I have been a member of Chase for over 20 years. Although I have always been happy with Chase, today was the most pleasant experience yet. I asked to speak with someone to open up a business credit card. I was walked over to Christine and she was so helpful. She took her time to explain all of my options. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pressured me at all. Since I recently started my own business, I decided to open up several accounts to help my business. Hate this location. I always try to avoid coming here as much as possible since the day they lost my $7,000 dollar check!!!!! When I noticed the money wasn't deposited to my account I called and they said didn't know where it was and to call who had issued me the check to get it replaced! To top it off it It took a month for me to receive my new check. It was the manager (Randy) that had lost it. Very unprofessional and careless. (This was in 2018) So today I walk in to close a savings account just because I was in the shopping center. I walk in and 30 mins go by and nothing. Not a "I'll be right with you"..."sorry, we're busy it'll take a while"....."what are you here for?".....NOTHING no interaction from any of the workers. My sister and I came for a quick visit to get a sheet of checks. A teller by either the name of Laura or Lauren (I'm writing this a couple days late and can't quite remember) helped us. In regards to customer service, I spoke with a lady with purple hair at the teller window who informed me I could Not cash a check because of balance in my checking account against the check. I was told that we could try, then she deposited the check and informed me only $200 was available. The funds to cover the check were in my savings if we really wanted to transfer over to cash. I explained she could of released it anyway as in previous experience. She said there was a non-supervisor overide And looked to the girl to her right for some sort of confirmation. Bad customer service when it comes to what the bank can actually do, from previous experience. As a disclaimer my account is positive with no bad checks / overdrafts. Please clean the drive thru ATM machines daily. The screens and keypads are filthy. Not sure how the walk up ATMs are but the drive thru are definitely filthy and unacceptable. Other local Chase locations are well kept and always clean. Thanks. read more

As you can see by my reviews I never write bad reviews, I'm not one of those negative people that take the time to spread negativity. I love writing great reviews for establishments that deserve them. Today this happened.. I usually come into Chase in my business attire and usually I get friendly service. Today I'm dealing with an injured foot, so I came in with zero make up and yoga pants, as I'm just running an errand and then going back to bed.... Immediately as I handed a cashier check to Majida "Maggie" Salman , she looked at the amount and without giving me eye contact, had the worst attitude, she said "we can't do this " then she had me swipe my card and proceeded to look up my account. She assumed because of my casual appearance that I didn't have enough funds. She had a wrinkled look on her face, a snippy attitude and was short and rude with my questions. She then brought over the manager " Katina M. Kravas" which didn't greet or look at me, she started speaking to "Majida Salman" and then told me I couldn't do what I wanted to do. I'm ok with respecting bank policy, and with adhering to the rules, I run a business myself. I'm not ok with being treated rudely and with disrespect. Maggie proceeded to cancel my transaction without confirming with me if that's what I want to do with the deposit, and then proceeded telling me the process to close my account. I doubt that Chase Corporate knows that this is how clients are treated. This lady is bitter, angry and clearly doesn't enjoy her job. She's prejudice and makes assumptions based on appearance. I will be taking my business away from Chase and will ensure my family does the same. Maggie, if you hate your job, go back to school and find one you will enjoy. So I came into the bank office today after having some issues with my paycheck, the banker Randy was amazingly helpful. He was very pleasant and kind, helping me feel less upset about the situation. He assisted me the entire situation. Even going above and beyond in order to help me get my money. I ended up having to go to the workplace and get a replacement check. I like this Chase bank because it has a drive-thru ATM. Not too many of the the Chase banks near and around Corona have those. The one time I went into this bank the staff was courteous as usual. If it were closer to my house I would definitely go here more often. read more

I have been fighting with escalation department for two months and I'm always given the run around. Today I called and spoke with some gentlemen from the Philippines name Jim, I can say I have never received such a horrible experience with some one over the phone. I have been with chase for 5 years and I've never had an issue, until today. Not to mention he gave me a different name than what his actual name was. I called a branch local to where I was and I Spoke with Ted, Ted was just amazing. I explain to him my situation he was able to file a report for the representative who I had just been on the phone with and not only that he when above and beyond for me to get another claim opend up. He stayed through most of the claim. I was ready to switch banks. Chase needs to put more people like Ted over the phone instead of some one from philines who is going to be rude and disrespectful. After the 2nd negative experience with Randy Swanson I'm finally leaving a review for him directly. I Have never come across anyone so rude and not helpful when it comes to getting change for my business, He is the #1 reason I don't open a business account over there eventhough I do all my personal banking with Chase . I should have done it when Michael Torres was the manager. That a night and day experience, unfortunately Randy has made it so I never want to go back to the location I've been going to since it was Washington Mutual. He pretends to be helpful but has no intentions but to be rude and unaccomodating even when we follow his bullshit rules to get change, this last time I sent my receptionist with everything Randy asked for and he tells my receptionist he can only give out $105 in change. What's the fucking excuse now?! I rather go to Wells Fargo across the street. Last time I make that mistake. I had the BEST banking experience I've ever had today opening my new Chase account. Gabriel was so personable, knowledgable, and professional!! He made sure all of my online banking and quick pay was set up before I left the branch. The branch manager came over and introduced himself and offered his services if I ever had any questions. I had my 7 month old daughter with me and they were so patient with her yelling and nonsense. They never made me feel rushed. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. WONDERFUL branch!! This place is an absolutely sad excuse for a bank. Almost all the tellers are "automated" and the ones that are there are dumb and dirt. Went in to change out an old ripped 100$ and the teller automatically accuses me of the bill being counterfeit, even as far as saying it was a 1$ bill with hundreds markings.. And saying she couldn't see the hologram face... Well hello, last time I checked old hundred don't have that marking.. And working at a bank with cash handling as a number one priority..: things that make you say hmmmmmm. And mind you, when the manager came over to confirm the bill was indeed real, the teller threw her hands up in the air and said she couldn't deal with me.. Beyond disgusting and rude of her. The manager wasn't much of an asset to the branch himself. I'll never ever step foot in this branch. And even going to go as for as to close my account and go elsewhere. read more
