I am enraged at the lack of professionalism and customer relation skills this place has. If I could rate it a big fat zero that's what they would get. There's usually three ladies there. The front desk lady (receptionist) is friendly but other than taking payments and/or explaining paperwork to us she's not allowed to do much more. To the right of the office in the back desk there's an agent who is also nice but can't make changes for us because she is not my dad's agent. To the left is my dad's agent and let me tell you, that lady has A NASTY ATTITUDE!!! She won't greet you when you walk in she just wants your money. Not too long ago my dad went in to do changes to his insurance and the lady (her name is Dominican or Dominic) charged my dad a lot of money!!! I called the insurance company and was told that they didn't even get the money my dad paid!! She kept it for her!!! Stay away from this place or if you go don't deal with Dominican because she will rip you off and say it's for the company when it's just for her.
