WARNING if you decide to take out a loan from this place. You better make your payments on time,…read moredon't miss them for nothing or you'll regret it. They will call you 4 times a day 7 days a week non stop. It doesn't matter what you tell them they'll talk to you like you're a liar and keep the harrassment up. To spice things up, they'll also call all your contacts and make you look real bad. Don't make special arrangements with them regarding your past due payment because they won't honor them and they'll come up with excuses as to why it's not in their system. It was nice to be approved for the loan but now living through torture with their inability to listen and their sneaky ways to get more $$ out of you and their psychological torture with the harrassing phone calls. I want to recognize IDABEL BURGOS at JPMorgan Chase in Riverside for the exceptional experience she…read moreprovided my husband and me when opening our business account. Idabel was the Private Client Banker who originally helped us establish our business relationship with Chase, and from the moment we walked into her office, she set the tone. There was an immediate sense that we were in a safe, professional space -- one where our questions, goals, and concerns genuinely mattered. She is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect you would expect from a Private Client Banker -- business account structuring, entity setup considerations, compliance requirements, treasury services, cash flow positioning, and long-term banking strategy. But what truly separates her is not just her expertise -- it's how she makes you feel. My husband and I still talk about how she made us feel seen and heard throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and never made us feel rushed, even with detailed questions about building our business foundation. Even now, after our accounts are established, I feel completely comfortable reaching out to her. She is clearly a busy professional, yet she responds to emails by the end of the day and returns voicemails the same day. That level of attentiveness is rare. What stands out most is her ability to remember exactly who you are -- without needing to pull up your account first. That level of personal awareness and relationship-building is something you don't come across often. If you are serious about building a strong financial foundation and want a banker who combines expertise with genuine care, I highly recommend working directly with Idabel. She represents the very best of what private client banking should be.
