no answer.

This is in regards to the Chase Bank from Fontana, CA. I started out with an investment advisor who associated with this location. We have been trying to find an investment advisor closer to our home. Chase Bank, or JP Morgan have been contacted for the last several weeks. We feel that there is a no way out. We are stuck with this investment banker. I feels like we don't have a choice; almost like a communistic country. The several telephone have proven to be wasteful. No One wants to help. They rarely answer their phone at any branch and this has left us with no alternative but to drive to Bank location. Their on-going activity of not responding has become a huge disappoint to us. We feel as though we are trap. read more

Super simple. Drove up, watched someone go to the drive up ATM, so, I parked and walked inside. Went to the ATM, did my business, and got back in my car and left read more

Currently been sitting in my vehicle waiting for a banker just shy of 2 hrs. No exaggeration. I was told one person was in front of me and when I went in an hr later to make sure they had my phone number right, I was told there was still a person ahead of me. No check in call or text so far as a courtesy to tell me they're still assisting someone and that we'll be with you as soon as possible. Nope. I asked if I can wait inside off to the side vs my car and nope I can't. Really disappointed and maybe more so because I'm here to close my late Father's account and maybe that's why.... because I'm closing an account. Glad I don't bank with Chase. Addition: When I came in at 2 hrs the greeter told me she told me it would be a while and that they took appts first. False. If that was the case I wouldnt have waited in my car. I think she said that because I could tell she was standing next to the manager. Was asked by the personal banker "Oh they didn't tell you to leave and run errands and they would call you when to come back?" . No. No they didn't. read more

Worst customer service, when in to make changes to my business account no one in mine waited for a few they said if the appointment don't show up in minutes I would be next 30 minutes pass no one show up they were just sitting down on the computers never coming back to this location read more

Very unethical customer service was there and the banker diced to help someone before me sat her down knowing I was already on the Q

Tell your lazy dumb custodian to not lock the front door anymore when cleaning. He tied the doors using trash bags so no one can come in. It's designed to let people deposit their checks after hours. Could see him through the window just on the phone for awhile. He can clean by keeping the inner doors locked. They don't have any ATMS that take checks outside so we are now forced to wait until he feels like opening it or going to a different bank read more

I understand covid precautions but 12 days for an appointment to open an account for my daughter as a 1st year college student. Stupid... especially when I see 3 people sitting behind desks, with no customers. "Or you can sit and wait, to see if someone doesn't show up" get real. If it wasn't such a pain to switch banks, since chase became chase, you'd lose another customer. read more

Worst service ever, 9 people in line, and only one teller, definitely taking all my business and Personel account to a better bank. Last time here. read more

Chase Bank - Worst service ever, 9 people in line, and only one teller. - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Fontana, California

By far the worst experience I've ever had at a bank. A complete disregard for customer service. I had every intention to join Chase, no one greeted us, let check the sign in log. To the gentleman working at Chase who clearly knew we were waiting to be seen and didn't acknowledge our existence, you are in the wrong line of work! You chose to remain busy at whatever you were doing, couldn't even greet a potently customer. Horrible. read more

Came in to open up a business account, banker had a customer coming in 25 mins. and Mirabelle Mendoza said she could not take me at that time. She would rather continue your conversation with the other bankers then do she job. read more

I called in prior to coming in today, just to make sure someone would be available for notary. (frank) said yes as long as it's before 3:30 he would help us. We got here at 3:20, signed in. He was aware, because he greeted us. Frank mentioned he would be right with us... 5 customers later, and an hour later still nothing. Finally I asked him, about what was going on? He said, he had customers. What am I? Well a customer who has been banking here for over 15 years with two different accounts & one business account. I'm gonna switch to another bank. Horrible customer experience. read more

Needed to get a replacement ATM card, waited over 30mins, when finally spoke to the teller she tells us they have to order it! Stupid jerk chase and your policy! Why can't you just print out another temporary card? Does only certain customers get a on the spot replacement card? And why was I waiting for over 30mins?!! Hire more people or put more people on the schedule! Why do you like frustrating your customers? Why is this ok with you guys? read more

Every time I come in here it reminds me how much I hate this bank. Lines out the door and only two fucking tellers and damn automated machines are broken. So damn ridiculous. I need to change banks. Fuck this. read more

I hate banks. The lines are always long with crying kids everywhere. Also those weird doors with red and green lights. However, this is the best bank I have gone to and I'm glad it's the closest chase to my house. There was almost no wait and the bank teller was nice and fast. They even have coffee and water for everybody. It's also fairly new so it is clean. Chase has greatly improved since the WaMu days. read more

This place is horrible, the long wait& only 1 teller and they have a girl with a clip board walking around when were she should be is behind the counter! It ridiculous a large branch can't have more people behind the counter, not to mention the gentleman behind the counter is slow. The way chase has this structured is HORRIBLE, this is why i refuse to open an account with them & once i am done paying this credit card off i will be done with chase! read more

These thieves took a cashiers check I had and wouldn't return it, when I asked for it back, the manager took the check and hid in a back room. I called the police but they said there was nothing they could do. Terrible customer service. I can't believe they would treat another human being this way.
