I had my policy renewal in January and was charged an additional $100 beyond my regular premium. In February, my autopay was not applied, and I was then told I would be charged a $50 late fee. I explained that autopay should have been active and requested to speak with Edgar, the representative I usually work with. The agent I spoke to did not provide his name and placed me on hold, stating he would speak with Edgar. When he returned, he told me Edgar said the only adjustment available was a $15 discount and implied that the $50 late fee could not be waived. I was also told Edgar would call me back once he was available, but I never received a call. Later, when I logged in to make my payment online, there was no indication of a $50 late fee at all. This raised concerns, as a legitimate fee should be reflected clearly in the online billing system. They're are usually rude. They seem annoyed when speaking with you. Last time I called, I was on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on. If I called too close to closing time, that could have been communicated instead of keeping me on hold and not answering or calling back. Also there's always additional fees then what originally said. For example it costs more to pay fees with them versus paying the insurance company directly, however they do not disclose that. read more

I had Adrianas Insurance for years and never had an accident until Friday, and then they dropped me. If I could give no stars I would, what kind of company provides service like that!? Just wants your money and provides no help after your 1st accident. I'm going to report them to the state insurance commission.. Update: since they have replied on here but can't call me, Vicente called me once, at 9 pm but IVE BEEN trying to get ahold of him. I even drove only to have a lady give me attitude and tell me, her boss will call.. but they haven't. I'm glad the State Insurance commission is scheduled to call me back at 3:30 today. read more

This is the worse insurance broker, ever! When we first signed up, we asked for a 250 deductible. When I was in a car accident a years ago. The insurance said I had a 1000.00 deductible. Recently, I backed into a relative's car. I didn't know Adrianna's insurance assigned me to a different insurance company. Kemper was the insurance company. The declined my claim. Adrianna's employees have a problem with speaking English. They never communicate with you. When you do, thr don't understand what you are trying to tell them. You fustrated with them. By far the WORSE customer service I have ever experienced by any company. After making attempts to obtain a reimbursement, I was ignored hung up on, and treated with the utmost disrespect. Recap of the situation: We requested a quote for COMMERCIAL INSURANCE and were given a policy for PERSONA AUTO. When we addressed the issue immediately upon receiving the policy dec sheet (the same day we purchased) the agent said he would advise underwriting and see if it could be changed to commercial. He came back with a no and requested cancellation (it was like pulling teeth to get it cancelled) We requested our refund since the policy was cancelled flat by the insurance company ( we called and confirmed NOTHING was charged) and Adriana's insurance stated that we would get a refund within 4 -7 days. It has been almost 2 months and after numerous calls (they hang up on you by the way) and we have sent many letters, they have ignored us and our request. We are suing them now and although it's not the money, its the fact their service humiliates people to the extent that they give up on getting monies owed to them. The policy there at Adrianas Insurance basically get the money and f$##! the people. I would never recommend this place. The fault lies at the very top with Adriana herself because that is how she trains her staff. Liers and thieves. Our community has made this lady rich and she does not care about us, our needs or what is right. The fact that they have caller ID and DO NOT ANSWER calls once you ask for a refund or have a complaint is a red flag. Do not go to any of her agencies. Adiranas insurance in a BROKER and one I would never recommend! They simply do what you can do on your own without giving them a percentage of your money because they are a BROKER! The Custer service is horrible, the reliability it terrible and my suggestion is always calling insurance COMPANIES yourself to get a real quote and no games of HAGGLING! Call Geico, Mercury, AAA yourself, don't rely on a broker....again they do what you can do and really PROVIDE nothing but headaches down the line for you! read more

My step son was in the unfortunate position of needing a SR-22. Got a quote for $400/month from Adriana's. We went down the street to DFI insurance and got a quote for $90/month with Progressive. I think it is sad because we dealt with Adriana's before and even though they advertise as being friendly to those who's English is not strong, it seems they are taking advantage of those they want to attract. I've been going to Adriana's insurance for a very long time and I've been dealing with Angelica she's been amazing to me over the years I have bought several cars had to add cars take cars off my insurance and she has always been prompt with me she makes everything very easy and honestly I just feel very comfortable with her and I always like to just deal with her she just makes everything so simple and quick and I never have to stress that somethings not getting done she really tries her hardest even when she's in the office all by herself she tries her hardest to make everyone happy and I just highly recommend her and Adrianas Insurance never done me wrong I do love their services read more

NOT A GOOD CHOICE!! I got insurance here a few years ago when I had a bad driving record (typical for being 16) and back then it made sense because it was rumored Adrianas was the cheapest in town. I paid 100$ / month for full coverage 25/50. Ever since then it has been nothing but trouble and taking trips down here to figure everything out with these people. They wouldnt send the correct info. to my vehicles finance company so my finance company would send me letters upset about me not having any insurance on my vehicle when I was paying Adrianas every month! And this happened multiple times. Also whenever I would go down there or call they wouldnt speak any english so that made things alot more frustrating. The insurance company that they broker you with is extremely sketchy and thank goodness I never had to make a claim otherwise I dont think they would have helped me at all. I set up automatic payments through them but interestingly enough they would hardly ever take the money out of my account which would result in them dropping me from coverage and I would be un knowingly driving around without insurance for about a week until they would send me a letter stating that I had been canceled because of no payment. Ofcourse they would charge extra fees for renewing my policy even though I had taken the necessary steps for this not to happen in the first place. A few months ago they raised my rate by about 30$. It was a true blessing when I made friends with some great people that happen to be State farm agents. I am now insured by an honest real company that also speaks english. I now pay even less than adrianas AND have 3 times the coverage amount!! So to all that have interest in doing business with adrianas I can tell you that my experience has been the WORST and I highly recommend going elsewhere for insurance, it may not be as expensive as you think. read more

HOW IS THIS COMPANY STILL IN BUSINESS? The way they do business is VERY shady! My policy (before I cancelled) was SUPPOSED to be on the 14th of every month, yet they took funds out on the 7th. On top of that confusion they stated I could postpone a payment yet it was still taken out on the 7th. As for my cancellation process, I cancelled on the 2nd, Angelica didn't finish my paper work until the 7th. The 7th was my usual payment date so again... Funds were taken out of my account when they weren't supposed to. I had to wait an ENTIRE month to receive my refund. THIS COMPANY IS SO QUICK TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT YET THEY DRAG THEIR FEET TO RETURN WHAT MONEY THEY OWE.
