Thank you so much to Jose and Irma. Where do I even begin? I needed to cash a check and I didn't trust a bank because they all kept telling me I had to sign up with them as a member than they would deposit this check. It was a hassle. I called plenty of other check cashing places and even visited a few and before I even got to the teller I left because it was bad vibes and sketch and they were charging too much. I ended up on my last string of hope and called this place. I explained my situation and Jose ensured me to come on by and they'll take care of me. Sounded too good to be true but sure enough I gave it a shot. The teller who helped me was named Irma and even with a face mask covering she greeted me with the biggest smile. I explained my situation and she literally got me straight. Both her and Jose completed the transaction and she had me out of there in less than 10mins. This is a location I would recommend to anyone who needs money service done with no long wait and they are very clear on what they are saying. Give them a go. After visiting 2 other establishments I went to Moneytree to make a payment to pay off my car. Before going I called and Crystal was so kind and helpful over the phone. When I arrived I was taken care of by Joseline. She helped me make a payment and advised me there was a limit to the amount of money I could send. I expected that and was prepared to return the following day in the rain to make another payment. Joseline offered to at least try making another payment to see if it would be accepted. As she started processing it Joseline informed me everything looked good so she completed my second payment. She felt bad having to charge me a second fee but I didn't mind at all. She helped me complete my final payment of paying off my car and saved me from having to drive in the rain to make another payment the next day. Thank you Joseline for your help and kind treatment. I walked into Money tree with my Stimulus check, and nothing else, as in no identification, no passport, no picture ID, nothing. My physical appearance left much to be desired. Let's just say, Prison, Covid, and hospitals have been a big part of my recent past. I was a little ashamed. Valerie changed all that. In about ten seconds I knew that she was focused on one thing only, customer service. And Valerie delivered. Through creativity, thinking outside the box, and doing a little arm twisting to her manager, I walked out with my money. But so much more than that, I walked out with hope, and believing that even though I have a colorful past, I can overcome it, and people like Valerie might even believe in me.
