I informed the man at the front desk that I am a teacher and 3:30 is the earliest I can arrive. I am unable to come sooner because I used all my sick days when my dad died. I am deeply disappointed at the insensitivity and lack of initiative to help me what should have been a quick process. Once I was up, the teller just says "sorry" under his breath while I'm just trying to get my transaction done asap so others who've been waiting can go. Quite annoying. If they only had more people on Fridays, they wouldn't have annoyed and frustrated clients.

The wait times are ridiculous, and there seems to be absolutely no regard for customers' time. During my visit, I personally watched what should have been 10-minute employee breaks turn into approximately 22 minutes for one teller and 19 minutes for another--all while customers were left waiting. For a bank that serves business customers, it's also extremely frustrating that there is no dedicated business line or any apparent effort to prioritize customers who are trying to handle time-sensitive business transactions. The overall customer service at this location is extremely disappointing. Long waits, poor communication, little urgency, and very little effort to make the process easier for customers. Every visit feels unnecessarily difficult. I've finally reached the point where I'd rather move my banking relationships elsewhere than continue wasting my time at this branch. Customer service and respect for people's time should be a basic expectation, especially from a bank.
