Should be a quick phone call and that's it. They were unwilling to help me. Wanted me to schedule an appointment two weeks out. I informed the man at the front desk that I am a teacher and 3:30 is the earliest I can arrive. I am unable to come sooner because I used all my sick days when my dad died. I am deeply disappointed at the insensitivity and lack of initiative to help me what should have been a quick process. He gave off the vibe of "No we cannot help you because we are about to close even though we have 20 minutes left." I am so disappointed.

I'm a customer to deposit my husband's employee account. So he is rude and smart ass with me. I already spoke to bank manager Yalitz Quiroz about him. It's always one or two tellers helping people with one or two others standing in the background. Today I was one of a good seven people waiting in line while they only had two tellers with customers who were obviously going to take a bit to finish. I waited a good 15 minutes to finally get helped. Once I was up, the teller just says "sorry" under his breath while I'm just trying to get my transaction done asap so others who've been waiting can go. Quite annoying. If they only had more people on Fridays, they wouldn't have annoyed and frustrated clients.

Nobody will likely read this but: This branch is honestly…read moreone of the main reasons I'm moving all of my accounts to Chase. The wait times are ridiculous, and there seems to be absolutely no regard for customers' time. During my visit, I personally watched what should have been 10-minute employee breaks turn into approximately 22 minutes for one teller and 19 minutes for another--all while customers were left waiting. For a bank that serves business customers, it's also extremely frustrating that there is no dedicated business line or any apparent effort to prioritize customers who are trying to handle time-sensitive business transactions. The overall customer service at this location is extremely disappointing. Long waits, poor communication, little urgency, and very little effort to make the process easier for customers. Every visit feels unnecessarily difficult. I've finally reached the point where I'd rather move my banking relationships elsewhere than continue wasting my time at this branch. Customer service and respect for people's time should be a basic expectation, especially from a bank.

Chase Bank - Not Business-Friendly (2 stars)…read more Chase is one of those big banks that acts like they don't really need your business. Every time I've tried to meet with a "banking expert," there's always a long wait--or worse, I've been told to make an appointment and come back on another day. This particular branch was especially frustrating. I came in to open a new business account and was told I'd need to return another day for an appointment. For a business customer, that kind of delay just doesn't cut it. While a few of the staff were friendly and helpful, the place feels understaffed and overly complicated when it comes to basic services like opening accounts or getting information on new offerings. I don't recommend Chase Bank, especially if you're looking for reliable and responsive service for business banking needs.

After I wrote my review of this Chase Bank branch, I had some second thoughts thinking that maybe I…read morewas being a bit too critical. "Maybe" because of the Christmas and New Year's holidays, starting up a new business location at the start of a new year, potentially getting new employees up to speed ... or any of a myriad of other situations ... that they had more pressing issues and I should have cut them some slack. But any way you calculate it, it has now been over a month since my request has been missed. Funny how any bank would possible not want to get a new customer with a substantial deposit pending on just the answer to one question. So I patiently waited for their response. And waited. And waited. To this day there has been no response ... not a call, not a letter, nothing. So if someone from that branch with the initials "O.M." or "P.P." read this, you really dropped the ball. And I am not using your full names for the reason of professional courtesy. I'm glad this was not a pressing item for me. But it you want a bank that will be responsive to your needs ... a checking or savings account, a loan, or whatever ... I now think my initial review was overly generous. And one more thing. Someone (I think Chase Bank) put in pictures showing a kid playing with a toy airplane (supposedly outside of this bank) that looked like they had been shot at another one of Chase's banks in a big city. I submitted a complaint about it to YELP but those pictures are still there. If you read this review and see them, just know they do not factually represent what this location of Chase looks like. This is hardly truth in advertising .... As I said before, you can do better.
