I had another great experience at this Chase branch. I called Chase and spoke to Personal Banker Anthony Escalona to schedule an appointment to open a business account. I was able to set an appointment the same day. I arrived and met with Anthony. Anthony was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. In addition, his office area was clean and neat. Furthermore, Chase had great social distancing measures in place and hand sanitizer was plentiful. Anthony did a great job, and I appreciated the perfect customer service. I will continue to patronize this Chase Bank for some of my banking needs. read more

I came in twice to add my wife to my account without an appointment. There were four bankers chatting in their cubicles, and none could assist us. I was told to make an appointment and come back. Filed dispute after making call in March of '26 that Omni products caused hair loss. Never was I told to return unopened products. Received June charge. Tried to call company but number gives you fast beeps instead with 3 tries. Called Chase and explained story. Also tried to set up cancel on billing but upon pressing cancel subscription, ads simply appear to purchase more. I wrote email 3 times to Omni to tell them so, again called Chase. Believed Chase would back me up, but no, they re-billed $87.00 charge. I will drive 180 miles to put unused products in the face of a Chase bank employee's face. No longer do I have faith in Chase after over 10 years. We pay weekly and have an over 800 score but guess good customers are not good to them. Guess they like the ones who go into default. I've been coming to this bank for a few years now to make deposits for work and get change... Every time I come in everyone is always so friendly and greets me by my name... Since Covid hit they had to close other local branches and more traffic started coming here...Sometimes the wait to see a teller is longer than usual, but they try to help you out as fast as they can... sometimes you just need to be patient and wait :) . This branch offers hand sanitizer, and does practice social distancing they follow all the covid precautions to keep everyone safe... This branch offers excellent customer service and the staff is always smiling and very helpful... I do recommend trying to book an appointment in advance if you are trying to see a personal banker since they have limited space due to covid. Overall this is my favorite branch in the Chino area and I'm thankful for the amazing staff that always helps me and makes my trips to the bank easy and fast... read more

May favorite Chase in the Chino area due to its rather hidden location. I like coming to this chase because it's not on a crowded Main street, so you never really have to wait in any sort of line. They also have really great tellers who are helpful and polite. Lastly it is located close to a Starbucks that is also never really crowded. My favorite spot mainly due to location. read more

This Chase has the best customer service. All the tellers I've encountered there are so friendly and helpful. There's never really a line. They get you in and out quickly I drive out of my way to go here because the customer service is by far superior to any other branch I've been to. read more

I'm not sure what the deal is at this branch, but this is my third time here to open an account and I'm waiting for what will be a total of 40 minutes. It seems that they only have one "banker" (only person authorized to open an account) and the wait is either too long, or, on one occasion, the banker was scheduled to leave in 20 minutes and it would take him 30 minutes to open my account, so they sent me away. This is ridiculous. I can't believe the manager or someone else cannot step in and assist customers when the quote-unquote banker is backed up. Ultimately, I guess it's branch is just too small to handle the everyday persons banking needs. May I recommend a credit union.... read more

Horrible service! Don't open an account here! The manager is bi polar. She has an ego problem. They freeze your money for any reason and they do not give you any valid reason to do it!!!! Be aware the manager and employees treat there Latino customers horrible. They are raciest. Unless you have a lot of money or famous person they will treat you like dog poop!!!! The manager and lead teller at this branch redeemed the poor review I unfortunately submitted for the location off Archibald. I had a hold on my check and as anyone could imagine, I was quite frustrated to put it lightly. I was assisted the first day by Carmine. Though he was unable to get the hold released at that time, he provided his card and asked me to return the following day with more information to assist. Je was polite and compassionate. I returned the following day and though he was there, the branch manager, I lost the card, I believe her name may have been Melissa, made herself available to assist. She was able to resolve the issue and she had excellent customer service. I would suggest other branch employees follow the examples of the service provided by the employees at this branch. read more

I've been banking with Chase for over five years and I've always had a little bit of problems with their customer service the way they handle their deposits. But today was the final time it's frustrating when they treat you like a criminal and not a customer. it's sad when you can't even cash a Chase check at your own bank with a Chase account it's even worse when he put your checks on hold for 10 days then when you get on the phone with somebody it's someone in another country like India and I don't find that comforting to know that there's people in other countries with holding my money. To my relief I finally got the help I needed the teller was very kind and helpful which then lead me to speak with the manager who was also very kind and helpful. Clear and simple, 1 star because I waited for 30 min and was never helped when wanting to open a savings account. Financial centers are the face of the bank and this service is unacceptable. After a 10 hr day at work I stopped at Chase in Chino, told the rude teller staying me down I wanted to open a savings account, I waited 30 min and no associate was available. Mind you, the bank had 0 customers the entire time (3pm). 4 associates on the floor the entire time and no made eye contact or said hello. I went back to the teller and she told me to give someone 5 more min. Waited some more and I just left. Long lines always 1 bank teller!!! Also every time I come here the drive thru ATM NEVER works. It's all run down and it's hard to read the screen. You would think by us members paying a fee monthly that this bank would have things running smoothly. Makes me want to switch to Wells Fargo or Arrowhead. read more

The wait at this branch is ridiculous. I waited over 50 minutes to be seen. I needed to be added to a large business account, and I was preauthorized and had the account number. Valentino was very rude and impatient while trying to figure out the process. I have done this before at another branch with no problems. I believe he was incompetent and lazy and just didn't want to help since it was close to closing time. He offered no solutions to the problem and basically said oh well. I am now considering canceling my personal account with this bank due to horrendous customer service. read more

Do not go to this branch! We waited 50 to open an account. After waiting the account staff finally came out and told us that we need to come back at around 4pm. Seriously!!?? They couldn't have told us that from the start??!! I love chase as a bank but this location is absolutely terrible. The people who work there are rude, unhelpful, and struggle to do the bare minimum of their jobs such as giving you the right amount of money. I suggest using the atm or making the drive to another location. If you have to go here COUNT your money before leaving, check your account, and expect to be there for a long time. read more

Went in the bank yesterday 6/29/15 after my ATM number stolen and used. Chase on the phone sent me to the bank to get a new ATM card right away. Valentino was so helpful and nice, especially about my situation. He issued me a new card, made sure all the old ATM cards were cancelled, shredded the old cards, and gave me really great advice on how to try to avoid situations that your card number could get skimmed. He made the bad situation better. Between Valentino, the fraud specialists, and the customer service specialists on the phone the bad situation was remedied. read more
