Cold brew and oat milk cappuccino
Laura C.

Beautiful Clean coffee shop, perfect mellow vibe for casual talking among clients or friends or for working on your laptop. The workers Daniel Brenda and Vincent who rung us up and made our coffee were very friendly and fashionable. Love the oat milk cappuccino it was perfect flavor and love that it wasn't burnt like Starbucks. Come by it's great!

Every time I visit Victoria Gardens this is a must stop. Of course if you have a capital one card is even better since it's 50% off drinks. But even if not, the space is perfect for a pit stop, or even a longer stay. Their coffee and snacks are always tasty, and they have comfortable seating, both indoor and outdoor. You can reserve private rooms too. The service is always great, and the baristas are helpful with selection suggestions. If you're going to get coffee in the area, this is my preference!

Regular decaf latte and a strawberry Matcha

Came here for a discounted drink because we are capital one card holders! The cashier was kind & attentive. There's lots of seating inside if someone wanted to bring their laptop to work. There was lots of outlets as well We came during the afternoon on a Saturday and it wasn't too busy. The inside was clean and we didn't wait long for our drinks The matcha was a bit milky, but the strawberry was tasty! The coffee was a bit milky as well, but overall the drinks were refreshing

What's in your wallet? About fifteen bucks short after getting two small drinks, LoL! No! Oh those pesky tariffs are everywhere! Ok, so this cafe has Verve Coffee Roasters for your drinking pleasure. The coffee company is a legit one after winning multiple awards and the last one being in 2024. I ordered a couple of their drinks to test out the spot and those being their seasonal Cardamom Matcha latte and their Verve Flash Cold Brew. Starting off with the Matcha drink that had a subtle hint of Cardamom but kinda got lost the more I sipped. Ok tell me I'm wrong, Nitro cold brew is supposed to be served through a tap and have a natural foam top, right? Well it seems the barista doesn't know that or just gave me a regular cold brew? Simple mistake I guess. The service was good and the cafe is super spacious and ideal for those who need to get their work done. They have an outside patio if you enjoy alfresco vibes. I'll definitely give it another try and maybe at a different time to see if the barista was the problem. And that's my take on this cafe. Peace out my peeps...

Anytime I'm at Victoria Gardens I stop by and get a drink. Drinks are 50% off if you use your card. Honestly they are bit pricey if you don't use your Capital One card. I paid almost $5 and it's the regular size. They don't make this drink in the larger size. Anywho, this place is super convenient. You can bank, work or just hand here with your drink.

I HEART CAPITAL ONE CAFE! Truly, if you have a capital one credit card (or discover now as well) you need to capitalize ;) on that and visit this cafe! You're telling me I can get a top tier matcha for half the usual price AND a wonderful third space to hang out, read, work, or study in with super friendly staff and baristas?! I love coming here, the matcha and seasonal drinks are what I most highly recommend, I did try a chai latte as well, it was not at all authentic, tastes a bit like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, but a nice option if you have a huge sweet tooth like me. It's usually no problem to modify drinks to be dairy free and/or vegan, but I'd like to note that there has been an occasion where my drink contained dairy when I specifically asked to make sure there would not be any in my beverage, so I would double check if you have any dietary restrictions. Overall, this is a wonderful place to visit, parking is usually not a big issue and is free, seating is relatively ample (plan ahead if you need to sit by a charging outlet), there's plenty of bathrooms, and it's a great central location walkable to everything Victoria Gardens has to offer.

Iced Honey, lavender latte

Coffee is always amazing here. My go to is the iced honey lavender latte very addicting. I've once had twice in one hour. Great customer service although I didn't completely get what I wanted done with my credit card issue. (From switching to a different network that's a part of capital one) The service rep at the stand was very helpful, patient and nice she was also very informative of all my options all under like 10-15 minutes so that was nice.

10:30 am date with the hubby... finally decided to try this place out! Ambiance: super quiet and chill on the inside with vibing music. Outdoor seating is kind of limited... one large table, 2 x2 seater tables, and a bar like seating area. SERVICE: KASEY was friendly and fabulous! Made us feel super welcomed. Made her recommendations and they were all fantastic. Food: we ordered 2 coffees and 2 breakfast items. Not great but tasty enough... my avocado toast bread was a tad BIMBO BREAD like.... iykyk. I loved the fact that we could sit outdoor and chat and just people watch.

Iced Mocha

I love that Capitol One Cafe serves Verve coffee! And with 50% off for those who are members of Capitol One, it's even better! I ordered the iced mocha and it was delicious. I also like that they had places to sit inside and outside along the streets of Victoria Gardens. This location has a clean bathroom which was nice to take advantage of while waiting for my drink. The service was quick and friendly.

Iced Honey Lavender Latte

Capital One Cafe at Victoria Gardens is easily my least favorite to visit. Between the cramped location, loud-ish music, and recommended but not-so-tasty honey lavender latte, I didn't know what I disliked more. Because of size, many customers ended up sharing tables, though this likely couldn't have been avoided. Of course, there were rooms that could be reserved. However, there is only one available for use reservation, and the other large room is mainly for students / nonprofits. Even when not in use or reserved the day of, they will not let regular customers use it, so most of us had to crowd in the small interior. I ended up working outside because of the noise in the outdoor sunny patio, bearing the unpleasant heat. Having driven an hour to visit this cafe, I had to get some work done, so I toughed it up, but all of that to say this was easily the least enjoyable Capital One Cafe that I've ever been to.

Muffin and a matcha latte

This cafe is located at Victoria Gardens in Rancho . Happened to be meeting family here at the Gardens and stumbled upon this cafe . At first I thought it was a bank, my brother said hey I've heard of these, I have a Capital One card, let's go check it out. We went in and were greeted by the manager who was a really nice guy. He explained the discounts on the food and showed us around the cafe. It's a small cafe with an industrial banking feel. Very clean. We enjoyed a muffin and got some drinks. It's a cool spot to hang and charge a laptop, get some wifi and a snack!

Strawberry Matcha
Zaid D.

Capital One Cafe coming through with some good matcha. I ordered there seasonal Iced Strawberry Matcha. If I could put you on something, it would be to choose half + half as your milk choice. It makes the drink so much creamier. To be on the safe side I also added and extra scoop of matcha. It really turned out better than expected. I love that Capital One offers 50% off when you use your Cap 1 cards. My $8 matcha was $4. They really nailed the cafe and banking concept down. I would recommend their cafe

I had no idea Capital One Cafés even existed until my husband and I were traveling and needed a comfortable place with stable internet, electricity and good food to work for a few hours. He found one, and it turned out to be absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, the staff was super welcoming and even informed me of benefits I didn't realize I had. The atmosphere was relaxed yet productive, making it an ideal spot to get some work done. Plus, the breakfast options were great, and the coffee was delicious. It was the perfect way to get work completed before heading out to explore the area. If you ever need a cozy spot to work, grab a bite, or just enjoy a quality cup of coffee, a Capital One Café is definitely worth checking out!

Ask the Community - Capital One Café

Are there private rooms here?

Are you able to use Peet's rewards here?

Yes!

Can I make a cash deposit with a teller?

Nope. No bank tellers or any other traditional banking services here. They do have an ATM plus an employee or two who can talk to you about Capital One bank.

Can you do product changes here? I'm looking to either close my account or change to a different CapOne card. There doesn't seem to be an option to do it online

Nope. No traditional banking services here, just an ATM and some representatives who can talk to you about Capital One.

Is there ATM access outside or regular business hours?

There is a ATM in an area where the doors are left unlocked. Not sure if they are left unlocked 24/7 but I know they are open at least an hour before mall opens up.

Very straightforward, but really well balanced. If you've never had chicory coffee before, it has a deeper, slightly earthy flavor that stands out from a standard cold brew without being overly bitter. It feels inspired by Louisiana/New Orleans-style coffee rather than the super sugary "dessert coffee" trend that a lot of places lean into right now. What I especially appreciate is the price point. At around $5.75, it feels reasonable for a specialty coffee drink that still tastes unique and intentional.

The line was out the door, but I knew she'd love waking up to a nice cup of coffee, so the wait didn't bother me. I ordered coffee along with three ham and cheese croissants to go. When I got home, my wife was so happy. She ate part of her croissant but didn't finish it. My son did the same and only picked at the edges. I ended up finishing mine and the rest of my son's. About 8 hours later, after grilling dinner, both my wife and I suddenly became extremely sick. Severe stomach pain, nonstop trips to the restroom, and all the signs of food poisoning hit us hard. Our guest had just started eating dinner while my wife and I were both stuck dealing with the symptoms. The symptoms carried throughout the entire night and are still lingering. Both of us have been dealing with fevers, body aches, nausea, stomach cramps, and constant trips to the restroom. It completely ruined what started as such a special Mother's Day for our family. I normally don't leave reviews like this, but I felt it was important to share our experience. I truly hope this was an isolated incident, especially on a busy holiday, but I also hope food handling and quality control are looked into so no other families have to spend Mother's Day ending like ours did.

For instance, there were groups that came after me who rushed for the table and didn't even order for a long time. Even when we pointed it out, the restaurant didn't care. Honestly if they waited, the folks who came first would have been done with their food by the time their food comes out. Total chaos. Also they ask their guests to put away their own food. The guests before us didn't so I had to clean up the table myself. My cousin has a health issue where the outdoor heat isn't good for her so I had to be a vulture with these tables. Sigh. And in general I know she prefers the cuteness of the indoors. I wanted to get the Take Ur Seat Salad, but they would only add chicken to it when I wanted a different protein. Honestly I'm not sure what's so hard about throwing on a different protein. But they let me do the rice bowl and substitute the rice with salad... Honestly isn't it easier to let me do the salad and add protein? So my cousin and I both got the Rice Bowl ($15.95) with the Longanisa. My cousin had hers normal with the rice and I had the salad substitute. For those unfamiliar longanisa is a sweet and savory sausage. The food tasted decent but the portion is really small for the pricing. There was barely any egg. Not a very satisfying meal. The experience isn't enjoyable enough for me to come back and I feel like the portions are small. It might be a good spot to pick up coffee for the road, but not a sit down brunch.
