So I visit this bank today and it looks really clean has lots of windows to help costumers but only 2 windows were open but it was goi g fast but my issue was that I was here to change address and get a new card so I sat down and wait and wait and wait only one person to help those costumers it was taking forever with the one client that it was there when I got there before me it was another 2 clients which make me number 3 I see another employee I. Her cubicle not doing nothing but I guess the business that this other people and me have not important to her I waited 15 minutes one person left tired of waiting and I'm leaving too extremely dissatisfied with this kind of service!! read more

This is from my visit on 8/20/22 at 10:15am. I have 7 accounts with Chase and I've never experienced such horrible customer service from the 2 tellers there. I asked to remove someone from my account and received a snarky response of "I can't do that" and after checking with a Banker, she couldn't give me an ETA. Not willing to even ask one of the bankers how long it may take. Another rude teller telling me it's not that easy of a process and that it would take 5 days to get into a banker. I waited longer than 15 minutes waiting on the employees to finish conversing with the customer about their plans for the weekend. I was interested in opening a checking account with them and the Banker made me feel as if he was going to do me a favor. I can't even say his name because he didn't even introduce himself to me. I had to go up to him to ask for assistance even after making eye contact with him and other Bankers/Employees. He asked if I was in a hurry because it normally takes about 30minutes and was also almost convincing me not to open an account. So today is my birthday. And for the third time, chase has locked my debit card for "fraudulent" activity that I was makings. No crazy purchase either, groceries for the week is what I wanted to buy. Just went in to ask about a Sapphire rewards card. We were quickly greeted by Barry Tsang and were lucky to experience the most informative encounter I've ever had at a bank. This guy was amazing. He broke down the differences in the cards (I decided on the preferred) and gave me and my girlfriend sooo much good advice and knowledge about credit cards and how to make them work for us as well as pitfalls to avoid. I definitely felt like he went above and beyond, not just answering questions about the Chase card but also about the credit game in general. This guy obviously payed attention in school as he was laying everything out as clearly as a tutor for a test. It was pretty much like a free financial planning session haha!! I would NEVER set foot in this bank again! They had ALLOWED account take over of my elderly mothers SS direct deposit checking. Banks say they are the first line of defense in detecting financial abuse, like hell! Brought my mom in there several times and the bank reps all said what is going on with her account is illegal! And yet not once did they freeze her account. One rep said "Would you like to cancel your debit card and get a new one?" She never received her debit card the person who was stealing her money got it and emptied her account. I showed the bank manager (a woman) statements from mom's account and her son the thief. He wasn't supposed to have access to his beneficiary account but he was able to online. Apparently they don't check online transactions/illegal transfers. They did NOTHING!!! read more
