My son opened his first bank account today. We met with Joel Cisneros who was informative, patient, and friendly. What a great experience for my son to learn too and tricks of responsible banking. The cool part was my son getting a Darth Vader banking card. That was his highlight. If you need to open an account or want to change banks, reach out to Joel at Chase here in Fontana. read more

Making a payment through ATM? Good-luck! Often times their machines can't accept a deposit at this location. Their ATMS are always being worked on. This causes lengthy wait times for the use of their ATM machines outside and inside during business hours. This extends to frustrating lengthy wait times inside and outside where there's always a queue. Parking lot is small for such a busy bank so you always have to be careful of pedestrians and cars coming out of drive up line into the parking lot. Not to mention, this bank is located in a busy shopping center, so going here isn't a quick in and out but feels more like a chore. read more

WORST CHASE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! They are always down , always having issue pulling out cash! What's the point of being a bank if I can NEVER PULL OUT CASH! You guys all suck, if I could give it zero stars I would. read more

Worst customer service for a bank. Days before they have appointments here and the atms are always unable to take deposits etc. Been with them a long time but i see they don't value me as a customer. Guess i should jump on that class action lawsuit against them because clearly they are up to something read more

The worst customer service ever. Even the manager was not there in the present. They gave me the business card of the manager to contact, and I did send the manager an email addressing the problem. She never got back to me. Everywhere is accommodating. Where is that commitment to helping individuals with disabilities??? According to the CHASE website, They were supposed to be committed to supporting individuals with disabilities and they failed to do that!! read more

This location sucks. Every time I come here the ATM never works, never has money. Can't even open the door for the indoor ATMs. Nobody wants to wait that long a.ss drive thru line just to be shown that the drive thru ATM doesn't work nor has money read more

Horrible customer service, very lazy. I walked in to open up a dedicated account for my son and they said it can take 2-3 days to verify I go to Bank of America and they open it same day. I have accounts with Chase but I will be cancelling. What a waste of time and my business. read more

Why does Chase bank have people to greet you or help you when you walk in but they don't do either of these things.

No point in having a phone number because they don't answer the damn thing. EVER! You have to waste your time and drive in just to ask a simple question because nobody answers the phone read more

Terrible client services. Karla and who ever other else was banking today were NO help and now I have to book another babysitter just to come to an appointment that they screwed up. And for what?? just to have someone in Lobby doing nothing. This bank is a joke. read more

This review is based on the ATM's . 99% of my transactions I utilize the ATM, now and days you can do practically everything on the ATM. They offer one ATM in their drive thru, two outside, and two inside (You have access by swiping your debit card next to the door). The only flaw I notice is when utilizing the ATM in the drive thru, sometimes the glare of the sun makes it a challenge to read the options on the screen. read more

I want to thank & acknowledge the tellers at this location. Very friendly & helpful. I lost my atm card and teller 1 helped me to get it ordered & rushed. Teller 2 helpful during my transition and today teller 3 gave me information about my new atm. THANK YOU FONTANA CHASE TELLERS!!! read more

You have six staff members running around the lobby area but yet only one teller and the line that's to the door. Very poorly managed. Every time I come into this branch there is a very long wait because there is not enough staff tending to the customers. I've been a long time customer but I'm seriously considering going elsewhere because this is an ongoing issue. read more

I visited this branch yesterday with my wife to open a new account. Joel greeted us and informed us that they are not going to be able to help us today and will call us back the end of the day which he did. Our appointment at BETWEEN 10 AM -11 AM today 9/2/20 with Cecilia . So the next day I went back at 10:35 AM and was greeted by a lady banker at the front door, we informed her that our appointment at BETWEEN 10 AM - 11 AM with Cecelia, she seated us in an empty cubicle, she came back in a few minutes later very unpleasant and told us that our appointment was at 1 PM, I told her "NO", Cecilia even called us back yesterday and confirmed that its BETWEEN 10 AM and 11 AM. She then told us that we got here late (we arrived at exactly at 10:35 AM) and can not open an account in 20 minutes and to make another appointment. With $20K ready to open an basic checking account, I walked out and we will never come back to this branch again. I cannot believe this is the talent they have handling people's first visits. Management needs to step in as this was an unacceptable experience. read more

I have been in line for about 30 minutes and have only moved up 2 times. I wasn't greeted when I walked in the door like other banks. There's 3 tellers open and they are not fast enough. If I could use the atm I would of walked out. It's an inconvenience to lose your card but to step into a bank and wait this long is an even more of an inconvenience. Last time I will come to this bank. I will go to the other chase down the street. read more

The bankers here are no help, my banker was Joel Cisneros and he was very discriminating towards a person I advised to get the Chase Unlimited credit card. He is not helpful at all and I will never come back to this location to speak to any bankers. Very unsatisfied. read more

If it wasn't for the fact that this is the closest chase bank to where I live I would never come here as the drive Thru atm is either down or broken, I stop by this bank a minimum 3 times a month and the drive thru atm is down atleast 2 out of the 3 times. I suggest instead of fixing the atm unit that you replace it completely. read more

Poor Customer Services that I have received. I went to complaint to Karla and she doesn't care. No staffing. No personal banker. I couldn't open an account. read more

I just opened a new account with chase mean while chase is advertising if yu opened a new account yu qualify for a 200$ promotion. So I walk into this branch and this girl comes and helps me I wish I would of gotten her name but as I told her I wanted to inquire about the promotion her attitude changed first thing she say ."WELL YOU MAY NOT QUALIFY" I told well I have the email confirmation. Can I at least try. Her response is "I GUESS" It was like the 200$ was going to come out of her account. She made it very discouraging as she puts its in she advises I gonna have to put NOTES because you had an account back in 2012. She very adamant about her notes the would disqualify me. She needs to find another job..horrible customer service read more

I would definitely recommend this office Branch to anyone interested in Credit or Banking services. Everytime I've visited this branch the employees are always very kind and knowledgeable but most importantly professional and that makes me feel very thankful that this branch is the one that serves our proud community. Just now I called in regards to mortgage loan payoff Questions and was helped by the very kind Karla, not only was she very helpful and knowledgeable but she most certainly went that extra mile to make sure and answer all of my Questions with the best of her knowledge.. Thank you sooo much Karla you were a big help today and I truly appreciate it. Keep up the Great customer service Job well done. read more

Joel Cisneros was able to give us guidance on choosing the correct account for us. Extremely happy to have someone that takes there time to explain to us all the options available, he was very welcoming and also patient. We initially just wanted to get information and we would make a decision at a later time. Obviously he did such an amazing job that we knew looking further wouldn't be an option. Highly recommend JOEL CISNEROS !! If your looking to open an account he is the only Personal Banker I would recommend. Thanks again your awesome JOEL !! read more

Chase Bank - Call Joel he will take care of you !! - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Fontana, California

This bank really sucks! They have terrible reviews that I should of looked at before going there. I went in to close and open a new account due to fraud and banker Joel Cisneros helped me and he was so sarcastic and had attitude that I had to ask him what is the problem. I told him I'm here for help. He laughed like it was funny and he was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was going to ask to deal with someone else but there was a long wait and I was gonna just leave but I needed to do that stuff today. I don't recommend this bank at all. Long lines and apparently a lot of people have had bad experiences as well. Go to another location. read more

Bad attitudes here. Bankers are unprofessional giving attitude to customers assuming we know who is next. Considering that this is one of the very few chase's in the area, they should have more bankers on staff especially right after the holidays. Staff should also be properly trained in mannerisms. UPDATE: banker just skipped me and looked at me and told me I would be next... wtf. read more

This was my choice of bank after the big Wells Fargo mess and every time I go into the banks it's slow. If it's super busy their slow with not enough tellers and when it's slow their still slow. This is getting very frustrating. I also come to find out the no longer have a separate line for business owners needs. Time to start shopping for a new bank read more

Every time I come to this bank is waste of time. Only one teller at times. And when you get to the window they help you and don't know what their doing. You always have to tell them twice or three times what you came in to do. I always try to come in do my transaction and get out but man I prefer drive couple more miles to foothill or summit to do the transactions. read more

Dani verdugo was the team member that assisted me, she was rude and never smiled. I corrected her about my transaction and instead of apologizing she looked at me and said "uh, I didn't know that's what you wanted" Normally customer service is pleasant at other Chase locations. Gave a 2 star because she said have a good day at the end of the transaction. read more

WORST experience i have ever had. Both the cashier and the suppose bank specialists couldnt help me out at all. Unprofessional rude and like mentioned ZERO NO HELP AT ALL. I was first assisted by Cesar Ortega, asked him questions about my account and he went onto saying i wanted to open a new account? Then sends me to the CASHIER FOR answers on my account. He was so useless and honestly all i can say why does chase hire such useless people like him? Truly unpleased. Unsatisfied. read more
