Let me start by saying I have never written a review regarding a bank. However, I feel compelled to write one now. I was so impressed with the professionalism, and engaging personalities of the people working at the Chase branch in Canyon Crest, Riverside, CA. I had a problem that was resolved by Mr. Steven Garcia. He took the time to address my problem, and he was able to help me. It is obvious to me that he is an outstanding leader because his staff was also very professional. I initially met with Brodhi Williams, and Jocelyn Melchor, they were both friendly, very professional, and seemed intent on helping me. Hopefully, I will never have a problem in the future, but if I do I feel extremely confident that the staff at "my" bank will be ready and willing to help me. Thank you! read more

One teller and the customer at the window has a million questions. The windows should be for transactions, not a Q & A session. Waste of my time. I left without getting anything done. One employee standing around doing nothing in the lobby. Saturday 6/13 10 a.m. read more

Great and friendly faces, me and my boyfriend walked in to apply for a joint account and everyone was very attentive to us right away. And I want to give a special thanks and recognition to your associate Caroline, she was wonderful and helped answer all of our questions. Great customer service all around! read more

Caroline was very helpful today. She's a great asset to your company.. we had the best experience ever. We've been shopping for a bank for a long time and a lot of customer service teams are the worst but this one seem to be the best. Thank you so much. read more

I typically only use the ATM machines to withdraw cash, but needed to go to the desk for some assistance with a cashier's check. They were very professional and there was someone who greeted me right when I entered. The clerk helped me with my cashier's check and confirmed everything as we were going as well as at the very end. Really friendly and efficient service! read more

Went to apply for a business credit card application. Been building my relationship for over a year. Got denied initially for frivolous reasons. Directing me to the reconsideration line and they asked me a few questions and it's been over three weeks and I haven't heard anything back about my application being approved. I've been calling And everybody just keeps saying my application is under review and not being very helpful or give you me any answers as to what's going on. There's no transparency here and I feel left out and in the dark. What makes matters even worse I am a disabled quadriplegic person, and it takes a lot for me to get up out the house to get in my wheelchair and to get on the bus to go out to public places. This was very, very upsetting because I expected more from Chase. Definitely do not feel valued as a client. I feel sad and depressed. That's what being a client of Chase has gotten me, depression and sadness. Definitely not the results I was looking for, but hey, I guess life goes on. read more

I made a huge check deposit in person 2 days ago into SAVINGS ACCT. The check I used was from my own acct from bank next doors to this Chase. I am told that I cannot have access to my direct deposit pay from my employer into CHECKING ACCT until that check cleared. I spoke with Cece branch top person, she says there is nothing she can do. So, Chase will not let me have my own money from my pay check because I tried to deposit a huge check into savings?????. THATS MY MONEY THEY ARE NOT LETTING ME HAVE. I have been dealing with this bank close to 10 yrs now. I am pulling all my money out. TERRIBLE...... read more

This bank does not have tellers anymore, only bankers. Which is really inconvenient. And one of those bankers is just plain rude. I've had two encounters with banker "Stephanie" and both times she has been rude and condescending while addressing and talking to you. When in without an appointment. (3:50pm) I was willing to wait, I need to open an account ASAP. One banker tells me yes, we might be able to take you. Didn't mind waiting. Around 4:10pm, about 20 minutes, waited. Here come "Stephanie" telling me that unfortunately no more bankers are available. This is Immediately after she got done with her last appointment and that she wasn't taking any more. Which I find extremely ridiculous with over 50 minutes left before they close. You really don't get a good vibe from her, stuck up at in my opinion. And that really doesn't translate good in customer service. I will definitely be banking elsewhere, stay away from this location and Stephanie. read more

Went into branch for assistance with a wire transaction and Fernando Noriega was very happy to help me with verification process. The next day I was still having issues and he went above and beyond and made several phone calls to get me some answers. I wanted to recognize an exemplary employee Fernando Noriega is to Chase Bank! read more

This Chase location never ceeases to amaze me with their lack of customer service. I came in on a Thursday morning at 9:00am and there is one teller moving at the speed of a snail. It is now 9:27am and still, one teller even though the line continues to grow. This happens every time I actually come in. read more

Beware of cash deposits using there BROKE ATM machines.. Making customers go through to much to get their hard earned money back. After going through the loops to get someone to view the recording of my transaction..Chase have come to the conclusion that I didn't make a $500.00 cash deposit... This company claims they secure your money ...No instead they Rob their customers... So beware...Now..I must open up another claim. This will be my third claim. If this was me taking from them they would have prosecuted me.. Bank of America here I come... Sad, you can't trust your bank's ATM machines and you can't trust the tellers either...SMH read more

This branch is now an "express branch" according to the staff. What this means is there are no teller windows. I love coming to this branch. I do all my banking here! I am still able to be helped with everything I need. You can do almost everything from your phone or the ATM. The small percentage of things you cannot do, the staff is able to assist on their computers. You are only able to get cash from the atm which is believe is a limit of 4000$ but that's fine. If you need anymore that that it is a short drive down the road to the next branch. They help me with my cashiers check monthly and any issues that have been on my account they quickly helped and fixed any issues. read more

Not very happy with the changes they made at this bank and they cannot keep a darn appointment. What's the point of making an appointment and waiting weeks for them not to be ready for the appointment or on time. Still waiting on my appointment that was at 3:30 and it's about to be 4:30 now. Don't bother with this branch. read more

Love this bank. So close. Clean. Quiet. Never a long wait if there is a wait. All the tellers are super friendly. I do my business and personal banking here. I will never leave chase. Edwin and Megan are great to work with. read more

Went in by chance on opening day. Everyone was very attentive and eager to establish a presence in the area. I opened a checking account because there was a great "opening day" promotion. It's my second go around with Chase. I'll keep yah posted. read more

Where do I start? This branch is FAR by the worst branch I've been to across California!!!!! The manager is rude & talks at you as if you're beneath him & the entitled receptionist Meghan is a lovely "lady". I have both a business & personal account with Chase & it's one problem after another. They instantly put holds on just about EVERY deposit wether it be a check or a credit card transaction. You'd think doing the kind of business & having over $50k a month ran thru their bank that they make $ off of they'd be a little more on top of their s&@t! I will be closing both of my accounts as soon as my deposits clear & taking my business to a bank that actually is problem & stress free! -0 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

We opened a checking and savings account through Chase Bank and Naveed assisted us in the process. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and made opening these accounts quick & easy! Thanks for a great experience!! read more

Worst bank ever!! I only signed up with Chase because my daughter has Chase and it would be easy to transfer money to her. Bank alerts are set up but yet they make every excuse as to wny alerts are not delivered, in the mean time, transactions are building and so are NSF fees. it is easy to transfer money when funds are low, but what good is an alert, if the alert is blocked by Chase. They set customers up to make money off of them. read more

Went in to speak with a banker. Sat there waiting for 10 mins. Was not greeted or asked what I could be helped with or even how long the wait would be. I walked out. This was a very different experience compared to other Chase banks I've been too. Pretty disappointed. read more

Worst bank ever. Completely understaffed. I came in at 2 pm and had to make an appointment for 4:30. So i wasted my day waiting around for it and came back exactly at 4:30. Ok it's a commercial bank so you get great service. Met the manager of the bank the other day very nice. The one thing I don't like is the big glass in front of the tellers. Just doesn't give me that one on one that I want but I understand it's for safety. read more

Does anyone work here???? Empty bank and I couldn't get anyone to assist me. Until I came up to the teller window to tell them I need to open an account. I had to wait for 20 more minutes until a banker came out. Ridiculous. I'm not coming back here. read more

3 stars cause I'm tired of the ATMs never taking my check deposits fix these already.

I went in to deposit a check. The teller let me know that there would be a hold. I needed the money for a funeral and asked if there was anything she could do. The supervisor Andrew overheard the conversation and introduced himself. He promised to work on it the next day. What do ya know, first thing in the morning I get a call from him letting me know my cash was ready to use. Wow!! I don't have a lot of money in the bank but the service I got made me feel like I had a million bucks. Awesome service. read more
