I very recently opened a new bank account with this Citibank branch, and can report that the…read moreservice received thus far has been exceptional. Numerous forms had to be filled out and notarized in order to transfer a trust account to my control, and at least three bank employees stayed 1 hour after closing to complete the transaction. All notarizations then and since have been given without charge. The same is true of medallion signature guarantees, which are difficult to get; and good-looking checks have been complimentary as well. The only downside is that the interest rate given on interest-bearing accounts at this time is minuscule--which is true of banks everywhere at the moment. Bank staff members from bankers to tellers have been very friendly and pleasant to deal with, besides being professional and efficient in carrying out their tasks. So, if you are not going to hide your money under a mattress, and have need of a bank in the Riverside, California area, you might as well deposit it in an account here.

Although Citibank's own website clearly explains how to sign over a check to a third party, the…read morestaff at this branch refused to follow that policy. I brought my mother--the original payee--to properly endorse the check in person, and we asked only to deposit the funds into my Citibank account, not to cash them. The teller and manager both declined without giving any clear explanation and showed little knowledge of Citibank's published procedures. The branch was crowded, yet rather than assisting or providing guidance, the staff dismissed us, creating unnecessary hardship and wasting our time. Citibank should train employees to follow their own documented policies and treat customers with respect

I was only here once at Bank of America in Riverside to help my Mom deposit a check. The line was…read moreso long and there was limited staff. I almost left, but I had to deposit the check same day and I didn't want to look for another branch as I was on a time crunch. Anyway, when I got up to the window after 30 mins of waiting, bank teller was very swift in completing my transaction. Thank you! I probably won't be back to this branch ever again unless I happen to be volunteering at Feeding America Riverside and my Mom needs me to help her with a future banking transaction on same day. What is the coincidence of that happening? You never know with my Mom... anything is possible LOL. So I may be back...

ONE STAR -- EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL, IMMATURE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES!…read more Bank of America -- 6370 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA I am absolutely DISGUSTED by the behavior I witnessed from employees at this location! I was walking toward the elevator with my daughter because I take her upstairs for speech therapy. As we were walking, a female employee was staring DIRECTLY at us. She repeatedly kept tapping on a Black male associate standing next to her, pointing in the direction of my daughter and me, apparently trying to get him to look at us. Meanwhile, she was LAUGHING! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! WHAT KIND OF GROWN ADULT BEHAVES THIS WAY IN A PROFESSIONAL WORKPLACE?! I don't know what she found so funny about me and my daughter, but her behavior was extremely RUDE, CHILDISH, DISRESPECTFUL, and completely UNPROFESSIONAL! My daughter and I were simply minding our own business, trying to get to her speech therapy appointment. We did absolutely NOTHING to deserve being stared at, pointed at, and apparently laughed at! What makes this even more upsetting is that MY DAUGHTER WAS RIGHT THERE WITH ME! As a mother, I find it absolutely disgusting that a grown woman working in a professional establishment would behave this way toward a mother and her child! And as for the Black male associate she repeatedly tapped on to get his attention, if he was participating in this immature behavior or laughing along with her, SHAME ON HIM TOO! BANK OF AMERICA, IS THIS REALLY THE KIND OF BEHAVIOR YOU ALLOW FROM YOUR EMPLOYEES?! Your employees are supposed to represent your company with professionalism and respect, NOT behave like immature teenagers who think it's entertaining to point at people and laugh! I sincerely hope management reviews the security camera footage near the elevators, identifies the female employee and the Black male associate standing next to her, and takes this complaint seriously. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL, UNNECESSARY, AND UNACCEPTABLE! I should be able to walk my daughter to her speech therapy appointment without having to witness this kind of disrespectful behavior from grown adults! DO BETTER, BANK OF AMERICA! YOUR EMPLOYEES NEED TO LEARN SOME BASIC RESPECT AND PROFESSIONALISM! And what's funny is because I'm downstairs and was outside that employee knows better to bring herself outside she don't want no issues security won't save her from getting an ass whoopin.

I needed some cash to buy amazingly tasty nuts from Dem' Nutz who was one of the food vendors at the event. I walked over to this Wells Fargo Bank to use its ATM. There are two ATMs outside. I was slightly hesitant to use the ATM because there were so many people around. It would have been nice if there was a plastic wall panel to provide coverage or something of the like. Anyway, I still used the ATM since I needed cash ASAP. Transaction was quick and easy. I was out of here in a jiffy. Thank you Wells Fargo for being present when I need you most.

Wells Fargo is a greedy pig of a bank, they lied to me about protecting my account from theft and…read morethey said they care about their customers, I collapsed right outside of their front doors and I was helped by a homeless person who stopped and helped me, and I had just collapsed inside their bank and they just left me laying on the dirty sidewalk. They only had security measures on my account when I was actually trying to use my card, they always deny every claim for fraud and they will never pay a claim that's over 50$ I guarantee you that. Their staff is rude and completely useless unless you enjo being snubbed and ignored by someone who makes just a little bit more money than a Walmart greeter. I wouldnt recommend this bank to my worst enemy, they are shady duplicitous unkind unfriendly and callously corrupt and uncaring for their clients, a horrific illusion of a bank, like a banks reflection in a funhouse mirror, they are evil people and they are just waiting for another victim to come into their bank so they can bleed them dry, which is what vampire's do.
