Thank you to Eddie and Marie for helping me out with cashing my check. I was having difficulties with my bank getting the whole check cleared same day so I came here and they helped me get access to the cash instantly. They're also super family friendly I was doing this with two toddlers who get impatient and Marie made me feel very comfortable and not rushed or irritated. Thank you guys for all your help! read more

I was serviced by their branch manager Jose. He was very warm, yet chill and laid back. He put an anxious person like me to ease. I originally went to the Walmart down the street but they were not able to clear my insurance check. After a less than 20 min verification got my check processed some cash in hand and conveniently wire transferred the rest to my card of choosing. Excellent service read more

It was okay. At the end of the day they couldn't verify my check so of course they couldn't cash it. Whats the point of being open On the weekends if its ussusaly unverifiable by many business since they are almost always not working on weekends at majority of jobs people work to verify? Was a waste of time really but i appreciate that they tried as best they could to help me out. If you have a verifiable source, then your good. If they have any tro u ble verifying at all I wouldn't bother going in. read more

This location employs the very best people in terms of both professionalism and personality. The fees charged for a vast variety of services are fair and certainly lower than those of other local businesses of similar practice. Jose and Jocelyn are the face of the day-to-day operation (amazing people) but the entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I have a loan here which I make payments upon with ease via an easy-to-navigate website and utilize their check cashing and money order generating service as well. read more

If you are not white or Latina don't go there I'll advise you to go to Walmart these people are very racist I went to cash a check they asked me for my walk ID they asked me for every information it was as if I was applying for a job. They are racist go to Walmart. And the girl there said it's protocol. All lies I stood on the line and watched her help three Latino women with their checks and she asked only for their drivers license . When it was my turn she asked for two forms of ID, asked for My work ID and also for my supervisor phone number so she could call and verify. She even refused to give me the check back and her co workers just stood there and watched. Can you treat a Latino or a white person like that ? How racist can people be. You might as well put a sign on the entrance that says "Latinos only, blacks people stay out" cos that what you guys do. Do you know how embracing it's to work hard for your money and have someone treat you like that when you go to cash it out?. Like I said go to Walmart. I learned a lesson and I'll never again go there. read more

Thank you Jose for catching the red flags and calling my client to verify checks that were stolen. You saved the day!

After visiting 2 other establishments I went to Moneytree to make a payment to pay off my car. Before going I called and Crystal was so kind and helpful over the phone. When I arrived I was taken care of by Joseline. She helped me make a payment and advised me there was a limit to the amount of money I could send. I expected that and was prepared to return the following day in the rain to make another payment. Joseline offered to at least try making another payment to see if it would be accepted. As she started processing it Joseline informed me everything looked good so she completed my second payment. She felt bad having to charge me a second fee but I didn't mind at all. She helped me complete my final payment of paying off my car and saved me from having to drive in the rain to make another payment the next day. Thank you Joseline for your help and kind treatment. I now know where to go if I ever have to make a WU payment or get money orders. read more
