The representatives, Jessica and Ian, who greeted me and proceeded to assist me were gracious , friendly, intelligent, interesting and very knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions clearly and took the time to understand my specific concerns. I am confident that I made a wise decision by choosing to do business with US Bank and pleased to have chosen this friendly neighborhood branch as my home branch. Thank you.

This is the worst US BANK ever but today's experience kinda put the cherry on top Usually, I don't like coming here because the tellers are rude. Fake smiles if they even smile, not very friendly very cold they never have freaking cash in the drive-through ATM so therefore I have to get out of my car to go get some cash inside so what is the point of having drive-through ATM if you have no cash in there this happens all the time, today I went in there quickly to drop off all my change that I had counted and rolled up the teller twice told me she couldn't take it because it looked like there was missing money my expression was are you serious? You have cameras all over this place. I'm not trying to rob you a penny and a dime so I had to take it out and count it in front of her because apparently she thinks I can't count and I'm dumb or something and I proved her wrong twice. The money was all in their complete. She was just being lazy and not counting it herself oh and shall I forget she created a line behind me so they all had a show I didn't catch the teller's name I guess I should've I didn't really give her much attitude. I really wanted to, but yeah, I can't stand rude annoying people who can't do their jobs accordingly she looked very young so I would recommend this establishment to hire people who are actually friendly and can do their job well to their title. It is all about customer service and a speedy interaction and not making the customer feel like they're dumb.

Funny, they only have 3 teller stations for such a big bank. My Mom and I were turning our heads. Picture it! We waited for pratically 40 minutes in line just to cash a check. There were about 10 people in front of us. Unbelievable! I was patient to wait, but my Mom was not very happy. She said we could have driven to another BofA out in San Gabriel within the wait time. I have to say, she was right. Anyway, when it was our turn, we walked up to the teller. The lady behind the window was pleasant. She quickly handled our transaction. We got our cash and we were on our merry way. Unfortunately, I had to hear it in the car LOL. It's all good. We probably won't be back to this BofA in the future unless it's really necessary or there's no wait time.

She heard me out with genuine empathy, understanding my past financial struggles and offering condolences for my family loss. She didn't just listen; she took action. While mentioning guidelines, she pulled up information directly from the credit bureau's website to show me concrete steps to improve my score. She distilled hope and positivity into our conversation, focusing on my future goals like getting a mortgage. We went over best banking practices and all the online features. She was incredibly knowledgeable about what I could qualify for and enlightened me on best practices for future loans. I left feeling empowered and hopeful about my financial future for the first time. Highly recommend!

I've been a member of SchoolsFirst for about 6 years now and I can honestly say I've never been happier with a financial institution. Banks are for-profit. Credit unions are built different. They are member-owned financial cooperatives, aligned with the philosophy of "people helping people." Here, you're not just another number or customer. You're a member, and most importantly, a member-owner. At a credit union, excess earnings are returned to the members via lower loan rates, higher savings rates, low/no fees, and an array of complimentary services. SchoolsFirst is currently the largest credit union in California--in both membership and assets. But that hasn't caused them to waiver on making members feel valued. Their online banking and mobile banking app are superb, they continue to add branches locally and their affiliation with the CO-OP ATM Network offers surcharge-free access to over 30,000 ATMs spanning 50 states and 10 countries. They celebrate a Member Appreciation Day annually and offer a gift to members, which is usually very nice, and some of the best cookies I've ever had! I've also used their coin machine on several occasions! Recently, I needed to have some documents notarized. I remembered that's one of the many services offered at their branch. I was able to make an appointment easily via their website and received text and email notifications and reminders leading up to my appointment. Trent was amazing. He'd handled similar documents recently and had everything squared away quickly and efficiently. All for a very minimal fee. It was a pleasure working with him and the credit union. I look forward to many more years of membership. Thank you, SchoolsFirst!
